I stopped by Manders 22 and tried the Triple Threat Smash Burger. The burger was very good. The patties were juicy, flavorful and cooked exactly as a smash burger should be, with a nice crust and plenty of taste. The portion size was generous and the fries complemented the burger well. If I were rating the food alone, I would probably give it 4.5 stars. What pushed the experience to a full 5 stars was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. (not usual at a "simple burger place") Genuine hospitality still makes a difference, and the team made me feel appreciated as a customer. The restaurant has a simple, but relaxed atmosphere, good food and great service. If you enjoy smash burgers, the Triple Threat is definitely worth trying. We finally tried this place and it did not disappoint. We both had the smash burgers. Their sauce is yummy. The burger was seasoned well - could have been smashed even more. My husband wishes the edges were a bit crispier. The bun was fluffy and fresh and the cheese was noticeably delicious! No fountain drinks but bottled drinks for sale. The staff was nice, pleasant. I met my friend for lunch today. The food is great. Everything was cooked to order and came out hot and fresh, including fries. My friend had the speedy and the beignets. She said it was delicious. The chicken was perfect and the bread was soft. I ordered a double trouble, shoestring fries and a cookie. The staff are great, accommodating, care about your experience. We enjoyed our meal. Do you want a burger that is so good that I've told many people and now Yelp that the Manders 22 double burger is one of, if not the best burger I've had in Florida. Their burgers are that incredible! The friendly staff creates a great feeling when they remember what you like after you've only been there a few times. I've been waiting for Manders 22 to open for a while and it didn't disappointment me or my family at all. My family enjoys the double cheeseburger with extra onions. The waffle fries are great too. The burgers are made to order and one still receives their order very quickly. It's nice to bring the burgers home and they are still hot & not cold from sitting under a great lamp for 10 minutes. I wish they had a drive thru but a little exercise before a burger feast is worth it in this case. Give them a try! One last thing..... they have the only burger on CR210 that still tastes great the next day heated up in a microwave if you order 1 too many. read more

What can I say about this place? This place is new on the beat, but will soon rise as a hidden gem that will delight you with great food, modern decor and very friendly service! I stopped by this past week with the family to have dinner as we didn't feel like cooking dinner that evening. Although we couldn't eat there due to no seating, place was packed! We did want to try the smash burger with waffle fries, and their signature speedies. The flavors did not disappoint and the portions were huge. Even my youngest, who's very picky felt satisfied with her sandwich. Prices were adequate for our area and food came out relatively quickly considering the full house. This restaurant hides an ugly truth beneath its polished exterior: management and ownership create a toxic environment that is both abusive and openly racist. The treatment of employees is demeaning and cruel, while certain guests are subjected to discriminatory behavior that is impossible to overlook. On top of this disturbing atmosphere, the dining experience itself offers little redemption. The food is drastically overpriced, with small portions, uninspired presentation, and quality that fails to justify the inflated costs. We are new to the area and happened upon Manders looking for a dog friendly restaurant because we are from San Diego where everywhere is dog friendly! A small, casual and friendly neighborhood burger place! The burger was great! Hubby and I split the burger and ordered a Spiedie, their upstate NY specialty sandwich. So we were expecting more like a "Smashburger" experience - this was more like a modernized Dairy Queen. Not to be dissuaded, we ordered with assistance from a manager and counter person. Since the dining area was a bit too casual for us, we asked that the order be "to go" (which we would come to regret, later on that). The bulk of our order was ready quickly - we were assured that the last sandwich would be "right out". Five minutes later, we reached out to the staff and asked - and they finally brought it out. At this point - we were a little worried and checked the bag we'd already been given, which revealed a missing order of waffle fries. The staff found another serving and brought it out in a third bag. Once we got home, we discovered that the promised Manders Sauce for the fries was also missing - we made do with mayo from the fridge. The sandwiches were - a little greasy and not flavored well. Would I go back? Probably not. $60 for greasy burgers and fries for four adults is a bit high. I'm looking for a different experience for myself and my family - and wish Manders the best, it's a great concept and they can probably make it shine with a little work! read more

First off, the burgers were OK. Overpriced. 2 single burgers, 1 fry and 2 bottles of Iced tea. $30.00. Better burger deals at Ruby Tuesday. There wasn't any handicap parking posted. I recently had surgery and have to use a walker. There was very little seating. Only 6 tables seating 4 people. No where to sit. I couldn't stand and wait so went back outside to sit on chairs they provided. As I had one hand on the walker I put the other on the arm of the chair to sit. The chair tipped over and I almost fell putting all the weight on my bad leg to keep from falling. I told the owner what happened and that the chairs were very flimsy. He said he knew, sorry about that. Didn't even ask if I was ok. read more

Just went Friday evening, 1/16/26. Ordered an original burger and a spiedie. The bun and sub roll were stone cold which ruined the product. The chicken for the spiedie was overcooked making it dry and chewy. The two sandwiches were $20 which seems to be a norm these days, but execution was very poor...not for me. read more
