We usually stop by here on our way to and from port Canaveral, but unfortunately this may be our last time. It is ridiculous how they are ALWAYS out of something. Not to mention the behavior is nonchalant! How is this business still open when they could care less about properly managing this establishment and keeping simple items available instead of offering an excuse! We have brought family members and bragged about certain things just to be told, we're out of this or that. The food isn't cheap either but the customer service is lacking and I have never ate at a place other than here that hoards their napkins! Then the napkins are so cheap, you need at least 5 to properly wipe your mouth. I pay for extra sauce and jalapeños on a sandwich of which they always forget. Is this an oversight or another way to attempt to get over? Also there is always a dining room attendant present in the dining area, but yet we always have to wipe our table and chairs before dining, why? I am so over this place! I've avoid Sunday afternoons here: arriving at 1:35 PM, the place was packed, and it took a very long time for them to make our order. Amazingly, we did manage to find a table for our group however. The food wasn't quite as good as I remembered this time. In particular, the spaghetti was weak: maybe not enough sauce and hot dogs in it. Perhaps I didn't like the chicken as much either: the crust is really good, but my wife's gravy the other day was a lot better. I did love the biscuit with honey, though we had to request the honey, and they no longer have butter for the biscuits. The peach mango pie was good as usual this time, though it's possible I liked the biscuits and honey even more (though my wife didn't like them like I do). My wife told me to ask for a plate, and I got one, so we learned something useful for the future. They did forget the pie for our order, but gave us one no problem when I went up and asked for it. My wife reports that the ladies' room faucet no longer slashes all over the place. However both bathrooms still serve only one person at a time. Install some stalls! There was a wait for the men's bathroom. I didn't manage to get any loyalty points for this visit: I couldn't find a 23-digit code to enter on the web site. It wasn't on the receipt; I read that it's on a small slip of paper printed after your receipt, but I don't believe we got one. I love Jollibee but this visit to this location hasn't started off very well. Pulling in the parking lot there was tons of trash all over like no one has even tried to clean it up in weeks. It makes you wonder if the manager doesn't care at all and the cleanliness of the kitchen which is the most important thing. We ordered at the counter. I wanted tenders but they were going to be a 15 min wait so I ordered a 2 piece meal instead. That's fine, I was just wanting white meat instead but I like dark meat too. Finding a clean table in the dining room was a bit more of a challenge. Each surface I checked was visibly dirty. I found a pack of wipes near the trash cans so I was able to clean my own table to have a sanitary surface to enjoy my lunch. In about 10 min our meals were ready. I ended up having chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and peach mango pie. I also got the mango drink which is my favorite here. My food was good and I still think Jollibee is one of the best chain Korean fried chicken restaurants available but the cleanliness of this location might make me think twice about eating here in the future. read more

We went with the spicy version, which had the perfect amount of kick without being overwhelming. The chicken came out hot, crispy, and juicy, and the service was quick and friendly. The inside was clean with plenty of seating, which made it an easy place to sit and enjoy the meal. I love living close to a Jollibee because this is one of the places I often crave! The chicken is always super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Its not too salty, but the gravy is perfect for getting that additional saltiness and flavor. And the spaghetti really satisfies the sweet craving for me. And the unique drinks are always refreshing. I feel like the macaroni is only really good if you eat it right away when it's hot. Otherwise it's alright. Only complaint is that the virtual menus change at such an inconvenient pace. And there aren't physical menus on display. So you have to wait for the screen to come back around, but it doesn't stay on long enough for you to read the whole thing, so you have to wait again. I think it would probably be fine when there's a long line, and you have to wait around. But we went when we were the only ones in line. Well after living & currently maintaining a home for nearly 12 years with my wife in Philippines. I can say that Jollibee Corporate should shut down this embarrassment of a restaurant. One of my favorite fast foods. Always friendly and clean. Whether I am going through drive-thru (which I usually am) or eating in they are always friendly and efficient. Something about their spicy chicken and gravy just does it for me. It's also one of few places that have steamed rice (I really wish more places had it) I love their spaghetti also. It's sweet like what I grew up with so if you aren't used to sweet spaghetti it's an adjustment, a delicious one but an adjustment nonetheless. And their adobo rice is superb. This is the closest location from ATL. I had someone pick up my order from me who was traveling from JAX to ATL. Placing an order online was a breeze and was able to use my coupon. The only thing was they're out of peach mango pie at the time I ordered. I instantly received a text and email confirmation of my order. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich had no flavor. I'm so bummed as the last time I was here a few years ago I was amazing. The batter is red with spices, but no flavor on its own. Shoutout to our local community heroes! This is our second order this week. We ordered delivery. We got our cravings: spicy chicken, macaroni and cheese, adobo rice, one ube pie, and peach mango pie. The spicy chicken was surprisingly very spicy and it was even spicier than Popeyes chicken spicy. I didn't realize that the fried chicken pieces would be dark meat only. The chicken breast is only noted in chicken finger form and sandwiches. The signature brown gravy is good on anything especially if you need a bit of a salty addition. I like extra salt on my fries and that makes it nice. The chicken flavor definitely didn't need any more spice, salt, or flavor because it was perfectly yummy spicy. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and a nice texture. The pies were so good!!! It's crispy like the OG apple pies at McDonald's! I miss that crunch! The peach mango pie is total comfort food! When I (a black man) walk in I am treated poorly when speaking with staff to place my order by numerous staff on more than 3 different instances. I myself am a restaurant manager of 13 years, and I would never allow my staff to treat customers the way they speak and treat me. The only reason I come back is for the food. Walk-In customer no greetings stood for almost 30minutes. Everyone was run around like mind their business. No ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to any customer that walked in. No Management on duty very poor customer service specially folks that drove from NC that was behind me at that time. Hubby and I were in the area and looking for a place to stop in for a quick lunch. We had been wanting to try Jollibee for some time now so we decided on that. The place was packed and we waited about 10 minutes just to place our order. I wanted to try the chicken tenders. Hubby ordered the 2 piece chickenjoy with adobo rice. We shared a peach mango pie. The cashier told us it was a 15-20 minute wait but we ended up only waiting 10 minutes to get our food which was nice. I thought the chicken tenders were too plain and a little on the dry side. I tried some of the adobo rice and liked that. Hubby thought the chickenjoy was good but nothing special. I used the gravy for my tender and that was pretty good, hubby didn't care for it. I've been wanting to try Jollibee for years, so while we were traveling through the area we gave it a try. I created a Jollibee account and received a coupon for a free peach mango pie when placing an online order. We ordered a variety of items to try them out. We got the 3 piece chickenjoy (2 spicy and 1 original) with mashed potatoes and upgraded the other side to the jolly spaghetti. The spicy chickenjoy was our overall favorite. It was so flavorful, crispy and fresh! The mashed potatoes were fine, nothing crazy unique or bad. The spaghetti was not my thing. My husband and I each took one bite each and threw it away. We also got an order of the Palabok fiesta with a pineapple quencher. The palabok was fine, probably wouldn't order it again, but we did finish it. The pineapple quencher was really refreshing and yummy. We also got two of the pineapple mango pies, they are fried pies with a runnier filling than I'm used to seeing in pies. Very delicious but would probably be really messy eating on the go. Since we ordered online we walked up to the counter and got our food. There is also a cashier present to take orders there. The beverages are self serve unless you get the pineapple quencher. I wish there were more "photo spots." My daughter loved the little Jollibee character and would have loved to have taken a picture with them somewhere! Overall we liked our food here. Would we come back? Maybe.
