Went here after my wife spilled coffee on her keyboard. When turned on, the speaker was constant loud static, so we knew something was wrong. Cracked her laptop open ourselves and removed most of the screws from the battery to try and take it out, but there were two that we could not get out so we caved and took it in to the shop. The person at the front was able to remove them immediately and very easily, and walked us through all of the possible outcomes for the laptop. The laptop was fine when dried in-store for a few days, though the price for it to just sit there by a fan was higher than I would have liked. I also wish they had been a little more communicative, we had to call more than once just to get updates. I was working on my computer and it died! Instantly!! So, who you gonna call? Well, it ain't Ghost Busters (at first I thought this was a viable option). But then reason took over my panic, and I called Computer Pro2Call, speaking with Robert and their staff. I liked that they instructed me on how to do some basic troubleshooting on my own. (It's far cheaper to fix small issues myself.) That failed, so I took my computer into them. While it took a week to figure out how to economically fix it, they did get it to work (which required a new mother board and processor). Robert talked to me readily about the fixing progress and offered economical options at each critical step. My PC was the computer from hell. It was crashing several times a day and I was trying to fix it by downloading drivers, re-loading Windows, and by pulling out one of the RAM sticks to see if one or the other was bad. No luck.
