My goodness breakfast here was so good. See the pics. Everything was well portioned and well made. You can tell the care that is put into the food's ingredients - rich, fresh, well seasoned. Many other options on the menu but we went with the croissant sandwich, the rice and the huevos rancheros. The aesthetics of the place is absolutely gorgeous and was the icing on the cake.
Amazing food and service. Cute atmosphere and never too busy. Serving sizes are quite large. The matcha and Vietnamese coffee are both great. We love to get the breakfast quesadillas here! Perfect place to bring guests and get a cocktail
Known as one of the best brunch spots in Denver. We got the Chinese sausage fried rice and the enchiladas de mole. The vibe is casual. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The enchiladas were solid, but the mole sauce wasn't great. 6/10. The fried rice was good, but honestly something you could make at home. The chili eggs were a highlight, just a bit too much garlic. 6.5/10.
This is very cute, chic place: perfect for girlfriends to have mimosas brunch on a Sunday and do pics Music was not overwhelming, you were still able to have a conversation without shouting. I love that you walk in, order, pay and find a place to seat: this works for big groups, or friends because it avoids the splitting 10 tabs, or misunderstandings that one paid more or less. The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable (I asked for suggestions). The food came out hot, and had a good presentation. I ordered the breakfast tacos, and I was surprised to enjoy the different flavors: from the grilled queso to green salsa (I personally would have paid extra for the corn tortillas but I missed it) The crepe was good, healthy and plenty of berries! The frittata was fluffy, and the salad complemented it. The only thing, is that I drink my coffee black, and to my taste, stick with matchas or lattes.
Onefold Strikes again. This place constantly puts out great food. Been a few times now and the service continues to blow me away, food comes out in like 10 minutes, maybe less. For the quality, this really impresses me. The fried rice dishes, even though I don't think they're for breakfast, are fabulous. Filled with spices and bursting with flavor. The egg on top really brings it all together!! The egg croissant sandwich is exactly as it seems - but slightly higher quality than normal. Nothing crazy, just good croissant, well fried egg and a nice sauce. Again, this place doesn't miss. If you're in town, hit it up. The fresh squeezed orange juice and the breakfast burrito are a must !
Tried the congee for the first time. It was delicious! The duck confit was so good I couldn't get enough. The service is always great at Onefold and I love going there. Perfect place for lunch because the vibe is always casual.
Onefold is staple in Denver! They have multiple locations and both are great. They're consistent and the staff is friendly. Onefold is always packed on the weekend and there is most likely always a wait. Get there early if you want to avoid a crowd! When I visited the LoDo location on a Saturday the line was out the door and had to wait for about 20 mins. It is a counter service place and you place your order when you get to the front of the line. They have great coffee drinks and mainly breakfast/lunch meals. The Vietnamese coffee is super good and strong in coffee flavor. I got the Chilaquiles and my partner got the Breakfast Burrito. The chilaquiles are good! There is some spice to them. The only thing is the lack of egg on them. It's one egg for a stack of tortilla chips. And they aren't cheap so it feels a bit disappointing. However for the Breakfast burrito, it really is delicious! It's filling and packed with great ingredients. It is a pretty expensive place so be expecting that! A great place with a good location to grab a bite to eat for brunch or lunch!
I've now officially been to all three Onefold locations!! I love how big this one is (and also the one in Greenwood Village). They are all similar with ordering at the front before grabbing a number and seat. We had an Asian American friend visiting who was staying at a hotel near this location! So we suggested Onefold for breakfast! Of course, she picked all the Asian influenced dishes: congee, Chinese sausage fried rice, duck noodle soup! I added the crepes as dessert and we shared the four dishes between three people. Everything was wonderful and I brought home leftover congee, while she ordered fried rice to go! I always order Vietnamese iced coffee and they left me take it to go as well! I love Onefold!!
Maybe I ordered the wrong things but I did not enjoy the food. I was so excited to try because of the great reviews but the food I got was sorely disappointing for the price. We got takeout (ordered online) and got 2 items: 1. Chinese sausage fried rice: The fried rice was so basic. It was literally eggs, sausage, green onion and that was it. For the price, I wish they thrown in some veggies or something. It didn't taste bad but it was just too plain 2. chilaquiles: The takeout container was sloppily put together. The sauce was overwhelming. It was also a bit heavy with the flavor, wish the dish had something to lighten the taste. When I went to pick it up, I noticed they had a lunch special from 1-3pm on a sign next to the register. It was 2pm when I ordered but that option wasn't given online. Maybe it's a dine in offer only? The lunch special was $10 for select dishes (which is great deal) so wish we got that instead. Also fyi! This location has no outdoor seating and is not dog friendly.

The kind of food that revives you after a very fun night of bar hopping, which at my age takes approximately two business days to recover. What we ordered * Crepe with fresh berries. Generous portion, not dainty or sad * Bacon fried rice. My partner cleared the plate * Iced vanilla latte. Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet Service is simple and easy. Order at the counter, grab a number, and they bring your food and drinks. Smooth, efficient, no fuss. There's also a self-serve water station, always appreciated. The vibe is chill. A mix of people studying, downtown employees on breaks, tourists, and locals. Relaxed, not chaotic, and not trying too hard. They have three locations, and we went to their Union Station location, which was perfect for being downtown. Bonus points for weekday happy hour deals. Morning 7-9am Lunch 1-close Denver food scene deniers, please sit this one out.

We came here on a Sunday morning. It wasn't too crowded when we arrived but the place filled up really quickly within 30 min! We're from out of town so we'd never heard of this place, but we didn't regret our choices of Congee, Duck Fried Rice, and Huevos Rancheros (with Carne Asadas). My favorite was the fried rice but the congee was definitely also quite tasty! It hit the spot after a night of drinking. The fried rice was nice and oily and the fried egg on top was perfectly runny. Yum. The staff were all friendly and the service was fast! We'll be back the next time we're in town :).
Located around the block from my hotel, I was thankful for the reviews of Onefold. Once I saw they offered Vietnamese iced coffee and chilaquiles (two of my favorite things), I knew I had to come. I ventured into the restaurant at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning. It wasn't too busy. But by 9 am, it was almost full. My first impression upon walking in is how gorgeous the space is. Surprised that you order from the counter and then find a seat. You have to tip first so you don't know how good or bad your service will be. My food came out very quickly so maybe that is due to my good tip. Liked that you could get water at your leisure along with a to go box for any leftovers. From a quick count, there are 18 tables of four and a few of two sprinkled about. At the front of the restaurant, there are three bar top seating area that face outside so you can watch the world walk by. This restaurant would be a hard place for a larger group. Absolutely fell in love with the decor. The small vase of wildflowers at every table is a beautiful touch to liven up the space. The windows give the restaurant so much light and brightens your mood. The brass touches through the rooms complement the wooden tables and wicker caning chairs. Vietnamese iced coffee was a great pick me up. For my breakfast, I ordered Chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and chicken as the protein The portion was huge. You could easily split it between two people. I think I barely ate half. Not sure if it had been sitting for a hot minute as it was a little in the cold side. The tortillas could have been cut slightly smaller as it was hard to get it into my mouth. I got it everywhere. Be ready to use every inch of your napkin. The sauce was thick so it stuck to the tortillas well. Great flavor. On initially trying the chilaquiles I didn't think that they were that spicy but after four bites, my nose started running but it wasn't too overwhelming that I couldn't eat it. Really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place.
Was looking for a good brunch spot around the area and so glad I found this place! It's chic, classy, and clean, with a unique mix of Asian and Mexican French flavors. I tried the Breakfast Burrito with added duck. It had a generous amount of potatoes, but was very tasty and filling. I also tried the Huevos Rancheros with added carne asada, which was also hearty and flavorful. The Vietnamese coffee was nice and strong with condensed milk, but I did notice a slightly artificial sweetness, almost like an added sweetener or sugar substitute. Onefold definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered a hot caramel latte and the duck fried rice, and both were excellent. The latte was smooth and well made, but the duck fried rice was the real standout. Every bite felt balanced, and the flavors worked so well together. The chili oil paired with the soy sauce created the perfect mix of heat and saltiness without overpowering the dish. It was incredibly flavorful and easily something I'd come back for. read more

Located right in the skirts of Denver Downtown behind the train station, Onefold is an aesthetic pleasing once in a while breakfast spot that my love ones and I go to. Came in pretty early so we were able to snag a good street parking spot right next to the restaurant, parking might be a little tricky if you end up coming at rush times so plan ahead. You placed order at the cashier counter and get a number stand that you place in your table for someone to drop your food. Took us a while to get to the cashier counter as the line was pretty busy, but no worries at all. Staff was friendly and quick and answered questions and gave recomendations! Onefold interior and design at this location was breathtaking, the other location we went to at the other side of downtown was also pretty but a lot smaller, this location was a lot more grand filled with classic and wooden furniture with big windows. The llight easily brightens the restaurant and compliments the aesthetic beautifully, so was definetely worth it coming here early! Food came in a little later than usual, but no worries at all as it was pretty busy. For drinks we ordered a whole fresh coconut and iced coffee, both were refreshing, iced coffee was a little diluted. Water is self serve at a seperate counter you can grab yourself. We Ordered 4/5 BACON FRIED RICE Good flabor, a tad bit too salty, but would definetely order again, all food were plated in beautiful but simple way. 3/5 SIMPLE BREAKFAST You get choices for yoru breakfast such as side and your protein choice. We chose Tender belly bacon with duck fat fried potatoes and easy eggs. Everythign was cooked perfectly, bacon was juicy and indeed tender! The duck fat fried potatoes which was a best seller was delicious as well and really complimented the dish. Eggs cooked perfectly. Onefold is towards the pricier end for breakfast, but everythign was made with good and fresh ingredients and the ambience was really cozy and pretty so this is a great choice for a breakfast date or on a special day! read more

Modern luxury Fusion brunch. Order at counter before seating and they deliver the food to you. Iced chaga matcha latte is my favorite drink. The duck congee is must (recommend sharing with friends with other entree). The breakfast taco is amazing. I also love the chilequilles. Also tried bone broth soup and was a bit surprised it was served in a disposable coffee cup instead of a bowl. We also got duck fried rice, also very delicious. Everything is delicious. read more

Came in for brunch and ordered at the counter, with food brought to the table. I tried the matcha latte, which was creamy, not too sweet, and had a nice bitter matcha flavor, whichdefinitely a highlight. I ordered the duck noodle soup, but it was a bit disappointing. The noodles were overcooked and soggy, and while the duck had good flavor, it was overly salty. The broth itself was flavorful, and I appreciated the addition of shiitake mushrooms, though the dish overall felt a bit like an afterthought. I'd be open to coming back to try their fried rice or other breakfast offerings. read more

A lot of people recommended me Onefold for brunch in Denver and it did not disappoint. The place is very spacious and could accommodate 10 people. You order at the front first and find your own seating they will bring out the food for you after. Simple and casual aesthetic inside. You would need to do street parking. The server was friendly and knows their menu well. Food was amazing. They have variety of cuisine options for brunch, from congee, fried rice, quesadilla to crepe and croissants. The duck fried rice was fatty, savory, and one point with chinese seasoning for fried rice. I love the crepe if you prefer something sweet for breakfast/brunch, have a lot of berries on top. birria taco was decent, good season but nothing impressive in my opinion. they seem to have fresh OJ everyday, i'm loving the orange cutting scene, very satisfied to the eyes. read more

Really great service off the bat. You order at the front desk so make sure to look ahead at the menu to avoid waiting in line again. Everything on the menu was amazing I especially liked the duck fried rice. Excited to try their other items. Best brunch I've had in the city so far. Self seating. Love this place. We've been to both locations & the one in downtown definitely has way more seating. The other location has outdoor seating as an option. Everything is good. I've had the congee, huevos rancheros, bacon fried rice, & today I tried the regular breakfast. What keeps bringing us back is the fresh squeezed orange juice, it's soooo good. You stand in line & order then grab a table & service is pretty quick. And for the most part, at both locations you'll have somewhere to sit by the time you order. read more

An absolute hidden gem in downtown Denver, Onefold is a great spot to grab a cup of coffee or latte and get some work or reading in. If you're not a caffeine person, they also have a lovely herbal tea option. Or catch up with a friend over some ethically sourced organic and local cuisine. I got the Conjee inspired by eastern tastes. I was very impressed: duck fat to enhance its flavor while dropping in some Szechuan spices to liven it up. They have a fusion of other American and Hispanic foods as well. Space is fairly large for a gathering or chilling solo by the window bar. There isn't great parking, but hey, it is downtown. read more
Onefold offers a variety of breakfast and brunch food. The interior is very warm and lovely, making it a perfect spot to start your first meal of the day. The reason why I have this rating lower is because of the food that I ordered - Chinese Sausage Fried Rice. This dish was really underwhelming. It didn't have that rich umami flavor that Chinese fried rice typically offers. The fried rice was way too overcooked/fried, making the rice really hard - almost uneatable. I may have ordered the wrong dish. Everything else on their menu seems promising. I recommend giving this place a try, but do not order their Chinese sausage fried rice. read more
Onefold is the epitome of great breakfast food. They are always packed, albeit usually there is a seat available. The staff is pretty kind and food comes out quick. Our most recent visit we ordered breakfast burritos, one with green chili, and a coffee. The girl taking our order seemed angry at being there and was upset that we were asking questions. The menu has a bunch of great options, I believe they used to have a better vegan option with tofu, but the breakfast burrito now has to be made with eggs. It was still delicious, and the vegan green chili was absolutely fantastic. The only downside is the parking, we got blocked in after leaving and waited for over 20 mins for someone to move their car (parked in the middle of the street), who was apparently in the restaurant eating. So, the parking sucks but the food is great! read more
I came here for lunch with my family. I ordered the huevos rancheros and my husband had the bacon fried rice with a chai latte on the side. I love how they were really generous of giving half an avocado as part of the dish and the egg was perfectly fried. I thought the sauce and the side pico de Gallo all came together really well as a dish. My husband loved his bacon fried rice. I tried a little of it and become a fan of it even though I'm not a bacon person. They didn't use thinly sliced bacon you would buy from stores but it's more like actual thick pieces of pork belly which they nicely fried/cooked it then cut it up into pieces and tossed it in when making fried rice. The service was really quick. You order first before sitting down and they'll bring the food to your table. It was Friday around noon when we arrived, and there were a lot of open spaces for us to basically choose where we want to be seated. Very nice area at the corner of a somewhat busy street. I was only in town for the weekend and I don't mind coming back here next time when I visit Denver. Overall, I'll recommend this place to people since the food is decent and ambiance is very cute/nice. read more

Came here on a Monday for brunch. I saw onefold as a popular option on google, yelp and reddit. They have an Asian american fusion for their breakfast. The concept is to order first and find seating. The host and register is at the front of the restaurant. They will take your order and then give you a number to take to your table. The staff will bring food to you. Water is self serve. There is a code for the restroom. I got the breakfast burrito and it was massive. My wife got the fried rice. The fried rice came with chili oil on top which was very spicy. I think that most of the food here was overly salty. The Japanese black coffee just tasted like a lighter version of a coldbrew. There is street parking available outside and I am sure you can park in a garage nearby and walk. I don't think this restaurant was that impressive, but if you have an Asian food craving, but still want an American food touch, you can come here and try. read more

Good selection of breakfast foods, I got the breakfast croissant with bacon and potatoes. The potatoes could have used some seasoning but they were cooked well. I enjoyed the croissant but it was also fairly basic. My friend got the bacon fried rice and I would definitely get that next time! We also enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee and the matcha OJ. Eric R.'s sister took us to this popular brunch spot when we were in Denver last month. She knew I would like it because it was Asian fusion with Mexican and Eric R. also loves this type of food. I got a matcha latte to start, and we sat outside on a nice patio table. For some reason, Eric R.'s sister got her food (breakfast burrito) and we did not, even though we actually ordered first and separately at the counter. A long time passed, so she went up to ask about it and it turns out our ticket got lost in the kitchen. We were offered more drinks on the house while we waited, so I got a topo chico and they got orange juice. Eric R. got birra tacos and I had the duck congee. It was delicious and worth the wait, though she had long finished her meal before ours came out. I would give it another try if I am back in the area when visiting her. read more
great menu here, but it could've used a couple more veggie/pescatarian options. the food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented. service was friendly and quick. interior was nicely decorated and fairly clean. this is a great place for brunch with friends or loved ones. a little overpriced, but good value. read more
I love coming here for breakfast/brunch. We ordered the breakfast burrito, congee, and Chinese sausage fried rice and they were all so tasty! The interior is beautiful and it's the perfect spot to meet up with friends and there is plenty of space. The service is always great when I come to visit. Highly recommend! read more

Came here two days in a row for the duck fried rice & congee. One of these days. My wish to turn into a serving bowl at your establishment will finally come true. Not because I want to be a bowl, but so I can always be near that insanely delicious bowl of congee. Always wanted to try congee but in nyc, it's mostly made with pork and I don't eat pork. I do however love duck and this bowl of congee feels like it was made personally just for me. The duck fried rice was really good too, I'm just honestly obsessed with the congee. Delicious breakfast. Always reliably good food and comes out quickly. The orange juice is fresh squeezed and sweet. The hot apple cider came with whipped cream and cinnamon and was like a great. We got the crepe with berries - it would be nice to have some kind of cream or something in this - feels like something is missing. But it was still tasty. We also got the breakfast quesadilla. The green chile to dip in is the best part. It was also very hearty and think and very filling. Crystal and I split all of this and we were both full and had food left over. You could easily split just one meal. But we like to do a savory and sweet when doing brunch. The vibe here is nice although u have to order and pay upfront when you first walk in. Doing this saves on time but it does take away from the service overall a bit. But we still really like this place a lot and its convenient location near Union station as well. read more
