I work in an office where we used JP Copiers. I firsthand saw the difficulties that our office went through with a new copier that stopped working with the first few weeks. I used this copier and had minor difficulties with it immediately, but then it totally stopped working within 3 weeks! This copier was close to $2,000 and unfortunately we did not get a written contract since other office machinery is usually much more. The owner was unbelieveably rude! He did not want to take responsiblity for the broken copier! I have never seen a business owner treat their customers in this way? Stay far far away! read more

Our office's original printer ( Canon Advance , Image C5535i $ 3500 ) broken down , Called Jesse ( owner of : JPcopiers..Printer/Copier/Service and Repair) for repair , if he repaired well , will charge $380 , after he tried , he couldn't . he is a businessman of Refurbished HP . he offered his printer to me , he is well-informed about his machine , offered me 6 months warranty , so I bought HP E57540 from him , price are $ 1500 , I Zelle to him $1600 on 8/19/2024 , (of which $ 100 ,plus old printer Canon C5535i , as his labor fee ) --he said that he could dissemble it and sell apart. My colleague Don wants to keep that machine , but I had already promised Jesse , and I wanted to keep my promise , I rejected my colleague Don , Kept the machine for him . Our another colleague name Carlos Munoz helped him to move into his truck . on 10/14/2024 , printer broken , office IT solved the problem , on 10/19/2024, the machine has problems again , IT guys confirm that it is a hardware problem , our IT guy can not fix it . i contacted Jesse by text message and decided to meet in person to resolve the issue after he return from his trip . As soon as we met on 11/5/2024 , he pulled out $450 for me , he said that is return fee for me . he will keep the broken HP machine . I was shocked by the amount of money , do not know how did he get that number . he told me that machine only worth $900 , he charged me 2 months for lease ,225X2=450 . the rest money is his labor fee to repair the Canon C5535i , (our office original one ) I disagreed , so I asked him to fixt it and I kept the machine ,request him write a" written agreement ", I know that I made a mistake from the beginning and should not have trusted any of his verbal agreements . he did not agree to write anything ,he told me to "F**k Off" , I told him that if things do not go well , I won't leave , he called the police and detained me for 12 hours for trespassing . and towed my car away . I discovered Nigel at JP Copiers a couple of years ago and since that time have had him repair several computers for me. The price is more than fair and the service is excellent. I drop off a computer and it's usually repaired and ready in a day, the last one was done the same day. I dropped it off in the morning and got a call that afternoon that it was ready. This morning I discovered that a very important pdf file containing three years of tax docs somehow got erased. In a panic I called Nigel to see if he had any suggestions. He accessed my computer remotely and I sat here at home and watch the magic man doing his thing from his home. Within minutes he located and restored the missing file.
