I found Human Computer because of all the great reviews, and now I completely understand why they have such a great reputation. John was so sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel like my computer was in good hands. He was able to fix it, get me back up and running, and it only cost me around $85! He even told me that based on how well I've taken care of my computer, it could easily have another five years of life in it. I really appreciated that he wasn't trying to convince me that I needed a new computer or sell me something I didn't need. I also couldn't believe this little shop has been here in Riverside off Van Buren since 1996! There's something really special about finding a small local business that has been around that long and still treats people with genuine kindness. I have an abundance of Super 8 movie reels from the early 1970's, and they transferred them with high definition quality. I was ecstatic with the crispness of the colors, and in their quality of their work. I also needed their assistance in formulating DVD's with menu's. They completed the job with professional looking menu's, DVD covers and labels. Vince, the owner is very personable, and his prices are more friendly than any of the competitors in the Inland Empire. Whatever video or filming production needs you may have, Milestone Media can get the job done. I forgot to mention, that they also digitized some of my old 33rpm albums, with excellent quality. The package never arrived to the destination. They kept it. It never moved from their office. They should always provide a receipt. This is outrageous. I wouldn't trust them for anything. My husband went in the other day and the same lady told him they don't provide a receipt. He didn't drop off the package. Someone needs to report them to customer affairs ASAP. Or to the Business Bureau.
