There's plenty tables to sit and dine. The place was really clean, another plus. Food--I went with the orange chicken and chow mein. Orange chix must be popular cause it was one the meats that ran out. Anyway, chicken was fresh and juicy. It paired well with the mein especially since that was a bit on the cold side. The vegetable egg roll was awful. I ate only the crunchy outer layer. The inside seemed like a soup mix; everything was wet/moist. Didn't care for it. read more

The manager, Chloe, was not fair in providing the appropriate serving size relative to the serving sizes that she in particular provided other customers. I observed what she was doing for several minutes before it became clear she just did not want to meet my expectations as a long time customer of the franchise. The cashier was much more willing to be accommodating but Chloe blocked his effort saying she could not add more to the bowl which was a lie. She did not even bother to lift the lid to check. In amidst of this pandemic, I'm so glad to have Panda Express close by to do take-out because their food is delicious, staff is friendly and the facility is clean everytime I dine in. So, we did the Family meal of: KungPao chicken: great amount of chicken along with other vegies, full of flavour. Mushroom chicken: taste so fresh, chicken is not overly done and the mushrooms are huge, which is always a plus. Shanghai beef: is my all time favorite, the seasoning is on point, crispy which goes great with bell pepper and rice. Chow mein and fried rice are good side dishes to pair with all of the entrees. The girl at the window taking my money was Rude and shut the window in my face once she told me to drive to the parking area to wait for my food. I previously asked her about sauces but she did not care. Customer service was terrible I felt uncomfortable with her. She was a Latino girl and I previously reported a window worker just like her a year ago. I should have never gone back. Their service is horrible even after waiting for 7 to 8 months of returning. I'm surprised the reviews aren't better for this place. To tell the truth, I'm usually a little put off when anyone wants to go to a Panda Express because up north, they are pretty bad and relegated to crappy food courts of ubiquitous malls. So I was surprised to see down south they are given lofty stand-alone buildings! Granted, this type of place serves run-of-the-mill Americanized Chinese food, which seems popular down here. In other words, dishes that most Americans *think* are synonymous with "Chinese food". However, it's a step (or two) above the Chinese places with to-go counters and menus of 1000 items. And it appears the chain has implemented a lot of healthy options since I've been to one (a verrrry long time). Well, I finally tried a Panda Express when a friend was there and invited me to stop by with my kid. I thought, ok, once wont kill me. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised how clean and modern it was inside. And then looking at the offerings, they were all neatly displayed and looked really fresh. I was impressed. They didn't look like they'd been sitting in vats of oil for hours. I ordered the pepper chicken with rice bowl for myself, and a kids teriyaki chicken meal for my daughter (comes with a chocolate chip cookie, small fountain drink, and fortune cookie). Portions aren't huge like the to-go Chinese counter places, but all the better for those wanting to watch the calories that those kind of places seem to dish in the several hundreds. The food tasted pretty good, not super loaded with salt, not so greasy, and my daughter happily ate her meal with her friend. I thought the prices are a little steep for what we got (about $15 with self serve sodas) Then again, it's healthier and fresher. And I feel people tend to have a false idea that Chinese food should be rock bottom cheap everywhere because of the to-go cheap places. But in fact, if you're eating good and healthy Chinese food, $8 for a combo is not so bad. You're paying for better quality. Next time, I would get maybe a 2 or 1 entree plate and split with my daughter. Would be far cheaper if you're looking to save a little. If you're watching carbs, skip the rice/noodles too. By the way, their fortune cookies are actually pretty decent; crispy and tasty. So now, I see this place with new eyes and I'm happy to find a Chinese place that isn't covered in oil and also satisfy my Chinese food cravings. Is it "bona fide genuine chinese"? Not entirely, as real Chinese food places are few here, but at least this place shatters the myth that Chinese food equals Americanized, greasy, calorie-heavy meals. Real Chinese food has lots of fresh vegetables, and this place was pretty good. I'd say it's a cross between the Americanized Chinese places and a real Chinese place. Yeah it's American broccoli rather than the tastier and more authentic Chinese broccoli, but it's not bad. I'll go here over any other of the ubiquitous Chinese places found in every strip mall. PS: I came back for lunch and got a 2 entree, 1 side plate. Decent portion for $9.50 (that's with the $1.25 extra for the premium angus beef entree). Still, it was a pretty good size, and they heaped on the veggie side! The kung pao chicken has a nice spicy burn without being overwhelming. The shanghai angus beef was definitely better beef quality, but a little greasier... still, it wasn't so greasy that it was bad. A little grease is ok. The super greens were steamed and consisted of cabbage, kale, and broccoli. Might be a tad over steamed but wasn't bad. I know that all Panda Express serve the same items but the experience and food can drastically change from one location to another. This location is pleasantly surprising. The items, especially around lunch, all seem fresh, like they haven't been sitting for hours. I appreciate that they have a large selection of items, with many different proteins. I love their mushroom chicken, Shanghai beef and honey walnut shrimp. They also have the basics like orange and teriyaki chicken and have new items as well. They also have chow mein, fried rice, crab Rangoon, and egg rolls. You can order a one item bowl, two or three item plate, or just main entrees. They also have a family deal with sides and entrees. The price isn't too bad considering all of the veggies are fresh and items are not microwaved. This location has a drive thru. I have never used it but others do and the line doesn't ever seem too long. The employees are friendly at this location. I prefer this location to others. read more

I had two people behind me pay while I'm still waiting bc the ONE person that scooped the food has to check me out?? This is a brand new restaurant built from the ground up! It's a chain which I had never eaten at before but I had heard its good so I stopped in for lunch. It is really nice inside, and very clean ( everything brand new) They have the food already prepared in like a buffet line and you just walk thru and tell them what you want. They have different combos like rice or noodles with 1,2, or 3 different entrees. They let you sample the meats to see what you would like. I got the orange chicken with fried rice, it was ok, I did like the fried pieces of chicken actually had some chicken in there not just breading! Worst drive through service I've had in a long time. Maddy needs a major attitude check. Was extremely rude and unprofessional, did not even attempt to pretend to be nice. Typical Panda. Head to the counter and try a few things. Then place your order. My favorites are the Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. Sometimes this location seems to get slammed and don't have enough cooks. But I kind of like it like that because you get it fresh. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Went through drive thru and ate at home, after drinking half of my drink I went to chew on ice and noticed black specs all throughout my cup, lid, and base of my straw. After dumping out the contents there were more black specs at the bottom. Called the store (#2577) and explained the situation, stating I would like a full reimbursement of my bill. They offered to reimburse my medium drink and a gift card, to which I stated I do not want a gift card since I will never be coming back - I again stated I wanted a full refund. The manager told me since there was nothing wrong with my food that she would only reimburse the drink. After explaining that I INGESTED whatever is in this cup after realizing through more than half of my drink I feel sick to my stomach not knowing what it is and will be contacting corporate. I explained my mom also had a medium diet coke and there was nothing in her cup after dumping it out as well. I ordered two plates on one I asked for noodles and rice. Probably the worst Panda's we've ever been to. After a long day we decided to stop here for dinner before heading home. We went through the drive through and it didn't take us long to get through the line. When we paid for our food the woman said it would only be 4 minutes for one of our entrees to finish cooking, so she asked us to park on the side. So we did. That actually worked out because my husband hand to run in anyway to use the restroom real quick. Those 4 minutes we were supposed to be waiting turned into 20 minutes of waiting for our food. My husband said they were giving other people who came in after him the chow mein before filling up our plates. When he asked why they said it was because the other entrees were still cooking. Well guess what... by the time the other entrees were done now they were out of chow mein so we had to wait even longer for it to be finished. By this time my kids are with me in the car and they're screaming their heads off because we all just need to be home. So I run in to see what's going on and switch places with my husband. When I ask them for an update as we've been waiting for 20 minutes the guy gives me MAJOR attitude. My husband said they weren't very apologetic when he checked in on the food too. I can also say the lady who took our order at the drive through was also on the rude side. I think this whole place needs a major customer service training of some sort. Of someone who used to be in the industry, I would never speak to customers the way they did tonight. The woman who took our order should have told us to begin with that we would be waiting for our entree. If we had known it would take longer, we would have easily picked something else. It seems we weren't the only ones though as the line started to back up and more and more people were waiting for their food after ordering at the drive through. This place needs help! read more

It is hard for me to give such a bad rating, because I always try to find the good in a place. On my most recent trip, I ordered broccoli beef, string bean chicken breast, and fried rice. Had I not went through the drive through, I would have returned the food. The beef was light colored and smelled. It appeared to be old. The chicken was not completely cooked, the green beans were not cooked, and the rice had no taste and also smelled. Sadly, I threw it all away, because I did not want to risk getting sick. Online ordering is a JOKE. The wait upon entering the restaurant was 13 minutes before my presence at the Online Pickup register was even acknowledged. Groups with large orders were being served before I was even noticed. Usually I'm very patient with this location and work with them when they don't have food items available that's on the menu because hey it's fast food and that's life. After saying no to rounding up my change to some charity, the woman through the speaking laughed and told me to pull forward which was incredibly rude. However....here's the issue with this location The food is a completely different texture and taste compared to the other 10 I've been to 100x. Noodles taste undercooked and weird flavor. Rice seemed flavorless. The two side items were not great either. The second visit, I was starving!!! I threw away 80% of the food I got. First visit, I threw away about 70% of it (not exaggerating). The chicken I got had a burnt flavor. I don't care to write reviews on big chain restaurants since they are standard across the board, but this place is just GROSS! Kids love this place thus end up grabbing food here once a week since it's close by. It's typical fast food. The Orange chicken they devour and like the rice and noodles.
