I worked with a sales associate to try a chair in my house for 5 days. Before delivery, they confirmed date and time to deliver and the chair was used for 5 days. I never got confirmation that they were going to pick up the chair. However, on the fifth day, I got a knock on my door to pick it up while I was in a work meeting. My wife answered the door and, regretfully, let him in to get the chair. He poked his head in my home office and said he needed the chair. I was in the middle of a zoom meeting but he said he had to take the chair, which he rolled out of my office, while I had to finish my meeting standing up (very embarrassing). When I complained, to the store, I was told that the owner would call me. Instead, I got a terse email stating that they don't allow the chairs to stay longer than 5 days and I should have known it would be picked up because the email they sent two weeks earlier stated that it would be picked up on the day (no time stated).
