He was incredibly fast and efficient in diagnosing the problem with my MacBook. Within 10 minutes, he was already able to tell me what the problem was (ram was broken) and fixed it in under an hour (45 minutes to be exact). His prices are very reasonable too! Another shop would've charged me upwards $300 but he only charged me $135. The diagnostic fee was included so technically I only payed $70. Great guy to talk to, professional, clean shop, and again, awesome awesome service!! 10/10 would recommend.

I use this computer for my work, my writing, and so many important files. Unfortunately I had never backed everything up onto a flash drive. Needless to say, I was freaking out! I found Human Computer because of all the great reviews, and now I completely understand why they have such a great reputation. John was so sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel like my computer was in good hands. He was able to fix it, get me back up and running, and it only cost me around $85! He even told me that based on how well I've taken care of my computer, it could easily have another five years of life in it. I really appreciated that he wasn't trying to convince me that I needed a new computer or sell me something I didn't need. I also couldn't believe this little shop has been here in Riverside off Van Buren since 1996! There's something really special about finding a small local business that has been around that long and still treats people with genuine kindness. If you have a PC or Mac that needs repair, I absolutely recommend bringing it here. Great service, fair pricing, knowledgeable, and most importantly, someone you feel you can trust. Thank you, John, for saving my computer and basically saving me from a complete panic!

For both projects, Erick was quick to respond, cooperative, accodomating, willing to work and finish parts of projects and clean up well before our opening times for 5 days straight (audio project). The network engineering only took him one morning to get done and everything were A-OK by finish. Of course, I wouldn't be fair to not include any issues after project completion. Erick aptly responded to any technical difficulties we had and personally returned on site to tend to the issue. If I ever wanted to understand anything, Erick was willing to explain any facet of the work to any length, ensuring I understand. Outstanding Work - Clean Ethernet Install & Professional Cable Management…read more I wanted to show a clear before and after because the difference is incredible! Before, the Ethernet cable in my room was left hanging out of the wall, and the wiring closet was a complete mess due to a previous technician's sloppy work. Nothing was labeled, cables were tangled everywhere, and it was nearly impossible to trace or use the connections properly. After hiring this technician, everything changed. They: * Installed a clean, flush-mounted Ethernet jack that looks professional and works perfectly. * Organized the entire wiring closet -- bundling, labeling, and routing everything neatly. * Took time to troubleshoot, test connections, and make sure everything was functional and efficient. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and work ethic really stood out. They not only fixed the issue, but also left my setup looking 100× better than it ever did before. Now I can plug directly into the wall for a strong Ethernet connection, and I actually understand what's going on in my network closet. Highly recommend this technician if you need Ethernet installation, wall jack setup, or network cleanup. Professional, clean work, worth every dollar.
