I needed this for business. So I did call around. The insurance only covers repairs from this company. In calling around my frustrations only increased. Noone seemed to have the part or be able to order it. I called all over the Inland Empire . I thought it was just this company. BUT then I called the Chino store. Mark the manager answered the phone. He said to change the claim to the Chino store and he could order the part needed. If you need your phone fixed go to the CHINO store and see Mark Holmes. He is an angel. Don't waste your time going to the moreno valley store. Go to CHINO

OK, soooo...I was told they'd take UP TO 2hrs to fix my barely used Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that…read morewouldn't cycle past the 1st screen after restarting. There was nobody else there and it was about 11am. The guy said he would call me to pickup my cell or give me the status. *After OVER 3hrs, I just went back in, because surely it was near or finished at this point, right? NO, with only 1 person waiting to be assisted...they still couldn't turn the cell on past the point I could...so no update. Then, after waiting another 90 minutes or so in their parking lot (because I live too far to go home & come back again).......you guessed it, they still never called me!!! I had to go back inside and was told they couldn't restart the phone either. -_- Apparently it was a problem with the "mother board" that I see they've given numerous others with this issue after Googling. They never showed any empathy towards my utter disappointment. Their lack of skills is unmatched. There was no apology for NEVER calling me, even after the quoted time to fix the phone or provide an update more than DOUBLED!!! When I got the phone back, the entire back popped open, like a book. (Never knew this could even happen.) *Tip: DO NOT take your phone here with high hopes.

I dropped my Computer off and when I went to pick it up the guy couldn't find it, I didn't have my…read morereceipt ticket with me and he told me that he couldn't find it without my receipt. I went home and returned 3 days later with the receipt and the guy still couldn't find my computer. He told me he would look some more and would call me when he finds it. I ended up calling him 2 weeks later asking if he found my computer, he is saying he needs the receipt and when I told him I gave him the receipt already he called me a liar!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I've contacted my lawyer and am taking him to small claims court!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!!

Took my laptop in for repair, cracked screen. Owner said he could repair it and the part would…read morehave to be ordered. I paid for the part. The part came in and the Owner damaged the part installing it back into my laptop. Owner said he would pay for the new part to replace the part he damaged. I tried to find out if the part came in by calling him on the phone. Neither of the phone numbers on the pick up ticket works, they are both disconnected numbers. Since I could not reach him via phone I had to visit his store many times. Twice he told me part has not arrived yet. Then, he said he would reimburse me for the price I paid for the original repair. I went to visit him there 5 times and each time he said "the money has not arrived yet." Finally, he said he would pay me with paypal. Still after 8 days no payment.
