This is the second time in two weeks that I came to Culver's for lunch... and somehow left with yet another spiritual experience. The Double Bacon Deluxe didn't just show up... it sat there like a leather-bound encyclopedia of bad decisions and good intentions. Two beef patties, bacon stacked with the confidence of a Vegas magician, cheese melting like it had absolutely nowhere else to be, and a bun somehow keeping the whole operation together like an underpaid middle manager. I took one bite and briefly forgot my social security number. The cheese curds? Absolutely unhinged. I pulled one apart and the cheese stretched so far I'm pretty sure it was trying to establish a long-distance relationship with my soul. Crispy on the outside, molten dairy sorcery on the inside. By the third curd, we were emotionally invested in each other. Then the custard entered the arena. Smooth. Cold. Dangerous. One spoonful and I started forgiving people from my past. Would I come back? I'm literally writing this from the parking lot, planning Round 3. We decided to stop by for an early dinner after my son and I flew into Jacksonville. Culver's is always at the top of my son's favorite places to eat, especially as there aren't any in our home state. We came in and ordering was easy. The poor cashier was very patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted since I was so tired and could barely read the menu. I ended up ordering the Sourdough Melt with onion rings and my son a double ButterBurger with cheese and fries. I always opt for the diet root beer as I think Culver's has fantastic root beer. My son loves coke products (me too) so we love their drink options. I do have a problem with cashier's asking if you want sauce for your side but not telling you it will cost extra. That's just not cool to me. Especially since their ranch really sucks. Our food was done quickly. My only issue is the onion rings were not hot, but I was too tired to say anything. The burgers were good, as expected. Overall it's a nice Culver's location. I think there should be some more training for cashier's, but I'd visit again. read more

Happened to be in the area so we decided to make a stop here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Tried to place the order on the app because of the 25% discount, but it kept throwing an error message. Wasn't sure if it was the app, or the location not accepting orders. It was packed when we arrived. However we were able to order and find an open table fairly quickly. Food was not all that. I ordered the pretzel burger along with fries. The kids ordered a cheeseburger. Wife had a burger with a cheese patty along with the chili cheese fries. Everyone thought it was meh. We checked out the Jacksonville Culver's after going to the Arboretum. We ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich (adding lettuce and tomatoes) and the fries. We alternate ordering that vs. a burger whenever we eat at a Culver's. We enjoyed our lunch and even saved a little room for desert. We completed the survey on our receipt that could be redeemed for a free small scoop. Also ordered a small cookies and cream concrete. It had been a while since Hubby and I had ordered concretes from Culver's. We decided to stop in for an afternoon treat. The place was absolutely packed! We waited in line for a few minutes while we figured out what to order. I decided on a mini chocolate concrete with butter cake and cookie dough. Hubby went with a small vanilla concrete with chocolate cake and cookie dough. They were delivered to our table in about 10 minutes. The custard was thick and smooth. I love the ice cream! They have good salads and good fish sandwiches too. One opened near River City Market Plaza recently.

Went there for the first time. Ordered a butter burger with no cheese and some onion rings. The order was to go. When the order was ready an employee brought my order to me on a dine in tray. Stopped at Culver's with my family and had a really good experience. The owner went out of his way to help our son with food allergies. He walked us through the allergen menu and helped us find a sauce he could actually enjoy. The owner even came over and had a great conversation with us, which meant a lot. My husband and I ordered the new walleye sandwich. It was absolutely disgusting. It was filled with Grease and the bun literally fell apart as I ate my sandwich. The Culver's store #853 was very unprofessional. From employee Bri to the Manager Manny and the Operations Manager Evan Clagnaz. I called corporate to file my complaint of how my family was treated in his store and they said they would forward the message to him. It has been a few days and not even a call. Bri was rude in throwing our ice cream at us and the management crew not really caring. I will never eat there again and share my experience to all that I meet. I love Culver's. First time at this one. Super friendly and fast service. They do cook to order so it takes a few minutes but we'll worth the time. Got the double bacon burger which was hot and fresh. Crinkle fries were hot and fresh. Everything was perfect. They offer an extensive menu which includes various burgers, chicken, fish and fries. So happy to have remembered that they just opened a Culver's off monument. Had only been once, out of town so was happy that the drive thru was slow so I could take my time at the menu board. The attendant was nice and you could clearly hear her. She helped me with my selection and gave me my total. After the movies we went to Culver's for dinner. We walk to the counter and ordered no line no wait. The customer service was great. Our order came out extremely fast. The server was super helpful and nice. We order a a kids burger meal, tender basket, bacon deluxe basket and a culver burger basket.. unfortunately we didn't room for dessert because the couple next to us had milk shake that looked amazing.
