As you walk in, you're always greeted with a hello had a regular chicken meal and I had a substituted my french fries for soup which was great and my son had a spicy chicken sandwich and a 12 piece chicken strips. Our food came to our table hot and looking delicious. The service at this location is above any other Chick-fil-A's in my local area. The staff is always cleaning windows, wipe and stuff down as well as friendly help with whatever you want. It is also a very clean building as they are quite busy at times, but their bathrooms and floors are very clean. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A. read more

For whatever reason I had not been to our new rebuilt location and realized I had not had a peach shake. So, I had two peach shakes the original chicken sandwich and a fresh delicious salad. We actually came here by accident. My uncle was driving, and mom and I were talking about "filets," and he thought we wanted to go to Chick-fil-A. Hahahaha Since we were there, why not eat, right? The parking is a little tough to maneuver since they makeshifted a second drive-thru lane. There are a few end spaces and parallel parking in the middle. It's kind of awkward. We decided to dine in. It was pretty busy, lots of families and kiddos around. (Tuesday about 430-5pm) Regardless, the service was welcoming, polite, patient, and speedy! That's a plus. I went with the grilled chicken wrap. That avocado lime ranch sauce is yummmmm. Light but filling meal. Exiting that plaza is tricky if you're trying to go left. No one gives way, and it's just too busy at that intersection. That's enough to deter me from going there, to get stuck in that mess. What a nightmare. I would recommend going at unpeak times. It's so mind boggling to see a bad review for a location that you frequent. I pull up 10 minutes before they close and order my food. The quality is amazing fir their prices! I never feel sick or sluggish after eating here but Popeyes chicken takes me out EVERYTIME! The guy who took my order was patient, funny and of course he had great customer service. He rang my order and SAUCES in correct AND he spelled my name right (heart emoji). The girl at the window was sweet as well and of course I complimented them on how fresh and consistent they were even when they were about to close. There was only ONE flaw in the whole ordeal and that was the fact that they only put two of my sauces in when he rang in 8-10 and we had 8 tenders in the bag (crying emoji). All the Chick-fil-A stores that I have ever been in have impeccable customer service. Their employees always greet you with a smile and tell you it is their pleasure to serve you. I wish all restaurants would adopt this motto. My chicken sandwich was great. The chicken was fresh and warm and the bun was soft. But my favorite experience today was the peppermint chocolate chip milkshake. I first tried this last week and I am hooked :-) I am sad that this is only a limited edition milkshake, but I have a few more weeks to enjoy it. This Chick-Fil-A gets a five from me. I ALWAYS have a good experience when I come here. Every Wednesday evening after I finish running at the beach, I grab dinner for my husband and I from this location. I always order via the Mobile app for pickup through the drive through. He gets a spicy chicken deluxe sans lettuce and tomato with double pickle. Definitely a custom build for them. He also gets a large fry. I get a medium fry and a Southwest salad with grilled nuggets. Also a custom build. I am sent freebies via the app fairly frequently and in the couple of times where I've had minor issues like missing sauces (it happens- we're not perfect) they've been sure to make it right. Despite our semi complicated order by the time I make it to the food pickup window my food is ready. I particularly LOVE this location because of how FAST their drive through is. They have 2 lanes open all the time and it always flows smoothly. The staff in true Chick-Fil-A fashion are always kind and courteous. read more

This restaurant shares an entryway with Starbucks which can really back up and dial up traffic. The worst part about it is trying to leave because there is only one way out and it is a mess trying to exit. This causes even more backup in the parking lot. I really wish there was an improved situation here because other than that, I've had nothing but great food and service at this establishment! My go-to is the diet lemonade and kale salad. The other day I had been working hard in my yard (in 115 deg heat index) so of course I had emptied all my pockets. I had forgotten this until I had waited in the drive-thru line, ordered my food for the wife and I and then reached for my wallet.
