My go-to order is the Dave's #3 meal sub mac & cheese instead of fries. Their chicken tenders are always crispy, juicy and very well seasoned. Their mac & cheese is so cheesy with nice texture. Not to mention the behavior is nonchalant! How is this business still open when they could care less about properly managing this establishment and keeping simple items available instead of offering an excuse! We have brought family members and bragged about certain things just to be told, we're out of this or that. The food isn't cheap either but the customer service is lacking and I have never ate at a place other than here that hoards their napkins! Then the napkins are so cheap, you need at least 5 to properly wipe your mouth. I pay for extra sauce and jalapeños on a sandwich of which they always forget. Is this an oversight or another way to attempt to get over? Also there is always a dining room attendant present in the dining area, but yet we always have to wipe our table and chairs before dining, why? I am so over this place! The chicken is good but it isn't that good to continue with the disappointment!

Their menu doesn't offer anything smaller than 8 wings except the meal, but that's only offered on weekdays. I didn't ask if I could mix flavors in one order but I wish I had. Then they told us it would take about 15-20 mins. We sat down in the mini cafe and waited for our food. A comment on the seating area: I loved that there were booths and tables. Onto the actual wings; they were NOT that crispy. They even have a slogan on their boxes that the wings are "So crispy it will change your life." I've had wings from other chains that fry their wings crispier. For the price (almost $2 a wing) I was expecting more crispiness and the flavors to be more than just okay. Galbi wasn't what I expected; it was sweeter. Overall not bad but nothing extraordinary.

The tenders were decent but nothing to rave about, I wanted the lemon pepper seasoning on them but didn't want them soaking wet so, I got the dry rub. Not much on them, but I know if it isn't applied as soon as they come out of the oil the rub won't stick. Oh, well. The wings on the other hand, when I looked at them, they were burnt. Then I tried one of each and it was as bad as they looked. Burnt but not dried out. How do you do that? The atmosphere was nice, the place was clean and cozy but that didn't make up for the burnt wings. Won't go back!

But my party and I were happily surprised to find out that the owner(s) had listened to their patrons. We ordered three 6 piece meal sets of bone in wings. Very affordable price with a satisfying quantity and size. Flavors were garlic parm, buffalo ranch, and mango habanero. We were also warned about the spice level of the mango habanero, which lived up to its level 4, significant kick. The garlic parm was a nice balance as was the buffalo ranch with the combo flavors. The inside was very clean as expected with a new restaurant and the service was well received. We plan to head back soon!
