Had an interview for my externship for Aguste Escoffier with the hiring manager at this location and they hired me on the spot asking me to come in at 3 Went in at 3 the day after and they had no idea what I was talking about then called the next day and talked with a hiring manager on the phone then told me that they didn't have an interview recently in the past few days SO I JUST WASTED MY TIME AND GAS GOING TO A GHOST INTERVIEW THAT APPARENTLY "never happened" AND I APPARENTLY NEVER DROVE TO?????? I ordered a bowl with steak, and it only had like 6 pieces of steak on it. I wasn't even given a full scoop of protein.

Walked in around 10:30 and they close at 11, but all the food was already cleared out. On top of that, not a single employee acknowledged me when I walked in while they were cleaning. Felt pretty strange for being open another half hour... read more

I made an online order and this is the size of the burrito I pull out of the bag. What is this serving size? I paid $10.70 for a steak burrito with 5 pieces of steak? The burrito is practically kid sized. The portions are NOT worth it, do not go here. read more

I usually love Chipotle and visit often. First time at this location. Noticed the portions for me and the person after me were different (not in my favor). Should have stuck around to see if there was a pattern. Cashier was bit rude. Do better people! read more

Have had countless horrible experiences with this chipotle location. Just recieved the wrong order in my bag on a mobile order, have had this happen 5+ times before here. Staff is lazy and shows no effort to serve customers well. read more

This is one of the worst chipotles in town. Delivery orders take hours, the staff is slow and impolite. They hate their job. Don't order pickup or delivery from this place read more

Food quality was terrible, showed up at 10:00 and they were out of almost everything. The service was okay, don't understand why they didn't just make some more food before hand read more

Service was HORRIBLE! Meghan, a manager, was working the line, and made my bowl wrong. She then continued to ignore me when I told her she was incorrect and didn't rectify her mistake. I also saw her be rude to her employees all because she wasn't heard while she was mumbling under her breath. Overall, not a good experience. read more

We never been to this chipotle before but we were close and decided to try it out! I got me a bowl and my man got a burrito (which I usually get). I always thought it was weird they don't have bacon here. The food was pretty good. The drink machine was broken and the the lemonade machine was out of lemonade. I personally won't be coming back. read more

Worst location in Jax. Got food poisoning. Everything is slopped together! Employees are lazy. They are always out of things. Place is dirty. This location should be closed down. There is at least two years of bad reviews on yelp about this location. I do not usually leave reviews but what else can you do to warn people? I know this family of four won't be back. I don't care how many gift cards they're willing to give to get me back in this location. Eff Chipotle! read more

I decided to give them another chance this evening even tho the last time I got food at this location it was so horribly salty I couldn't eat it. And I said never again. But tonight I was late getting off work and hungry but really not in the mood to cook. I thought, one more try. Mistake. I got a brisket burrito bowl. The components are mostly there.... But I can't tell if the rice is overcooked or undercooked, but it's hard and crunchy. And the meat is hard and dry. So disappointing and it is once again barely edible. Ugh. Shame on me. I won't be back. read more

Honestly worst chipotle I've ever been to. Waited over 30 mins for a quesadilla when I was only one in store. Staff is rude. Portion sizes are small. If you have the time avoid this chipotle and go to another one nearby. read more

Always is slow and understaffed. This place gave me food poisoning. Do not recommend at all.

Ordered online because they are known to be slow. Eerily empty but no one was at the counter waiting. Had to stand there for a few minutes. Got someone's attention. Handed me the bag and I left. Grabbed the paper bag from my floorboard to go inside my home, at which point the bottom gave out, food on pavement, burrito bowl juice all over my vehicle's seats and my shorts. Luckily one of two bowls stayed somewhat intact. The other lost about 60% of its contents. How hard is it to close an aluminum foil lid on a paper bowl? An extra 4 seconds to confirm it is closed? I'm probably asking for too much. Also, the inside of the restaurant was incredible... no napkins, no cups for salsa, garbage overflowing. Looking like west coast cities. Thankfully I didn't have to use the restroom. Next time I'll probably just grab sushi from the Walmart next door. read more

Always fresh and delicious, I come here when I want to eat out without feeling sluggish after!

Personally for someone with a gastrointestinal illness and wants to eat healthy, i wouldn't recommend eating here. For some reason every thing is spicy (the might be a little obvious) the service isn't as good as you'd think either. Very slow and there's a lack of quality when it comes to interacting with the employees. I had placed a pick up order once and it said it would be ready at 3:40pm and it wasn't put on the shelf until about 4:05 mind you, what i ordered was two bags of chips and 4 tortillas. Not much prep required for that order. Overall if you're wanting chipotle, be prepared for messy tables, slow staff and not an amazing quality of food either. read more

Ordered to pick up for 9:20 pm got there at 9:20 and they gave someone their food for 9:30 ahead of me 9:45 no food yet tried to get a refund and some guy showed me a pic on his iPhone to call for the refund WTF! Active Duty and veterans do not come here. Our service is not appreciated. Today I was told that they never had one and that I'm crazy, I feel disrespected. read more

Went here on Saturday for lunch and I never really go here but it was close to work. I only gave them 2 stars because people here are just not friendly at all! I know for sure my review here will be short because I have nothing good to say about this place. I just know that I will try to avoid this location and find a better one! I went here feeling like I am bothering them and it should not be the case since I am a customer. Also I ask for a dressing to go with my meal and the dressing that they gave my was probably 2 tablespoon I didn't even bother to ask for another one because again I feel like I was bothering them on their job. read more

Typical Chipotle. Usual assembly line. Tasty food. Why 3 stars? The service was pretty slow. The line was out the door and moved slow. Seating in the restaurant was a little tight. Also, Chipotle started a new rewards program but no one mentioned anything about it. My bowl was typical Chipotle. Loaded up with lots of tasty goods; rice, beans, chicken, salsas, sour cream and cheese - just the way I like it. Love Chipotle but this location needed a little speed in the service. read more

Not only we're our tacos COLD, and dripping with water, but when I opened up my burrito bowl, it looked like it sat in a fridge for 3 days the guac smelled rotten and had a decent black layer over the top of it. You can see when I touched it a bit how nasty it was. Old,smelly, black guacamole. Like it sat for hours or even days. Decent rind on it until I start moving it around. No way that happens when we pick it up 20min after ordering it.. Disgusting. And chipotle corporate knows about this and still NOTHING. Good things Jacksonville has other quality restaurants because this place is terrible. read more

This restaurant has to be the dirtiest one on this side of town. Food running down the windows, dust and food under every table, and same for the beverage machine. There were only a few customers eating and five employees standing around and doing nothing. Same on the ownership and management for allowing this to happen. If you like dirt, stop here and enjoy. read more

This chipotle gave me the wrong persons food and when I went back up there the staff accused me of eating the food and coming back for seconds. Now obviously that wasn't the case and the worker opened the containers to see it was the wrong persons order. To add to the situation the worker refused to give me a refund or remake my order?!?!? The first part is rude enough after they couldn't make the right burritos, but to not refund me or remake my order? The workers here are sorry. read more

Really a bad experience. This place has been going downhill for some time. But I thought I'd give it another try. We ordered a Veggie Bowl and a Sofrita Bowl. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, there were no vegetables in my Veggie Bowl (save for a spoonful of black beans, and my wife's sofrita bowl was a mish-mash of hard rice and sofrita and nothing else. The bigger problem is that I give this Chipotle a lot of business - not just my family, but my company's, as well. Many of my employees won't go back - not only are there many other choices, but the management doesn't seem to care. Tired of unanswered calls and non-responsive surveys. read more

This chipotle is always severely understaffed and the ones who are there absolutely look as though they are extremely over worked and unhappy. Especially the dinner shift when the line is long and there is only ONE person working the food line. Then the checkout person is telling them it 'isn't their job' that they are just the cashier. The manager needs to do something about this. The food is always ok. Not as fresh as compared to other Chipotle's. You can tell that the onions and peppers sit there a while. read more

Food was decent enough, but the entire restaraunt was a mess! The serving area, the prep area, and every single table to sit at indoors was all covered with food. All trash cans were full and spilling over. We ended up at an outside table where every one else was sitting too. It was cooler on this summer night than in the establishment. My husband had to get paper towels from the bathroom. I will say, now hiring signs are everywhere. Current staff just stared and barely spoke to us. Maybe don't extend your hours if you cannot keep up with basic sanitation. read more

I like this location, the option of to-go pick up is super effective. Today I ordered a delivery online, loved it! I was able to order a Barbacoa Quesadilla, with a side a white rice, pinto beans, and corn salsa. The option to add chips and guacamole was easy too. The app let me know when the kitchen revived my order, when the driver was on her way, and the whole process let me pay with my card. (including tip) I enjoyed the cashless transaction. My food was delivered 15-20 minutes from the time it was done being prepared! Very pleased with the quality of service. read more
