Also, in Redlands the store Wifi sucks, why bother? Yet! There are staff that work here that are pretty darn AWESOME! For example, Kaele! She was awesome helping me at the customer service area. Never had one problem at this target Redlands target has always been clean and customer service has always been excellent/ friendly. Iv always been Abel to find the products I need even on the busiest day it might be crowded from time to time but still always coming out with a smile and what I was looking for. I don't leave reviews very often but went in earlier today needing a couple of quick things from the electronics department on my way out of town and was a little irritated with having to wait awhile to be helped, but when the young lady working the department and who was swamped with helping a group of others ahead of me, was able to assist me, she was clearly busy yet super friendly and made my bad mood go away quickly! I gave three stars because I know they are trying their best. It's really really difficult to reach someone on the phone. I needed to ask about my online order, called guest services maybe 10 times but it would just ring and ring and no one would answer. I finally called every department, and the only one to answer was electronics. I explained my situation to the employee and he was finally able to connect me with someone at guest services. Idk what's going on with the phone situation but can we do something about this? I just had a question and once I finally got connected it took them three minutes to help me lol. 30 minutes of calling for a three minute question is so frustrating. This is My overall store when I need a variety of items.. cleaning product....toys....HBA or a couple of grocery items .... Lines are usually long, so I recommend self- checkout.... I also order & do pick up... saves me time.... they are efficient at getting your items ready... I really like Targets app it makes it easy to order & pick up.... When they started this program during covid they had 4 pick up spots....today I was there & they've really expanded.... at least 12.... they have cars waiting for you to pull out so they can pull in..... busy place especially weekends..... read more

Everything is locked, system does work Wait forever for assistance and electronics after regain the hand system that notifies employees assistance is needed. No one came. Had to go up to the front desk and have somebody called. Had to walk all the way back electronics. If somebody is old with injuries and having trouble walking very poor business model. Also waited in line forever to check out not enough employees. Will never ever go back to target again. read more

This particular location is pretty popular but the upkeep is not great. It's hard to find staff to help, the items are moved around on the shelves and no one seems to care about putting them back. Placed an order for pick up at this location. The app is easy to use and keeps record of your favorite past purchases to find items easily. Usually takes an hour or two before they send a notification that your order is ready. You can opt for in store or drive up depending on your needs. Open the app before you head to the store and notify them you're on your way. Once you pull into a designated drive up spot text the number you're parked in and they'll come out, show them your pick up code then they'll load it into your vehicle. Store was very clean, and we enjoyed our good prices in your outdoor department, but then I walked by the ladies department and saw this "naked... Mannequin" in full view with an aqua blue cover-up on all the way down to her ankles, which is a beach cover-up!... She should have "a bathing suit" on underneath it but she was naked!!! I think that's very offensive especially for little children walking around--- please fix this ASAP!! I did tell a worker in the store who was in the cosmetics department and I told one of your employees around the check stands. She looked at me like I was very silly. This is not a silly matter. Even though Target is infamous for blatant price changing lies and schemes (leaving the original price tag of $X underneath the "new low price" of $X) and 40¢ price increases at the register even though the old price tag was still attached to said item(s), the customer service at this store has been pretty awesome lately. It was a beautiful huge Target. In a nice location, plenty of parking. It has been the largest Target that I have been to. They sell amazing green seedless grapes, which I purchased like 6 or 7 bags. The grapes were slightly smaller than a golf ball and I was there to buy something else. They have a Starbucks inside. Free refill on iced coffee. By the cash registers, they sell hot foods in a to go box (pre-made), and frozen slushies (one size and only $2.00). read more

***This review is for restroom use only*** My eldest daughter and I were in Redlands the Sunday before Thanksgiving for her to practice driving the supposedly DMV drive test routes LOL. We were there for several hours. Once it got dark, we stopped. We dropped by this Target to use the ladies room before heading home. Restroom was clean which is always appreciated. Thank you Target! As I was waiting for my daughter, I walked around the dollar section and saw some cups with a letter on them. Surprisingly, I noticed two cups each monogrammed. I immediately thought of my friend. On the way to the check out I passed by the reading eyeglasses stand , we'll I gotta get this one animal print frame snd it comes with a case. The overall store area is clean but some make up shelves are bare to the minimum... hoping they had more choices of my usual brand make up. Settled for another brand of eye pencil ... not happy!!! All the self service checkouts are card only. So I had to go in another line for check out. I waited in the line and I only had one item. The cashier I'm sorry I'm not taking anyone after the person right in front of me who had at least 30 items. They change the layout of the store and it's very hard to find anything, I really cannot stand this store. They used to have good items and they have changed and the quality has gone down. Came by to see if Target had a reasonably priced gray dresser. They had some, but it didn't look it was made with good quality. Plus, it didn't come in gray. We didn't stay too long. One of the bigger Targets that I have been to. I've been here a couple times in the past couple of months and they don't have a bad selection. The parking does get SUPER hectic at times since this shopping plaza has so many stores, eateries, and I believe this is a hub for the majority of the community to do all their errands at. With the parking being hectic, the lines can get MEGA long even when they have a huge amount of cashiers and self check out on BOTH sides of the store. This was especially true during the holiday season, so FYI! Other than that, there's no real issues, especially on less busy days and not on the weekends lol. I hadn't shopped in this store since 2018, and that was before Pandemic Supply Chain issues and poor customer service became the 'new normal'. After being completely fed up with Highland Walmart's poorly stocked shelves, terrible pickup experiences, and nightmare online And Marketplace delivery that was nearly always 'sent back', or just no delivery and cancelled by the store, I decided to try Target for my pet essentials and other. Big mistake! When you make an online order for either pickup or delivery, the Target inventory software doesn't stay updated. This means that your card will be automatically charged, even if your order is for items out of stock. It could take as long as 14 callendar to get a refund. The pickup associate notified me that 1 of my 2 items was out of stock. No email warning about this. So, I asked the man if my card was charged for both items or just the one that he brought to me. He said that I wouldn't be charged for the missing item. The following day I saw that my card was processing the payment for the missing item. I called Target customer support. There was no resolution with that Rep, so I then asked to be transferred to the Escallation Dept. That man explained to me that the inventory software showed that my item was in stock at that store, thus my card being charged. I said that was no excuse for stealing my money! I reminded him that I was charged for an item I didn't have and would be without the necessary funds to make the purchase elsewhere. The man's response was to file a claim with my bank. That is exactly what I will do on Monday, if my account isn't refunded. I just wanted to give a heads up to any people who feel like the best deals are online and shopping at Target or Walmart will save them money and time. The reality is actually the opposite. Shopping online at these stores for either pickup or delivery will just create unnecessary stress and loss of funds.My next post will be to the BBB and Trust Pilot. Being charged for merchandise not received is another form of theft. Whoever is leading the pick up area this afternoon was completely rude, immature , impatient and condescending. Instead of rudely telling customers they cannot park somewhere , instead they should be patient and helpful and simply direct to traffic without a condescending attitude. It's chaotic at the pick and it's clearly because there is not enough assistance or instruction. There were no spots to park and the app suggests to park nearby with your hazards if there are no spots. Doesn't make sense to be rude to customers for following the instructions provided. I love target but things are getting bad at this location. Self checkout is 10 items or less, however they only have 1 cashier available each time I come. Although there are associates available out on the sales floor. Everything is continuously out of stock or locked up. BEWARE!!!! BE VERY AWARE!!! This review is for the Redlands location. I bought 3 eBay gift cards ($200, $200, and $100). to our discovery, the 2 gift cards ($200 and $100) redemption code were not good and numbers were missing. therefore unable to use. I went to this Target to get a replacement but was told to call eBay because this is the third party. Keep in mind, Target is the one that got my $500. I called eBay and was told to go back to Target to get the replacements on the gift cards in question. I tried to dispute the charges with my bank but was told that the Chase do not have the privileges to dispute charges on gift cards from any merchants. So now I am out of $300, and I am not able to use the gift cards with missing numbers from redemption code. read more
