For someone that runs a graphic company he was completely unhelpful with my request for a window decal. Rather than finding the PDF of my logo sent in an email he wrote me a long email detailing that time is money and he's running a business. He didn't have time to look through my attachments. He referred to me as "bro", told me they are Commercial business and was agitated throughout. I'm a business owner too and I would never treat a customer the way he did to me. If you don't want to deal with small business orders then say it upfront, don't be a jerk and make feel people bad for contacting you.

The videos look amazing, and my wife and I have been watching them nonstop for the past few days. You can provide your own HDD or SSD for the file transfers, or he can provide them for you. I tossed all the videos into a Plex server and stream them to my 75 inch 4K TV and they all look fantastic. Audio completely flawless and in sync too. Many of them were upscaled to 1080p and both picture and audio are great. If you're into audio/video stuff you'll have some great conversations with him. If not, don't sweat it and he'll take care of everything... you don't have to worry about a thing. Mike is super nice dude, does a great job, and his pricing is fair too. I will absolutely go back if I can dig up more old tapes that need digitizing. Some of these tapes have friends and family members who have passed away and these videos are quite literally priceless to us. You have no idea how happy my wife and I are. I originally reached out via YELP and he responded within 24 hours with upfront pricing, and exactly what I needed to bring if I wanted a USB conversion. He told me he would have the job done within a week, and he delivered in less than a week. I suggest you either call or message them with what you need, and they will tell you upfront if they can or cannot do it and how much it would cost etc.

At first I had minor peeling issues but now I have to remove several of the wraps. A few of the trucks are older but most are less that a year old. My brand new truck had bad bubbling and the truck had to be redone 2 times and it's still not right! Joshua then hit my garage with my truck by accident and scratched the drivers side so now that needs to be redone! My trucks look great for 50ft away but get close up and you can see the bubbling and peeling! I have all the text and pictures to prove everything! I'm disputing the charges on my credit card and legal action against him and all his companies are next These are a list of his companies all with the same phone numbers! Oscar always kept his word with everything, All of my vehicles have came out perfect. Even if something was a little bit not even noticeable but something I didn't like he took care of it on the spot no questions did anyone charge me anything even though it was his time and you couldn't even notice the problem to begin with (I was being to picky) He has always taken his time with me on all of the proofing. He is an amazing family man along with his father Oscar which originally started the business. If you guys need anything done give these guys a shot. Trust me you will not be disappointed
