Firehouse subs has long been my go-to for subs! I've been to many different locations and by far, this is my favorite one! This location is quite a bit smaller than most, and several times there has been a long line out the door to place an order! But each time I have been there the staff always ensures that my order is fulfilled quickly and correctly! As a matter of fact, I can only think of one time that my order was incorrect upon pick up. Unfortunately, it was a to-go order, and the macaroni and cheese was forgotten. I should've checked before I left the restaurant... so I'll accept the blame for that! This location is always clean and The staff is courteous. Sometimes, if later in the evening, they have fewer selections of chips -- but, they likely haven't gotten a moment to restock! If using this location, I would have to recommend that you get your order to go or take it and sit outside by the water fountain because there is very little seating on the weekends at lunchtime. There's no way you're gonna get a seat inside! read more

0/10 if possible. Never had a problem until recently. Walked in around 6pm placed a simple two sandwich order and sat there for over twenty minutes while everyone behind me got their order. Not until I got up and stared the employee in the face did they admit "the order got pushed to the back" with attitude. She immediately asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. Wanted to skip the line and ordered really early for a large Firehouse Hero fully-involved on white bread through the app. The sandwich was a good size and generous with meats including premium roast beef, smoked turkey breast and honey ham. Topped it with provolone cheese with lettuce, onion and tomato and we got ourselves a real sub. Extremely happy with the sandwich ready to go and when I got there to pick it up and not have to wait. Tip. Ask for Captain Sorensen sauce, it's there signature sauce that makes the sandwich even more flavorful and a add a little bit of kick to it. read more

Surprisingly, I have lived in areas with Firehouse Subs for many many years and this is the first time I have eaten here. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I got the brisket cheddar sandwich and my wife got the steak and cheese. They were both hot and the cheese was melted throughout. There was no need for any type of additional sauce. There were several other subs on the menu that I look forward to trying in the future. The only knock on the review is that they made an error on the bread and switched up my bread and my wife's. Not a huge deal but she is not a big fan of the bread they gave her. read more

Being a fan of a good sub I had to check out the new firehouse. This location is a little smaller then most and had a smaller sauce bar as well but they did have their famous Datil Pepper sauce and that's all you really need. I ordered a large New York Steamer since I always enjoy corned beef and pastrami. For $9.39 the sub is huge and will for sure fill you up which stands out from a lot of other places large subs. My only issue was that the meat seemed to be quite wet which caused the bread to get soggy is certain spots. Beside that service was nice and quick. Just can't stand soggy bread. read more

Only one Freestyle soda machine. Means if they are working on it, you can't get your drink. Perhaps this has to do with starting the new location but not a great impression. The food? I've been here twice and so far so good. First off, it's brand new which is nice. Everything is super clean and sparkly. What I don't like is how busy it's been both times I've come in at lunch time. Now, a busy place is fine, I can handle that. But the layout is simply not conducive to a crowd. First off, the seating area is in the middle of the traffic flow, so you're in the way. The lack of seating is an issue and you feel like your standing on top of the diners at the tables because the store is actually really cramped. I take my items to go because it's simply too frenetic in here when I've come in. Now, on an evening I'm sure it better, but be aware if crowds or cramped spaces make you as uncomfortable as they do for me. As for the food, I have no complaints. My sandwiches were prepared as I'd requested and the staff have been friendly both times too. So far, so good. read more

I've been eating here almost weekly. On May 8th I sent in 9 receipts to be added to my rewards points and all I get is emails saying they are working on it or no emails at all. This is the worst firehouse I've been to. Firehouse has always been my goto for lunch because of the fresh hot subs that are always consistent from location to location. This one is a oddball for sure, this location is always late on takeout orders, the machine for drinks is never serviced and normally out of most flavors and when you ask them to replace the syrup they roll they're eyes at you and keep making subs. The subs themselves are normally soggy by time they get it to where I can get a drink because they rush when they make them and do not drain all the water out of the meat after they steam it. Waited 50 minutes for one sandwich. While I waited saw multiple customers ask for refunds. Customers who ordered online also had to wait. Not sure why such a delay, there were 6 people in the kitchen. I've also left a Google review, received what looks to be an automated response. Afraid this review will follow suit. The managers/owners really need to address this issue and invest in proper training and efficiency. This store opened to be a 'grab & go' with its layout!?! Solid 3 stars. The food isn't drop dead awesome but the subs are consistent and the service is adequate, sometimes reaching levels of superb. I personally prefer subs from that ubiquitous Florida supermarket chain. If you have spent any time in Florida, you know what I mean. Nonetheless, Firehouse has a few tasty sub combinations, but the meats just aren't as fresh as my other favorite sub maker. I wouldn't recommend the Mac and Cheese. The menu says five cheese but it tasted somewhat bland to me. In summary, if you are a fan of steamed subs, you should try this place. read more

The young lady that took my order was patient with me even though I didn't know what I was doing lol. My turkey sub on whole wheat tasted great; my son said his meatball sub was ok (but come on - if you want a good Italian meatball sub you need to go to a real Italian place, right!?. Picked up from this location a couple of times but finally went in to order yesterday. The location was EXTREMELY clean and well organized. My order was taken quickly and while I filled my drink my order was already done! Granted there were only 2 others waiting before me. The food was exceptional. I would be giving this place a 3 star review due to the lady cashier ruining my mood for being rather pushy, and obstinate with the ordering process. But if it were not for the fact of Christian who I assume to be a server/cleaner, and his wonderful customer service to me it truly may have been 3 stars. He was splendid with his attitude. His impactful welcome, and his smile, willingness, and enthusiasm. I honestly love that there are people out there willing to go out of their way to make sure we the customers are well taken care of. I used to be management for a restaurant in the past, and this is the kind of service I would always love to have in the restaurant I managed for. The food was delectable, on point, and generously portioned. Definitely filled my appetite to a T. The lobby was clean (I assume its the same wonderful person who attended me because I also saw him making sure tables and floor were spotless.
