I ordered a basic egg dish with pancake which was solid. Food came out within 10 mins so was very fast. Place is big but there's not too much to it. Decent place, not a knock on Syrup but as a tourist, prob wouldn't come here again unless I was at the 16th street mall and couldn't find anything there. Came with my gluten sensitive friend, and she was ecstatic that they offered gluten free waffles and pancakes. She got the waffle foster style, and I got the Nutella stuffed French toast with the Kahlua syrup. We also shared a side of the maple pepper bacon because it was smaller than the serving of the crack bacon- it was good but I wouldn't order it again. We were both in heaven with our meals though. The fruit topping was fresh, and the syrups were super flavorful. Everything was perfectly cooked. We came on a Sunday at 10:30am and waited about 30 minutes- not too bad! Someone mentioned in a review that they do call ahead seating, but when I tried they said they did not so- expect to wait. Worth it! The decor was gorgeous- loved the classy holiday touches. This was the most disappointing place I ate at during my trip to Colorado. I went with the Crunch French toast, which was rolled in granola. The overall result was kind of bland and dry. It was also unclear to me if I was supposed to ask for any of the specialty syrups and/or butters. Nothing was offered to me and I just got the standard maple syrup that was left on the table. What was more disappointing were the "eggs your way" plate that I shared with my date. The eggs were fine, but the tater tots and sausage patties were cold. The tater tots in particular were quite disappointing and tasted like they had been sitting out for at least an hour. They weren't crunchy and were quite bland. This morning, the hubs and I went exploring in downtown Denver and we came across this, amazing place. It's a little funky getting in (it's in the lobby of a high rise), but, DAMN was it worth it. I had the Greek yogurt bowl with a side of espresso martini (insert chef kiss here - Shannon is an amazing bartender). The guy had the chorizo Benny. Now, I haven't tried EVERY Hollandaise in the world, but of the ones I've tried, theirs was BY FAR the creamiest, most flavorful Holly Sauce I've ever tried. We were able to get a seat without any wait, though. The servers are really nice, and the portions for the food are big too! I got food to share: Beignets -- these were SO. GOOD. The plates ordered did not look appetizing and they were a hit or miss on taste. Really disappointed on the potato's which are either tater tots or diced potato's. This is a decent lunch/brunch spot located inside of a small mall. They have limited bar seating and a decent sized dining area. The place has a couple of TVs (that were playing sports while I was there) and has a trendy/new age vibe. They have some very unique and exotic menu items. I opted to go with the Elvis French Toast and a side of Crack Bacon. It was delicious. I know why the call it Crack Bacon. It is very addictive. The brown sugar.....mmmm. I could eat it for every meal. The french toast had a perfect combination of peanut butter, bananas and bacon. It was very good and unique. FYI, the restrooms are located outside the restaurant and you will need to get a code to get in. There is metered street parking and a parking garage nearby and they do validate parking in the garage up to 2 hours. As I mentioned, the food there was delicious and the place is very new and clean. An alright little brunch place. The service here is good and quick. I tried the pancake flight (which was nothing special really) and the remedy (an alright dish, nothing spectacular). Just as the title of this restaurant describes they are exclusively know for their syrups, French toast and pancakes. They have a list of syrups you can try and I had the coconut and blackberry with my buttermilk pancakes and WOW. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Just went bc I was so excited about the vegan pancakes. I explained I was in a rush to catch a flight and placed my order quickly. After a while I was told they needed to make new batter for the pancakes and it'll take w few more min. After several more min I'm told it's not happening. No pancakes. That wasn't the only only disappointment. I got the check and it was $17 for some vegan egg scramble that had nothing in it no veggies no sauce nothing. Then saw I was charged $4 for syrup I never got (which I didn't notice until I left). I paid $30 for a slop of eggs, some berries, and tater tots. I ordered from Syrup via Door Dash. The food came warm and the aromas were very inviting. I ordered a latte. It was surprisingly still warm by the time it made it to my hands. Not an easy feat. The latte tasted great, the caffeine heaven I had been waiting for. I ordered the house breakfast sandwich. Scrambled egg, sausage patty, cheese, spicy aioli sauce on a brioche bun with a side of smashed tater tots. I don't know why they call them smashed tater tots. They were not smashed, just regular crispy tater tots. But that is a ponderance for another day. The sandwich was okay. It was messy but in a good way. Solid brunch spot in my opinion! We came here on a Monday morning around 9 AM so there wasn't a wait. The menu was pretty average, and didn't seem to have that great of a variety of options. Since I wanted a light breakfast, I split the pigs in a blanket with a friend (sausage wrapped in silver dollar pancakes). This dish was so unique and was delicious! They also have specialty butter and syrup that was flavorful. The pigs in a blanket look big in pictures, but are actually smaller than it seems. One of my friends ordered beignets, and I tried a bite. The beignets here are not the traditional kind that you would expect. These ones are more fried and crispy instead of the soft, doughy beignet. The beignets tasted more like the fried dough that you get at carnivals. If I ordered the beignets here, and got it fried and crispy, I would be pretty disappointed. I also wanted to note that the bathrooms here are nice and clean! Bathrooms are outside the restaurant, and you have to use the bathroom code that is on the chalkboard to get inside. We just arrived in Denver, CO for the first time on land. We wanted to find a place to eat breakfast. This place popped up on the radar. I enjoy finding a place that isn't a chain place and smaller breakfast location. We arrive and it's in a office building which is find and not a turn off at all. We were greeted immediately and settled in. Based on some of the other reviews our experience was amazing. Our waiter was a gentleman. He immediately earned points and provided us waters quickly, as we reviewed the menu. We ordered coffee, tea and my wife received a mimosa which is up her alley. I ordered the chicken waffles which were great. So different because they use a spicy syrup. Our waiter said did you try the syrup before pouring it in. I said no, then tried and said I like spicy. He mentioned where it's from and where it originated. It added an extra bite to the food. The service overall was superb. Our waiter knocked it out of the park. Yum! Syrup is exactly what I expect from a high quality breakfast spot in a major US downtown. As I've eaten at many fine, reasonably priced breakfast spots in the Midwest -- the food here felt quite familiar -- simple twists on familiar flavors, executed well and with good prices. The seating is quite comfortable, and service is reasonably quick if you're not in a huge hurry. Though I definitely exceeded my recommended sugar intake for the week in a single meal, my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The hot chocolate came out nice and attractively decorated with a good level of creaminess and the right amount of sweetness. The smores pancakes had an excellent level of fluffiness in the pancake and matched perfectly with graham crackers, chocolate syrup, and marshmallow syrup. This was a very creative and delicious combination. The coconut french toast surprised me with its execution. On the surface it looks like simple bread covered in crispy coconut flakes. But the fluffiness of the french toast in combination with a well tuned coconut syrup creates a very well balanced combination that is absolutely delicious. Overall, great breakfast experience. Ours was in serious need of a personality, although I suspect he had something against us from the beginning since we were sat, got drinks, he took our order and then he never once stopped by our table again until I asked for the check.
