I needed an IPad for work and he was able to get me what I wanted, I added a line and he explained all the fees that would be on the bill so I wouldn't be surprised when I got it. After receiving an email from Verizon that I qualified for a new iPhone 7 @ $100 off, I drove to this store to confirm and get my discounted phone. But when I asked the rep to transfer all my settings and data from my old phone to the new, he refused and said: 'We don't have the machine anymore'...He referred me to the Apple Store in the Victoria Gardens, And told me the prices there were identical...So, the first lie: The phone was $100 more at the Apple store! 2Nd Lie: Apple store tells me there is no machine, It's just done thru the I Cloud - and any Verizon store could do it - only takes 20 minutes! Then I call Verizon Customer Service, 5 Stars for Them! They immediately agreed, Contacted the Manager of the Redlands Store, and credited my wireless bill $100! My bf and I went in to get a new iPhone after his was just stolen and they made us jump through hoops just to tell us at then end that they had none in stock. Immediately walking in my bf mentioned his phone was stolen and that he wanted to get a new one today and inquired about their inventory. At which the initial employee said after they checked his account information they could then check...that led to them saying he was not an authorized manager on family account and they made him call his mom and have her call customer service to get his account authorized (which was 40 minute wait time for her). After that entire hour and a half process they said the name had to match his ID even though the number was added so she'd have to call and start again. They mentioned he could also go online through her account to do it on the website...once that was finally done after about 2 hours they asked which phone he wanted and when he said whichever iPhone they have in stock they said they had none only androids. When he had clearly mentioned that he came in to get a new iPhone today to replace the one that was just stolen. They were incredibly lazy, rude, complacent, and careless through the entire process. Manager Michael was terrible and his employees were terribly trained...while my bf was trying to walk his elderly mother thought process of adding his account he kept walking away to go chat with other workers and had to be called back many times. I didn't come here to transfer two numbers out of my dad's. No no, I came here to have Joshua direct me to their phone with a his fake customer service voice. Then have him walk away with the rest of his coworkers, while my father and I waited at the phone. I wanted to drive all the way there just to use their phone! Five stars! The man on the phone was more helpful than him. We were trying to transfer me and my husband off my dads plan, but the guy on the phone told us we should just stay on it since it's cheaper. The man on the phone confirmed with me that I am still on my dads plan and nothing was finalize. But when I go to Joshua, he says that I'm already transferred out. But when I check my phone I'm still under my dad! Bruh just be real with me, cut the fake customer voice tone and just say that you don't know wtf you're doing. With that said, avoid at all cost. Or go to the one on Orange street, they're a lot more professional and helpful. read more

BEWARE! Where do I begin here? They promised my wife overnight shipping for a replacement phone. We're a week deep now with still no answer. When my wife called them, they kept her on hold for 30 minutes only to be hung up on and our calls forwarded to the national hotline.. When I went in-store to bring it to their attention they changed their tone and claimed ambiguity. Also BEWARE, they will do anything and everything to sign you under contract. DO NOT LISTEN. They will open new lines, offer you ipads, etc. You will regret this. You will notice on your next bill 2 months later that you've been hoodwinked with no means to backout of the contract. What a joke this place is. Two years ago I had bought a new phone and screen protector by another Verizon. They had talked me into getting a $100 screen protector with a life time warranty. Stated that I could come in any time I want and replace the screen if needed as long as I had the same phone. Cool. So for months, I had been fighting with multiple Verizon stores because no one had a clue what I was talking about and said there's nothing I could do about it. I finally got it resolved over the phone by a Verizon rep and they said I could go into ANY Verizon store and get it replaced. I was happy! This is the store I decided to choose and boy do I regret it. I was greeted by "Bing" and when I explained the situation to her she said Verizon doesn't just give their stuff away. I told her the account should say that the screen will be replaced for free. She sort of sighed and rolled her eyes like she didn't want to, asked for my ID, and when she checked my account she said "Well it states here that you can go into any Verizon store and Verizon would replace the screen for you." And I said, see so can I please do that? Then proceeded with "Yes, for the price of the screen protector because no where here does it say for free." I am not a confrontational person, so I understand how other people may complain and want free stuff, but when I said I had just gotten off the phone with them and they said it was free because of the warranty. She looked at me like I was an idiot and obviously didn't care what I had to say. I tried getting other reps involved and they all sort of turned their backs on me and pretended to be doing other things. I didn't raise my voice, I wasn't rude, I was just upset. Terrible customer service. Once I left the store I called and within 2 minutes Verizon said they apologize about the experience I had, said they see the notes in the account and the store I went to should have replaced it no charge and just sent me a screen protector by mail so I wouldn't have to go back to the store. I just felt like an idiot after all this and I still am not too happy. I wish I could have talked to someone else. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in to this store to get a new iPhone at the end of a contract. I was contemplating leaving because Verizon is extremely overpriced but the employees here told me they would help me out and get my plan down. I decided to stay because I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching providers but I wish I would have. I have paid over $800 the last two months when I was told I would only be paying around $300. My cell bill is literally draining me and I was told completely otherwise. I called Verizon directly and they don't even. Are that their employees at this hub are blatantly telling lies and locking people in to payments that are outrageous and completely unaffordable. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I WOULDN'T even give a one star rating, if it was possible. Before I explain the situations we encounted at the two Verizon stores located in Redlands, California, I will give some background. I have a Samsung S9 and my boyfriend has a Pixel 3XL. I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd phone, he has purchased from this location. While looking for new screen protectors for our two phones, I was informed by this store, as well as the Verizon on Orange in Redlands, the one in Pasadena and Verizon customer service, that they no longer carry these covers. I was told to keep trying different locations, just in case they had one. But yet, each store would tell me, I most likely wouldn't find them and it would be necessary for me to order them from a third party, such as Best Buy or Amazon. I was told once I received them, as a courtesy, they would install them. There would be no fee for this service. Again, Verizon's customer service told me the same thing. They said Verizon no longer carried our screen protectors and I just needed to order it through a third party, because I would not find it in a Verizon store or be able to order it through Verizon customer service. I ordered the screen protectors from a 3rd party and Verizon would install it, as a courtesy, fee free. Also, I will mention, within the last few years, my boyfriend has had two screen protectors replaced, with no issues , at this particular store. We have been with Verizon for a minimum of 10 years. Their service has definitely changed and not for the best. On January 2, 2022, we went to the store to have our new screen protectors put on our phones. We were greeted and helped right away. The screen protector I ordered was put on my phone, within minutes but unfortunately, we were sent the wrong screen protector, for the other phone. There was no fee charged. At that time, we were instructed to order the new one and bring it back to be placed on the phone. On January 7, 2022, we returned to the store, with the correct screen protector. I waited outside and my boyfriend went inside to have it put on his phone. Right away, the manager said that they don't do this service. It's a third party screen and left it at that. My boyfriend was frustrated with the situation, so I said I would speak with the manager. When I walked in, the manager was curt and said something like, "Is this about the screen protector"? I said yes and right away, he repeats what he said to my boyfriend. It was very tense and I repeated to him, that his store as well as others, said the only way to get the protector was to order it through a third party. We couldn't order it from Verizon. I also let him know, that we just had my screen protector put last week. He said the employee should not have done that and he was going to talk to the employee. The manager started ignoring me and called the next customer over. This is not customer service and the manager was rude and did not handle the situation properly. read more

I came into this Verizon Wireless because I needed to have my phone repaired. They implemented a new system in which customers are supposed to type their name into the computer system and then the sales associates would call you according to the order in which customers sign in. Pretty neat system, however, while I was typing in my name I was rudely interrupted by a sales associate who said I wasn't supposed to be doing that. After telling him my name and information he said I just had to wait until they called me into the service room. The guy that was trying to help me had no idea was he was doing. He kept asking me what was wrong with my phone and i kept indicating that the phone wouldn't work. He kept asking me which line I was under and if I was authorized on the account and what not. After getting my phone replaced I left the store promptly. A few months later my cousin was upgrading her phone. When we went into the store we weren't very kindly greeted but finally were asked if we needed assistance with something. After indicating that we needed to upgrade a phone, the sales associate logged onto the computer and tried to upgrade her phone. Apparently someone had upgraded her phone when she only received a replacement phone (and when I mean someone I mean a sales person). They had used her upgrade to give her her replacement phone rather than just giving her the phone without a contract extension and without affecting her upgrade eligibility. The sales associate at the Redlands store kept stating that there was no upgrade but they could do an alternative upgrade (where my cousin would use someone else's upgrade on the same account). She indicated that her dad wanted to upgrade his phone too and didn't want to take his and that she should have an upgrade. We called into the corporate Verizon Wireless to confirm that she had an upgrade in the first place and they said that she did. The guy at the Redlands store had no idea what he was talking about. My cousin got her phone replaced at the Verizon Wireless in Rancho Cucamonga and the guy at the Redlands store told her that we needed to drive out to the Rancho store to get her upgrade. After driving form Redlands to Rancho, the sales associate at that store said it was a mistake and that there was a note on the account saying that her line was eligible for an upgrade. The guy at the Verizon store in Redlands could have saved us a trip to Ranch if he wasn't so lazy to try harder to please the customer. read more

Don't bother with this store if you need customer service. I've tried to upgrade my Fios line by calling in several times, and all I get is either someone picking up the phone as if I just called in, or would be hanged up on or in phone hold limbo. When I dropped in to change services, the rep there told me that I would have to call instead, when I called Verion's 800 line, I was told that it could have just been done in store. Its a huge waste of time with these people, they aparently love running you around in circles. read more

Was dreading going to Verizon to get my son a new iPhone day before Xmas Eve. Went in thinking I would be waiting forever. To my surprise I got in right away and ended up getting a great deal. In the past the employees always tried to get me to buy stuff I didn't want. Not this time. Santos who apologized right away for not being able to shake our hands due to him being sick and potentially contagious, explained things to us very well and didn't try to scam. We got in and out right away and felt we were given a very good deal. I was very impressed (and shocked) and will definitely return to buy my daughter a phone when she starts middle school next year. read more

We (it is my teen age daughters phone) went in to the Verizon store at the guidance of a phone tech, who after two hours couldn't get her phone working. This was a replacement phone that came in the mail newly "refurbished" but wouldn't send or receive text messages, long story, we had already been in the store twice in two weeks and this would make our third trip. I was, to say the least, a little frustrated at the run around Verizon had been giving our teen age daughter. In the store the sales associate, Angel, was obviously upset that I - the customer who had been jerked around for two weeks- was upset and he was combative and hostile. As many Verizon customers I am stuck (since I do not want the hassle of switching the whole family, fios, etc) with the choice to stay with this company which has great coverage but crummy customer service. read more

The worst customer service I have ever received. I work in sales myself locally here in redlands and I would never treat one of my guest the way me and my girlfriend were treated there. She had not bought a new phone in 4 years and went to upgrade to the iPhone X. After having the phone for a day she noticed there was a black mark on the screen that wouldn't come off no matter how much we clean or whipped the screen off. So we went to try to return it the gave us the hardest time and made it seem as if we were crazy and there was nothing wrong with the phone. It wasn't a big deal but if the phone already had an issue we didn't want to run into issue in the future. So after they finally gave us a new one we of course wanted to inspect it in store and surprising enough this phone had a similar screen defect on it. This time they called over Albert I believe his name was and told us there was nothing wrong with the screen and almost wouldn't let us exchange it even though we never even left the store with it. He then raised his voice and said we can't exchange it again after the second time and that we should of not open it if we wanted to exchange it. Now can you tell me how am I suppose to inspect the phone if I can't open the box. Just a bunch of sales men who don't actually care about their customers. Will never return to this location and will more than likely changing phone provider. read more

If you want to be treated like an adult, go to a different store. I've been going to this store for four years. For the first three the sales associates were helpful, polite and friendly. For some reason in the last year this store's customer service has gotten just awful! Sales associates have been rude, condescending, and blatantly talked down to me as though I were a child. When I ask a question, they send me to verizon online. When I need an upgrade, they send me to verizon online. Even when I want to extend my plan for another two years, they send me to verizon online. The associates don't seem to have many answers, and have, for some reason just in the last year, become very rude and unkind. I have gone to this store so many times, fully intending to make many purchases, but have walked out without making a purchase every single time because the associates were so rude and unhelpful. If these kids are trying to make commission, they're not going to succeed if they keep treating customers the way they have been. read more

I too WISH there was a way to rate Zero stars for a location. I'm just now finding out how severely I was lied to by my sales Rep. NOTHING is as she said it would be. Here are the things she lied about/ omitted: 1. Convienently forgetting to tell me about the $30 "Upgrade" fee for adding a line (in my case a tablet). 2. Failed to mention that to add the tablet at the $10 a month price, she would have to change my plan to one that would raise the pricing on my other lines by $20 each. Essentially raising my over all bill by $50. 3. BEWARE OF THIS ONE. When I asked for a copy of my receipt summarizing the changes, she explained that they were a paperless store, and that my receipt was being emailed to me. Then she even verified the email address on my account. LOL! Of course to this day (2 months later), I still have not received my receipt. As a fellow business owner in Redlands, I think it's appalling they're allowed to conduct business this way. It's unbelievable. To know that Verizon Wireless will allow a location to act this unethical, and hide behind contractual language, to justify it, with a 8 yr, 8 line client such as myself.... Let's just say if they don't fix it, I'll be looking into a new carrier. read more

I lost my phone and was eligible for an upgrade. I waited quite a while to be assisted. All i wanted was a new iphone. Before i could even discuss my phone options he spent a very long time giving me options for their new phone plans, which even when I told him i was happy with my phone plan he continued to review the new plans and convince me they were better when they were clearly more expensive! I was so frustrated and feeling confused so I asked for a few moments alone to think and instead of giving me those moments at the counter he sent me back to the waiting area where i had to start all over again. And, he was very rude! When i was finally called back the second guy was just as pushy but i held my ground and finally got my phone. I love my Verizon phone plan and service, but I do not like this Redlands store!!!! read more

Horrible manager! (Scruffy face, grey untucked t-shirt, heavier build) Unkempt, unhelpful, and condescending. I ordered a new iPhone XMax and was sent an iPhone 7. The packing slip clearly detailed an iPhone XMax with the serial number and all identifying numbers specific to that particular phone I had ordered but an iPhone 7 with different numbers was in the fedex box. The very helpful phone team with Verizon instructed me twice (by two different individuals) to go to a corporate store, return the incorrectly received iPhone 7, and trade it for the correct phone or obtain a return receipt. I had spoken to josh at this store the day prior as well as the morning of the incident. He was friendly and helpful and offered suggestions as to the best way to obtain the new phone through their store. I entered the store, asked for josh, and began to explain the situation. Before I could finish I was interrupted and told I would have to pay a restocking fee. I said that the phone reps did not inform me of that and asked if it could be waived due to the situation being completely the fault of Verizon, the company they represent. The manager had been listening in and interjected that the fee would not be waived. He was condescending and immediately combative. The majority of the conversation from he to I was through an employee standing between us. He began to talk to me through the employee instead of directly to me. Very rude. Very cowardly. I've been a restaurant manager for 20 years and would NEVER put an employee in that situation. I accepted what they said and requested that they take the phone back, charge the restocking fee, and print a return receipt. I said I would call Verizon and request the fee to be reversed. So I sat down on a bench by the door and called. The staff stood together, some with arms folded, and glared at me the entire time. The rep put me on hold as he submitted the request. In the meantime, an employee came up to me with my fedex box, the iPhone 7, and a shipping label. He told me they couldn't help me. I'd have to ship it myself. Then stated "have a nice day". I noticed my packing slip was not included so I requested it. He had to go back and get it which suggests to me that they had every intention of keeping my packing slip, the only bit of evidence I possessed that indicated there had been a mistake. I requested it. He returned and said again "have a nice day". At that point, I stood up and stated "Wow! What a difference from my experience here, last year. You'll hear from me on Yelp." Note: the year prior I upgraded with the assistance of a lovely employee named Breah, which is why I had returned. I asked for her twice and received no response as to whether she was still employed. I returned to my car, still on hold. The rep returned to the line and asked if I was still in the store. I told him I had been chased out and how uncomfortable I felt. I requested to file a complaint against the store and it's manager. I also requested that they view the security cameras to observe the body language of the staff and their interactions with me. It really felt like they just didn't want me to have a very sought after item and put all the blame of not having it on me. Good news is that the phone rep found a phone for me at the Apple store and I was able to retrieve it within the hour, no thanks to the Verizon corporate stores. I recommend the palm desert store or riverside store on magnolia. I will never return to the Redlands storefront. I'd like to reiterate that I DID obtain my iPhone XsMax Gold 256g that day. And I hope it gets under the skin of the staff at the Redlands store that I got exactly what I wanted an hour later. 10/1/18 A standard response that obviously indicates that they did not even read my entire review. Unacceptable! And embarrassing for their management. I've told at least a dozen people in the area to avoid this store. Some of those were managers at nearby stores. I recommend Verizon, but NOT the REDLANDS store to do business with after my experience there today. To be honest, the people in the stores are glorified sales people with no critical thinking and problem solving skills. They used to be able to trouble shoot problems with the phones and network, but now their push is to just give a passable lie to swindle you into buying a new phone. Here's what happened: I left Verizon with my iPhone 6 Plus in 2015. Yesterday, I went into another VZW store and signed up, but there was a weird issue where T-Mobile had locked my Verizon phone to their network. Called and got it unlocked, put the new SIM in and "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" error pops up. Sales rep says the unlock can take up to 3 hours, but when it does the phone will automatically activate with the VZW SIM in it. Okay, sounds legit and he said it with confidence. So I went home and ended up going overnight, with a 3 year old, in the mountains where I live at 5,000ft elevation with NO phone or way to call 911. Next day I took time off work to go get help, and the sales guy with a leather jacket and Arabic accent tells me (after I explained what happened and what I've done to troubleshoot myself), "well we can put a new SIM in but if it doesn't work it's the phone, you'll need to buy a new one. Then there is the issue with him basically calling me a liar (for some reason, his system said "non-VZW phone") AND walking away because he didn't believe me. Even the manager that I spoke to after this told me the same thing (after the sales guy told him what he'd already told me). I'm familiar with this "got your back" retail tactic. So I left and went to the Fontana VZW store that I bought the phone from originally and had a lot better help. They actually tried trouble shooting, and when their attempts failed, they connected me with tech support...and it turns out they did not have LTE enabled on their end, and once they did that and I hit "Reset all Settings" on my phone Wallah! It activated and worked! The Redlands store literally just ignored me when I said buying a new phone is not an option, especially when I had both my old iPhone and an unlocked Galaxy Note8, neither which would active. read more

Unlike some other people who would give a 0 if possible, let me just say I would still give this 1 star to represent the individual who actually helped me. I'll talk about him in a bit. But first, on to the review. Backstory: I was having battery charging and usb recognition issues with my Note II after one year of use. After calling customer service, they had their warranty group Asurion send me a refurbished device with next-day shipping. great. After one week though, I was having similar problems and also the SIM card kept having recognition errors. After calling customer service again, they decided to send me another phone but this time one that was Verizon certified from their warehouse. They then told me as soon as I get the phone to go to any actual store and they can get me a SIM with no questions asked. Sounded great to me. Store: I chose this location aside from my usual one because I didn't have time on my side. My wallet had gone missing and so I was in need of the phone activated so I could call my cards and cancel them. So, I walk in and am greeted by... no one. I'm used to this treatment as the day prior I had walked in to buy just a charger and the woman who was dead-center at the entrance said nothing more than "hi what are you here for? ok what's your number?" and plugged it into an ipad and asked me to wait for the next representative. (wow, the newest technical innovation: CALL-CENTER SERVICE--LIVE!!! YAAAY!!!) Thankfully one of the men (tall stocky-build Caucasian with bald head) immediately assisted me with a smile and the correct charger (newer smart phones will need higher-amperage chargers as opposed to the weaker ones). He also thanked me for my time and told me to have a good day, which is always a good thing. Now going back to my walk-in: I decide since no one is even greeting or helping me despite a chubby Hispanic girl with two-tone hair playing with her iphone in the center of the store with a taller younger Hispanic male while all other representatives actually seemed to be productively preoccupied, I decided to bypass them all and wait towards the service counter on the left. After about a 6 minute wait, the African American male with a uniquely-styled beard who was busy with another customer finished up and began asking if he could help me with anything. He inputted my cell number into his ipad and said someone would be able to help me soon. After another 5 minutes, a medium-build mid-20s Hispanic male came to ask what I needed done (wait, wasn't that typed out in the ipad notification he should've gotten?). I told him I needed to activate my cell phone in store and get a sim card at the same time. He had me walk up to the counter, type in my phone number into the touchtone service dept. phone, then told me he needed a valid ID to get my sim card replaced. ...my wallet was missing, I'm there with both my old and new phones with my existing sim card in hand, and if their new ipad quick service makes them just like a call-center, shouldn't they be able to take the last 4 digits of my social (which I entered when activating my new phone as well in front of him) work just as well? I understand issues with security and whatnot, but I could just have easily used their ipad or the phone to log into my facebook to show I'm actually myself. I'm pretty sure most identity thieves won't go to the trouble of making a facebook account of their target over 5 years in advance with the exact same friends and tagged photos unless that person was a pop-star, internet mogul, or multi-billion-dollar hedge fund manager-- all of which I am not. His answer? "That's just how it is. Sorry". Moral of the Story: If ANY place you go to begins to integrate the use of fancy gadgets to supposedly make your life easier, it is best you leave and try to find a different store that has yet to implement such changes. I ended up having a good experience overall with the Chino and Rialto locations, but I believe that to be thanks to those salespeople not having such items. If you've always wanted that 'call-center' feeling with a complimentary 50-50-shot-of-the-salesperson-knowing-what-they're-doing experience, then let me say this would be 5 stars and the best place for you. ...for the rest of you, I suggest you look for places that don't have associates brandishing oversized versions of wrist communicators from the Power Rangers shows. read more

So today I went to this Verizon so that they can help me with my pin my phone was stolen and when I called customer care they told me to go to this store and they could help me, but when I got there they were so rude no one wants to work there, Ronnie if that's he's name came out ask me what I need and I told him then said no we don't do that sorry can't help you, I said customer care said to come here, he said well call them and when you get them on the phone I will help you. Just like that, pissed me off and I was on the phone quick to get answers. Once I got someone from customer care they told me to put my phone on speaker so he could talk to him Ronnie well what do you know Ronnie didn't want to come outside he sent another guy to answer the call which we did everything in 5 minutes and l was done. I just ordered the iPhone 6, a few days before my family decided to upgrade to the Verizon Edge program, changing the payment plan for the phone I had just ordered. Being a college student with no car, my dad and I spent a long time on the phone with Verizon. They first said I could switch to the plan over the phone, and then told me I had to go into a Verizon store within 14 days. So I took a shuttle to the Verizon store (45 minutes), then waited (20 minutes) for my name to be called, then waited (10 minutes) for a computer to be free so I could be helped. I explained my situation to the man, and then waited (45 minutes) while two men tried to figure out how to simply return my phone and sell it back to me before they told me that there was "a problem with the system" and I would have to come back the next day and do it all over again and "it might work". They assured me I was not the only one this was happening to, and there was no way I could call ahead and make sure the system was working before I came in. So then I took the shuttle back (45 minutes). This is a ridiculous waste of time, especially considering the fact that Verizon promised me on the phone before I received the iPhone in the mail that I would be able to convert to the Edge plan over the phone. I called Verizon and they could not even extend the 14 day time period for me, despite the fact that it was their own error that made me unable to return it. Having night class until 9 p.m. and work in the daytime (and no car) I ended up not being able to come back to the store in time. Verizon needs to be more considerate and realize that my time is valuable. read more

If I could rate them zero I would, extremely rude. I am a nurse as well as my boyfriend, he broke his phone that he needs to work so he can communicate with facilities about our patients care during this pandemic I know horrible timing. We went to Verizon store and was told if we ordered online we would be able to pick up right away by a man in store. I didn't receive a pick up email so I called Verizon's customer service for an hour and ten minutes and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. I waited an hour and a half no email. I came to the store and asked a woman with short black hair and a NASTY attitude if I could pick it up as I was told by the representative who contacted the store that it would be ready. She told me no that they couldn't give me the phones I payed for even though I was told by two people it would be available before closing of the store. She even had the nerve to tell me "we're going through a lot right now" meanwhile my boyfriend and I are on the front lines of this risking our health to care for people and "Verizon is going through a lot"???? Try long shifts with no breaks to eat or sleep Running on empty I've been up for over 24 hours working and trying to fix his phone issue just so my boyfriend can be with his patients. Honestly her insensitive comment rubbed me the wrong way more than not getting the phones. read more

Crooked place. Fast talking employees offered all these supposed good deals but wouldn't give us receipt and new contract. Told us we can get it online. Well, it's not there! And they also fed us this crap about 'oh we can't give this because people may take this to somewhere else to get better deal's, which sounded super strange to me. I now have to call in every month to fight my bills, and every time they supposedly 'fixed' it. This last time we had to call in, They claimed they don't see the deal we were offered. The low reviews for this store didn't come as a surprise to me. I wasted over an hour of my time here today only to be told by a sales rep to call vzw or go on the website. They refused to help me with ANYTHING since I wasn't the account holder, however, I had the account password and offered to get the account holder on the phone but they had no interest in addressing my issue. The rep saw an easy route to funnel me through the old vzw phone call/website route and jumped on the opportunity to dodge her job duties. Wait times were horrid as well. This store needs an employee purge and overall badly. read more

The sales people have no clue what they're talking about. I just purchased the droid turbo mainly so I could multitask i.e. talk on the phone and browse websites, check traffic etc, only to discover that my new $700 phone is unable to do this. Its no different than my $99 moto g phone. Don't bother trying to get accurate information from the sales personnel since they really are only about selling and clearly don't know their products. Verizon is way too expensive to pull this crap. read more

This store is a big joke. I've tried contacting the manager numerous of times to take care of an issue, I've either been on hold for 20+ minutes and no one picks up the phone or "I will call you back" and never have I received a call back. We where helped by Erainna, at first she was helpful until the things she told us was false, we where told our bill would be one price ($240 a month for 4 phones), bill was over $300 a month. The monthly charge they tell you does not include the price you pay monthly for the phones. I would stay clear from this store. read more
