I went close to 20 years after college without going into a McDonald's before my daughter came into this world; since then I've been to McDonald's so many times I can't keep track. Now that she is 3 we always have to go by there for a Happy Meal to keep her chill. Personally I could live without McDonald's in my life. We were riding around this past weekend looking at homes for sale and my daughter was hangry and wanted McD's; so we pulled in and decided to eat in the dining room. When we walked in there was only one other table in there; it was dead. We ordered at the self serve kiosk and took a number. A few minutes later our food was brought out. The food was ok; living up to McD's "it's eatable" standard. My big complaint was that the restaurant was dirty. All the tables were dirty and there were empty trays from previous customers on the tables; and over by the drink machine there were empty straw wrappers and condiments everywhere. It's like they don't even try to clean up. While we were there 2 school buses of kids pulled up, so I guess it's good for the employees they didn't waste time cleaning. read more

I've come to this McDonald's more than a hand full of times later in the night trying to get food here but I can't even rate the food because the workers always act like the store is closed even though it states this McDonald's is 24 hours and I can clearly see all 3 cars parked in the front of the store. read more

Add sausage egg cheese McMuffin this morning with the combo that's for five bucks. I mean a really good deal in theory. This thing sucked. It tasted like a sat under light for three hours. STEALING: they're systematically charging customers without their consent. Every time I have drive thru ordered I end up with a rounded amount which was different from the amount displayed in the screen. I asked for a receipt, and saw a charge for almost 1$, I asked at the second window and I was told it was the Ronald McDonald donation. I never consented to this and each time I was charged a rounded amount I can only assume it was this unauthorized charge. The staff was rude and behaved as if I'm the problem for even raising a concern. This was the rudest most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Went through the drive-through. She couldn't seem to get my order right which was no big deal. I understood it was busy however, when I got up to pay, she accused me of skipping the line not sure how I would do that in the drive-through, I think it was more her inefficiency that she didn't want to own up to. She raised her voice at me, spoke to me in a condescending tone so much so that I will never go back there and either should anyone else. I did send an email to the email address posted on the drive up window because I didn't want to complain and hold up the line however, shockingly enough I didn't get a response. Probably why she feels like It's OK to treat people like that. Beware go to a different McDonald's If you have to go to McDonald's. If I want fast food, I'll go to Chick-fil-A. Wait times are outrageous, first time coming to this McDonald's and the customer service is off the charts... and not in a good way. My girlfriend and I ordered and paid for breakfast on the app on the way to the store and when we arrived at the drivethrough they refused to serve us because we missed the breakfast serving time just by two minutes. We kindly asked for a refund and they rudely told us we have to refund on the app. We had to go inside the store for help with refunding on the app. The person at the counter was so angry at the question that they asked someone else to come help us. When someone came over to help us they just repeated that the refund has to be done on the app in an annoyed tone. After about half an hour we figured out how to refund the order just for the refund to never be processed and now we have to dispute the order with our banks. I know, "a review for McDonald's, but why"? Well we had to try their Around the Globe campaign of course. There were four options to chose from: the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger from Spain, the Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich from Canada, Cheesy Bacon Fries from Australia, and the Stroopwafel McFlurry from the Netherlands. Of we ordered them all... well we tried to but the ice cream machine was down. SHOCKER! Of course all the sandwiches were on the pricier end above $5 but hey this is fancy food from other country's no big deal. The McExtreme was the best of the three. The sauce was good and it had Gouda Cheese. Never thought you would see that at Micky D's did ya! It's really the only thing keeping this from a 1 Star review. The Tomato Mozzarella Chicken wasn't bad, but not much different really from their regular chicken sandwiches. The Bacon Cheese Fries were with worst though. Fries seemed under cooked and soggy. If you're putting cheese sauce on fries you have to make sure they are crispy from the start. All and all it's McDonald's. You know where your getting. I went here for breakfast today and I regret it, this mcdonalds is notorious for getting things messed up or wrong. I ordered a caramel frappe at the window, pulled up and they said actually we don't have caramel is mocha ok, but then they ALSO didn't have mocha come to find out they didn't even have frappe's so I got a vanilla iced coffee... I also used a coupon and tried to also scan my mobile app since I was ordering a drink so it would count to my free coffee and she said that I couldn't use both yet I to this all the time via the app and wasn't using a coupon on my drink just trying to get a stamp on my card. I didn't want a hashbrown so I got the fruit maple oatmeal... did y'all REALLY forget the fruit? In something that specifically comes with fruit... like it had maple and fruit in the name... the oatmeal was ok but I kinda bland so I added maple syrup to add more flavor and it did a good job ^-^ It seems like everytime we go something is wrong, my parents wanted hadhbrowns and said i wasn't missing anything with them and my dad even likened each time we go here to gambling because you never know what's gonna be wrong with your order but you know something will probably go wrong or you may get lucky and have everything perfect. I was inspired to come on here and say I had an exceptional experience at this particular McDonald's location. The staff was incredible. Food great ordered from a kiosk service was great ambiance was very colorful in Florida colors

Absolutely horrible 7 o'clock in the morning and they can't get anything straight. There's some problem with the computer at the drive-through and no one in front of me. I get to the window to get my order, and they give me my coffee and then ask me to go sit in reserve spot 2 to wait for them to bring out my order, which was a sandwich and hash brown. Then there's this guy sweeping the parking lot, but only seems to be sweeping around my truck. Scared me to death when I 1st noticed him right in front of my passenger window at the pay window. Then he proceeded to follow my truck to the pick up window where he hung out behind it, and worked his way back to the passenger window. I couldn't even pull out to park in the waiting area because he was so close. To add insult to injury, when I finally got my order, there were no napkins in the bag. Uggggg! read more

Absolute garbage service and rudest staff I've ever had at this chain. No one at the the front, kiosks didn't work and we were literally calling to the back "hello is anyone here?" We could see the girl at the drive through window texting on her phone ignoring us as nobody was in the drive thru line while other staff were in the kitchen. Finally another staff member appeared from around the corner and snapped "there's only one staff member back there" instead of offering to help us and just walked by us. By this time we had been waiting several minutes and had seen at least three staff members plus her and no one is helping the new several people piling up at the front of your store. Service was horrible!!! They wouldn't take orders at the register so you had to use the kiosk. There was no receipt given and they got the order wrong so there was no way to prove it. It's a McDonalds, so I'm going to make this short and sweet. I've only used the drive-thru at this particular location and even when there's a really long line, the employees keep the cars moving through quickly. Sandwiches are prepared neatly here, fry boxes are filled to the top, and food is always hot and fresh. Employees at the window have always been friendly. They actually put napkins in the bag here without having to ask for them. Yes, this is important to me. Especially when I'm going through the drive-thru and I'm going to be eating in the car. As far as McDonalds go, this is a good one. If you are traveling on I-95 (either north or south), this is just off the exit, so it's an easy off/on if you're looking to grab some food quickly. read more

Worst McDonalds on planet Earth. I have given them plenty of chances because I live in the area. Ran out of meat? Okay I order nuggets. Had to ask to get fresh fries because the ones they gave me were cold. When I ordered the lady told me she would have to make the nuggets and it would be 2 extra minutes so I didn't think to check those before I got home. Replacement fries were mixed with older, cold fries. Nuggets were not fresh at all. They seriously need to shut down the place and higher a completely new staff. read more

Was told the headsets were having issues, but they weren't going to put a sign up or go out and tell anyone. I went through the Drive Thru to order a meal. The young man taking the order kept quickly speaking over me and did not pay attention to the details of my order, which included only simple items (no customization). I had to repeat the entire order 4 times. I had to tell him that he was speaking so quickly that I could not understand him in the drive thru speaker. This guy shouldn't be taking orders as he is incredibly inefficient. Also, they failed to put ketchup with my order that I specifically requested. I went here on Sunday morning looking to buy breakfast on 3/28/2022. I went inside to order and picked out a reward because I many points on their app. All the employees were concentrating on the drive through customers and I was the only person at the counter. I waited ten minutes before asking if there was a manger present who could take my order. A female employee from behind the grill area yelled from the back "Can I help you". I yelled back if someone could take my order. I was told to use the app to place an order or use one of the kiosks. Being over 70, I was reluctant to use these methods as I always have issues. We did a curbside order due to how long the line was for the drive thru ordering. It has been over 30min including going inside and asking where our order was and they stated they were still working on it. Numerous customers have shown up AFTER us and gone inside to order or also order curbside and gotten their orders before us. Worst egg Mcmuffin ever. The english muffin was so hard it had to be a month old. Eggs cooked too long and turned green. One bite and into the trash. Last time I eat at this location. If I could give this place a half of a star, I would. They have two lanes but only to answer to one. They tell you to wait a moment, but you'll wait for ten minutes before having to move to the other lane. There sodas machine is always down, and customer service at this business does not exist.
