Food is great - although I don't have any experience to reference to. Service is great the waitress continued to check and ask if I needed anything else. Ambiance is a little dark with 80s music. I ordered the Khao Soi ; Thai coconut chicken noodle soup for 16$. Really good and finished the entire bowl :)

Very authentic Thai restaurant! I love this place, and the prices are very reasonable. Last week, I had their green curry and cashew chicken to go--both were amazingly delicious. I usually don't get cashew dishes, the cashew chicken here was sooo goood!! Today, I came back and ordered the lunch special basil chicken. The lunch special includes one egg roll, a crab rangoon, and a small soup. Everything came out fresh and hot. I also ordered a Thai tea with cream, which was served in a huge glass. Overall, everything was great! The service was good as well--no complaints about this place.

Did take out from Thai Lotus, and it was delicious. Started with the spring roll, which was so fresh. It was almost a meal in itself. Then I had an egg roll, which was perfect. Next I dived into my Pad Thai (chicken and 2 shrimp). Surprisingly the shrimp tasted like Argentinian shrimp! Great taste! I also 1/2 of my order in the refrigerator for tomorrow's lunch!

I've been living 10 minutes away for 30 years and have never been here. Why? It's tucked away and the exterior isn't very inviting. My grandson has been going here with his father for many years. He suggested we go there for dinner so we went and I had minimal expectations. I should say I love Thai food. We walk in, pleasantly greeted. The seats are worn and cracked, but everything is clean The menu is small, but lots to choose from. Our server was very nice and helped with the food selection. I got the whole fish, my grandson got a curry, and my wife got a noodle shrimp dish. When the food came out it was presented very nicely. Everything smelled wonderful, and tasted amazing. Everything was fresh and hot. Portions were plentiful. And prices are very reasonable. Well am I sorry it's taken me this long to go here. But it won't be long before I'm back.

Picked up takeout from Thai Lotus this weekend and was pleasantly surprised! Thai Lotus is a dine-in and takeout restaurant, so if you're looking for a sit down meal experience this place is able to accommodate. It's conveniently located just past Glendale and 19th Ave with plenty of parking for customers. The restaurant interior has fun wallpaper and ample booth seating. The woman who helped me with my takeout was quick and friendly. I ordered the Pad See Ew medium spice and really enjoyed my meal. Other folks in my party ordered the Panang Curry and Pad Thai, note that the Pad Thai comes with a lot of peanuts. Overall I look forward to this place becoming my new Thai takeout spot!

I'm a vegetarian and this place was sooo yummy! The staff was so sweet and fast service and the old school music with the diner style booth seats was such a cozy vibe!

Worst Thai In Phoenix First Time Customer Via Uber Eats E-San Combo- Terrible. They gave more pickled papaya salad which is not fresh. 3 small pieces of chicken. Sticky rice is sticky dry. Tofu Spring Roll- Not fresh. Stale. Fried Tofu- Stale Don't even go here. They really left a bad impression for the price of around $40, you're better off with Rice Paddy, Thai Chili 2 Go, Pho Laveen and Pho Bowl Laveen. The cook doesn't love their job. Everything we got was stale, dry, bad portions and more. I don't understand why this business is still running. False advertising.

DONT PLAY WITH THE SPICE LOL I got level 3 chicken pad that and my boyfriend got level 4 yellow curry and I had one bite of his and it nearly burned my tongue off ..loll Once I got my mouth calmed down I was able to enjoy my pad Thai! Very good flavor a little kick but not over the top! Would definitely order back! But would definitely adjust spice level on curry

The manager and staff yelling and threatening to call cops while looking happily justified in doing so.

Poor service, small portions at dinner-sized prices. They wiill call cops if you disagree with them. They should go out of business. They never have anyone in the restaurant dining in anymore for a reason. I have eaten here since 2017. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered via DoorDash and the food was fabulous! Not pictured is the Tom Kah soup which was delicious. We will definitely be going in next time to check out the ambiance of the place but delivery was great.

**July 2026: Saturday Night Visit**…read more My friend and I had been eating a lot of heavy food this summer and were really craving something healthy and nutritious. It was also pretty late on a Saturday night, so we wanted something fast and convenient, which led us to Flower Child. Flower Child is such a great fast-casual spot if you're looking for a lighter meal with bowls, salads, wraps, and plenty of vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. It's especially nice if you want something veggie-forward or gluten-free. We decided to order the Turkey Cobb salad for $14.45 and a seasonal summer salad for $13.95, which had strawberries, heirloom tomato, watermelon, quinoa, marcona almonds, arugula, and balsamic dressing. We also added shrimp for $7.45 and got their housemade lemonades, which were really refreshing. The meal was exactly what we were looking for. My body definitely appreciated the nutrient-dense food, but it still felt light, which was perfect since we were eating so late. I'm definitely a fan!

Food is delivered fast, within about 5-10 minutes after ordering at the counter. Staff here is friendly, patient and helpful when someone who can't decide between all of the options is in front of them. :) I ordered "the rebel" French dip and loved every bite of it. I especially loved the little side salad that came with it that I wasn't expecting. The French dip itself was savory, tender, flavorful and the horseradish added the perfect "kick" to the wrap. I'd definitely order it again but there were also so many other things that I'd try on the menu! I'll stop back every time I'm in Arizona because it's worth the trip to try everything that looks so yummy!

We decided today we wanted to try the wraps for the first time. My husband ordered the fajita wrap and Decided he wanted steak so there was a $1.25 uplift for that. He said it was tasty, but some of the steak pieces were a bit chewy. He loved the heat level and it was chock full of fajita type veggies I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and I enjoy the hot sauce and blue cheese mix of dressing. I only have one complaint and that is I had opted out of carrots and they gave me a choice to add something else so I said tomatoes and they basically put whole cherry tomatoes in my wrap, which were kind of impossible to eat . Those really need to be sliced up or use a different kind of tomato, but I'll not make that mistake again! All in all- great option when you want to eat fresh and decently healthy food- I order the dressing on the side to keep it lighter as well.

Their prices are great and for the portion size, you can't complain. This time around, I went to the drive-thru and ordered the Cobb Salad with ranch dressing (instead of blue cheese). The lady over the intercom said, "oohhkayyy." When I got to the window, the guy asked if it was okay if it had blue cheese crumbles on top. I wasn't feeling blue cheese, but I kept quiet to avoid confrontation, plus it seems the salads are pre-made that way. Other than that, this place was quick and the drive-thru was efficient and convenient for me. The salads here are always on point and today's Cobb was no exception. I also like their flavored lemonades, but resisted temptation today, lol.

They ordered a Breakfast Burrito, Mac & Cheese, and Avocado Toast with Eggs. I ordered the Matcha latte which was alright -- I wasn't wowed with this one, and I feel like the price didn't really match it for me. You could also tell a bit by the color in the picture I attached. My sister's Honey Cinnamon Latte was pretty good. What I did really love was the pastries! We unfortunately only got one (the Pistachio Cruffin), but it was really good! Their whole pastry section looked and sounded amazing, I was excited when I saw their selection. They had a very unique menu at Toasted Owl, with many items cleverly named after the bodacious birds. My wife got the Three Tacos plate, my daughter got a gluten free blueberry pancake and soy chorizo, her husband got the Owl 66 and I got the 'Owlapeno Scramble'. The entire restaurant was decked out in owl decor, from the menus, clocks, glasses, wall decorations, cookie jars and trinkets, just to name a few. Everything in there was also available for purchase. Everything at the table was scrumptious in the most satisfying way. My scramble was so satisfying, with the cheese and pickled jalapeños and the three poppers on top. The breakfast potatoes were so savory, seasoned just right and the huge flour tortilla and salsa were all perfectly complimenting. We each ordered drinks that came in owl mason jars, which we bought for $2 each. What a hidden gem for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

It featured approximately two slices of pastrami heroically trying to survive beneath a mountain of sauerkraut. The egg sandwich came on bread that looked like it lost a fight with a flamethrower. When my food arrived with the wrong side, the waitress's solution was, "I guess I can have them make you some onion rings." The enthusiasm was truly inspiring and a testimate to the industry. Speaking of service, our server spent so much time MIA I wasn't sure if she actually worked there or was just passing through. Then came the gift shop adventure. I bought 6 adoarable Toasted Owl branded cups, only to be told after I paid that they were used. Since buying previously owned & used restaurant drinkware isn't really my thing, I asked for a refund. The response? "Unfortunately, you already paid for them." I'm not in the tech industry, but I was under the impression someone had invented a way for money to travel in both directions. I think they call it... a refund. If you're looking for burnt toast, a sauerkraut mountain, surprise used merchandise, and customer service that's more of a rumor than a reality, this is your place. Cheers. Side note: Everytime I use those cups (after washing them again), I am going to make up backstories for all the patrons I assume used them.
