I saw their on Yelp under Brother printer repair. Decided to call them even tough they call themselves laotot repair. They said they would look at my Broher Printer which is mostly not working. Father and son business. Both are very knowledgable . They examined my machine and came up with some reasons why it doesnt fully work. Spent over an hour with me on it. Son came up with idea to sprayed some solution on affected area but said it may not solve the problem. It did not. But for all the time they both spent and tried their best to solve the problem even looking on Brother website for manuals their small fee was well worth it. I felt they were bieng honest and tried to do what they could without a big repair bill. Son made suggestions about down load app from Brother to use the machine from my computer . It may work using the app. At least it did not cost me an arm and al eg to find this out. I would highly recommend them. read more

I needed a replacement screen for my laptop. I went to Laptop Masters and experienced the following: First Daniel checked to see if there was a replacement screen in their stock room. Unfortunately there wasn't. So, the part was ordered. No deposit was requested and I didn't have to leave my laptop there. I was informed how long it would take for the part to arrive, that I would receive a phone call from Laptop Masters that the part was in and it would take about 30 minutes to replace....... Definitely great customer service compared to other tech repair places that treat you like a imbecile. Here you can trust your laptop/computer/tech will get fixed safely and promptly. I am very pleased with the expertise and honesty of the laptop repair technician and owner, Spencer. He was able to quickly open my laptop and diagnose the issue (motherboard failure), get an estimate of the cost of the replacement part from online sources, and ultimately recommend that it was not worth the cost to repair. The guys here a so nice and honest! My mouse on my 2012 MacBook Pro was spazzing out and opening programs on is own. Geek squad told me that it was a software issue, but the guys at laptop masters told me my trackpad just needed to be replaced. For the same price that geek squad and apple would've charged me for the replacement, laptop masters replaced my trackpad, battery, AND upgraded my ram.
