We are a vendor and have been for some time. However, recently the printer was down for weeks. As instructed, we opened a ticket and did not hear from anyone for weeks. We called, and no one could help us. We left several messages, and still, no one contacted us. I called the representative, and he had an attitude instead of helping out. I called corporate, and all the managers were busy and could not take my call and was told they would call me. I do not recommend this company! I purchase a warranty and made the payments for many years on a Canon large format printer. For the first 7years I'd had only 2 minor service calls.They try to repair my plotter 6 times over the last 3 months, kept replacing parts and with no results. They gave up because it was to much labor to repair. My printer has less than 2,000 ft of use and was in very good shape. When I insisted they finish they job , I was told by the President of the Company Brad that he was canceling my contract. He said it is his CHOICE to walk away from the warranty whenever HE wants to! If there were a lower rating, Image Source would undoubtedly "earn" it. I have been dealing with them for 3 months since I began at my current company and it has been nothing but headache after "you've GOT to be kidding me!" We have approximately 30 departments. Our contract pays per click for each copy/print. Our August was a re-billed July which they never caught. Our September has every dept charges messed up and charging for people at other sites. It's a mess. To top it off, I had to tell them about the problem, they didn't discover it. I have sent DOZENS of emails, called numerous times and NOBODY ever calls me back. They have the absolute WORST customer service in the industry. I am treated like I don't exist and we spend tens of thousands of dollars monthly. So unbelievably unprofessional! If you or your business are in need of a print/copy/fax machine this is NOT the place to get one. We leased a Xerox Work Centre 7225 from Image Source over a year ago. From day one we have had problems with the machine. Not only was the machine given to us defective, but the customer service was awful!!! Dustin, our regular tech, was very rude and disrespectful to me personally. One of the countless time he came to service the machine he suggested that is was me who was "stupid", not the machine. After NUMEROUS service calls, diagnostics and tests on the machine, Ken, the senior tech, told me that there is nothing else he could do to fix the machine and recommended that we get a new one. After attempting to contact our account manager, Henry Alderete, I was put in contact with Larry Banks and Jeff Silver. Larry assured me that he would handle our account and take care of getting us a new machine right away. This was not the case at all. We were given a huge run around. After some time and several phone calls and emails we were told by Larry banks that our account was handled and the LEMON of a machine would be picked up several months ago. Still to this day the machine sits in our office and we continue to receive bills.... The people at Image Source are DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I cannot believe they are still in business. I will report to every social media NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! read more

In our experience the technicians are very friendly and competent. However, the supply department is unaccommodating and obtuse. If you are willing to postpone your print jobs a day or two for a new toner cartridge to arrive in mail, then you should be happy with their service. read more

The worst company in the world to do business with. They totaly did not screen my business proper. There contract allows for only 20% coverage on prints, the salesman under estimated our usage now I am 2 years into a 5 year contract and they say I have to pay $1,000 basically to fill the machine with toner. One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with. In the year since we leased our Xerox copier from Image Source, our business has been without service on at least eight different occasions for a total of approximately two months worth of downtime due to their inability to provide replacement toner cartridges as promised. They have repeatedly failed to uphold their end of our five year contract which we are unfortunately locked into-- a fact that their unhelpful and discourteous customer service team is not interested in correcting. Our last request for replacement toner was met with the following response from the supplies department from an individual who did not even have the courage to sign their name to the email: "I have reviewed this request for additional toner and unfortunately I am unable to provide that at this time." Our warning to all businesses looking to lease a Xerox copier: if a charming young salesperson in a Xerox shirt pays you a visit with the intent of soliciting a lease on a machine, make sure that representative is actually an employee of Xerox. Though Image Source may be in partnership with Xerox as an authorized agent, the service is far below satisfactory. Once a contract is signed and the client is locked into a contract, they seem to care very little about customer satisfaction or customer service. read more

We signed a 4 year contract for manage print care with Image Source based upon what was sold as seamless print case services. In fact the delivery of toner was extremely slow and on many occasions their admin staff members had to drop off toner that should have been delivered 2-3 weeks prior. Service tech dispatching can take days as a result they cut corners and instruct the end user to the Web for resources including firmware upgrades. But...I'm paying for print care services! As a result, I contacted Xerox directly to express my dissatisfaction with the service received and the representative said "if I had a dollar for every complaint received I would be a retired millionaire" I was flabbergasted. read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have had nothing but trouble with these folks. Our scan to email has not been working for a few weeks now. They sent a guy out who was supposed to fix it. After working on it for about 3 hours nothing was fixed. His broken English was hard to understand and he promised that an analyst would follow up to work on the problem. It has been about two weeks since then and I have been calling every day to speak with "Louie" as he is apparently the only analyst that can help us. He is never available and I never get a call back from him. My boss is angry at me now and I keep telling him I am trying to fix the problem but they won't get back to me. This is getting ridiculous. Also, our copier will not wake up without physically unplugging it and plugging it back in. We had the same tech come out and once again he could not fix the problem. His answer for this was "That is just the way it is now". REALLY? That is just the way it is now. Once our lease is up I will be more than happy to give this hunk of junk back to them and never deal with them again. read more

Worst Company I have worked with. They may be quick to get you a machine and get you in a contract, but I have been dealing with a LEMON of a machine for 5 years. I have had numerous problems since I received it and parts have never worked. I have been more than patient, but they lack interest obviously. Their "Customer Service" is terrible and even worst their "Service Department". The technicians however, once you get them to come are pretty good. I will never do business with them again, and thanks to their lack of concern to retain customers, they just lost 8 different machines to a competitor.
