I bought a calendar book, took a few hours, and entered data of yearly events (e.g., birthdays, MD appointments, and the like). After I finished entering the information, I realized the book cover was upside down (literally) from the pages inside the book. It was a total production error of a product sold by Redlands Office Depot. Like any typical consumer, I returned to the store to fetch a proper book in exchange for this poor production of a book. A male store clerk said I could have another book and rewrite/redo all the information at the store so that he could "keep the book." Privacy notwithstanding, I asked him to keep the book and trash it myself. Privacy matters. After all, what purpose was the book to Office Depot corporate office? Whether they trashed it or I did, the result was the same, but I could control the destruction of the private information. This particular fellow (the clerk) thought I should spend a few hours (seriously) at the store to redo the information so that he could do what with the book? Lucky me to experience a petty, arrogant, and power-controlling clerk, eh? In short, I spent another $24.00 and bought a different book. In the future, I will not support a brick-and-mortar store (Office Depot). Amazon is more convenient and user-friendly. Avoid this store. Make your copies, photos, or purchases elsewhere. You are warned. Avoid this Office Depot in Redlands. Their products are substandard, and they are not user-friendly. Read the reviews and notice the ratings. When the data speaks for itself, I do not have to say anything else.

The person at the front was able to remove them immediately and very easily, and walked us through all of the possible outcomes for the laptop. The laptop was fine when dried in-store for a few days, though the price for it to just sit there by a fan was higher than I would have liked. I also wish they had been a little more communicative, we had to call more than once just to get updates. Overall, they were knowledgeable and it got fixed, so I would return in the event of another mishap.

They repeatedly order the wrong parts, which constantly sets me back in my business. On top of that, they lose my parts -- including my computer charger cable -- every single time. This is not a one-off mistake. It's a pattern. I run a business and need my computer working. Every delay they cause means I fall behind and miss opportunities. The warranty situation is even worse. I had a screen repaired, then needed a motherboard repair less than a year later. After that, the screen stopped working again. They immediately claimed it wasn't covered under warranty and tried to classify it as an "accident" so they wouldn't have to stand behind their own work. They do everything they can to weasel out of covering repairs. When you try to get answers on the phone, they are completely disrespectful. They talk down to you, berate you, and refuse to clearly explain what is actually covered under their warranty. It gets worse: the owner grabbed the phone out of his employee's hand and started yelling at me, calling me a child because I wouldn't just accept their scam warranty policies without question. And if you think the bad service ends when you leave the shop, think again. The owner goes on every review platform and leaves sarcastic, dismissive replies to every single one-star review. Instead of taking responsibility or fixing the problems, he mocks customers who speak up. It's the same arrogant attitude he shows on the phone, just written out for everyone to see. This is not a professional repair shop.
