The person at the front was able to remove them immediately and very easily, and walked us through all of the possible outcomes for the laptop. The laptop was fine when dried in-store for a few days, though the price for it to just sit there by a fan was higher than I would have liked. I also wish they had been a little more communicative, we had to call more than once just to get updates. Sam looked at the current installation, and provided a quote for the upgraded service, the very next day. As soon as the ordered equipment arrived, he made arrangements to come to the building for the installation. The job had some unexpected problems, mainly bad wiring, which Sam replaced. Documentation was provided with pictures and arrows, a really top-notch job done on docs. I really have an appreciation of that because this is an area most techs drop the ball on.
