I love Jollibee but this visit to this location hasn't started off very well. Pulling in the parking lot there was tons of trash all over like no one has even tried to clean it up in weeks. It makes you wonder if the manager doesn't care at all and the cleanliness of the kitchen which is the most important thing. We ordered at the counter. I wanted tenders but they were going to be a 15 min wait so I ordered a 2 piece meal instead. That's fine, I was just wanting white meat instead but I like dark meat too. Finding a clean table in the dining room was a bit more of a challenge. Each surface I checked was visibly dirty. I found a pack of wipes near the trash cans so I was able to clean my own table to have a sanitary surface to enjoy my lunch. In about 10 min our meals were ready. I ended up having chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and peach mango pie. I also got the mango drink which is my favorite here. My food was good and I still think Jollibee is one of the best chain Korean fried chicken restaurants available but the cleanliness of this location might make me think twice about eating here in the future. read more

One of my favorite fast foods. Always friendly and clean. Whether I am going through drive-thru (which I usually am) or eating in they are always friendly and efficient. Something about their spicy chicken and gravy just does it for me. It's also one of few places that have steamed rice (I really wish more places had it) I love their spaghetti also. It's sweet like what I grew up with so if you aren't used to sweet spaghetti it's an adjustment, a delicious one but an adjustment nonetheless. And their adobo rice is superb. I love living close to a Jollibee because this is one of the places I often crave! The chicken is always super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Its not too salty, but the gravy is perfect for getting that additional saltiness and flavor. And the spaghetti really satisfies the sweet craving for me. And the unique drinks are always refreshing. I feel like the macaroni is only really good if you eat it right away when it's hot. Otherwise it's alright. Only complaint is that the virtual menus change at such an inconvenient pace. And there aren't physical menus on display. So you have to wait for the screen to come back around, but it doesn't stay on long enough for you to read the whole thing, so you have to wait again. I think it would probably be fine when there's a long line, and you have to wait around. But we went when we were the only ones in line. This is the closest location from ATL. I had someone pick up my order from me who was traveling from JAX to ATL. Placing an order online was a breeze and was able to use my coupon. The only thing was they're out of peach mango pie at the time I ordered. I instantly received a text and email confirmation of my order. The following day I received an update that my order was running behind (I set my pick up time for 10 am), but ended up ready before 10 am anyway. I like their food, but they get a lot of details wrong. They updated their app, which logged me out, and when I finally got my login I couldn't get it to accept my payment method. Plus the app showed different food than the real menu (e.g. we get a biscuit with our meal deal, which didn't show in the app). So we went to the counter to order. At least I was able to show them a QR code in my app to get my free birthday pie. One change since last time we were here: they no longer have buzzers. They ask for a name and call it when your order is ready. Buzzers are probably better, as you could miss them calling your name. The service was improved from previously: the two people we interacted with looked me in the eye and were helpful. We still had to ask for honey for our biscuit, however. They did screw up those biscuits: they no longer have butter for them. Breaking the warm biscuit apart and melting butter on it, then putting honey on it later, makes it taste wonderful. It's just not the same without the butter. The soda situation was a mess. Particles appeared in our Mountain Dew, and water poured out the side of the dispenser. We ended up getting a Sprit-type soda instead... and that tasted plasticy! When my wife reported the Mountain Dew problem, the girl offered to get us a soda from behind the counter, but we stuck with the other one we'd already poured; we should have taken her up on it. The food was good as usual. I tried an Angus burger this time; it was pleasant, but probably not as good as my usual fast food burger, so I won't have it here again. We like the peach mango pie, chicken with rice and gravy, and spaghetti, in about that order. The women's bathroom wasn't flooded this time, but they're still not good bathrooms: e.g. the faucet in both bathrooms splashes, and see my previous complaints. A two-piece chicken meal deal ($13), Angus burger ($6.49), and side of spaghetti ($4.89) came to $26.21, probably the most we've ever spent here. I was stuffed, eating almost all the burger and some of the rest. My wife would have preferred more chicken. In the past, just the meal deal and spaghetti side has been enough for us. I created a Jollibee account and received a coupon for a free peach mango pie when placing an online order. We ordered a variety of items to try them out. We also got an order of the Palabok fiesta with a pineapple quencher. The palabok was fine, probably wouldn't order it again, but we did finish it. The pineapple quencher was really refreshing and yummy. We also got two of the pineapple mango pies, they are fried pies with a runnier filling than I'm used to seeing in pies.
