Known as one of the best brunch spots in Denver. We got the Chinese sausage fried rice and the enchiladas de mole. The vibe is casual. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The enchiladas were solid, but the mole sauce wasn't great. 6/10. The fried rice was good, but honestly something you could make at home. The chili eggs were a highlight, just a bit too much garlic. 6.5/10.
Onefold Strikes again. This place constantly puts out great food. Been a few times now and the service continues to blow me away, food comes out in like 10 minutes, maybe less. For the quality, this really impresses me. The fried rice dishes, even though I don't think they're for breakfast, are fabulous. Filled with spices and bursting with flavor. The egg on top really brings it all together!! The egg croissant sandwich is exactly as it seems - but slightly higher quality than normal. Nothing crazy, just good croissant, well fried egg and a nice sauce. Again, this place doesn't miss. If you're in town, hit it up. The fresh squeezed orange juice and the breakfast burrito are a must !
Onefold is staple in Denver! They have multiple locations and both are great. They're consistent and the staff is friendly. Onefold is always packed on the weekend and there is most likely always a wait. Get there early if you want to avoid a crowd! When I visited the LoDo location on a Saturday the line was out the door and had to wait for about 20 mins. It is a counter service place and you place your order when you get to the front of the line. They have great coffee drinks and mainly breakfast/lunch meals. The Vietnamese coffee is super good and strong in coffee flavor. I got the Chilaquiles and my partner got the Breakfast Burrito. The chilaquiles are good! There is some spice to them. The only thing is the lack of egg on them. It's one egg for a stack of tortilla chips. And they aren't cheap so it feels a bit disappointing. However for the Breakfast burrito, it really is delicious! It's filling and packed with great ingredients. It is a pretty expensive place so be expecting that! A great place with a good location to grab a bite to eat for brunch or lunch!
I've now officially been to all three Onefold locations!! I love how big this one is (and also the one in Greenwood Village). They are all similar with ordering at the front before grabbing a number and seat. We had an Asian American friend visiting who was staying at a hotel near this location! So we suggested Onefold for breakfast! Of course, she picked all the Asian influenced dishes: congee, Chinese sausage fried rice, duck noodle soup! I added the crepes as dessert and we shared the four dishes between three people. Everything was wonderful and I brought home leftover congee, while she ordered fried rice to go! I always order Vietnamese iced coffee and they left me take it to go as well! I love Onefold!!
Maybe I ordered the wrong things but I did not enjoy the food. I was so excited to try because of the great reviews but the food I got was sorely disappointing for the price. We got takeout (ordered online) and got 2 items: 1. Chinese sausage fried rice: The fried rice was so basic. It was literally eggs, sausage, green onion and that was it. For the price, I wish they thrown in some veggies or something. It didn't taste bad but it was just too plain 2. chilaquiles: The takeout container was sloppily put together. The sauce was overwhelming. It was also a bit heavy with the flavor, wish the dish had something to lighten the taste. When I went to pick it up, I noticed they had a lunch special from 1-3pm on a sign next to the register. It was 2pm when I ordered but that option wasn't given online. Maybe it's a dine in offer only? The lunch special was $10 for select dishes (which is great deal) so wish we got that instead. Also fyi! This location has no outdoor seating and is not dog friendly.
When people say Denver doesn't have culinary, I literally gasp. You really have to get out more. Onefold is proof. We were looking for a tasty breakfast near our downtown hotel, and this spot delivers comfort food through a thoughtful fusion of Asian, Mexican, and French influences. Flavor. Spice. Warmth. The kind of food that revives you after a very fun night of bar hopping, which at my age takes approximately two business days to recover. What we ordered * Crepe with fresh berries. Generous portion, not dainty or sad * Bacon fried rice. My partner cleared the plate * Iced vanilla latte. Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet Service is simple and easy. Order at the counter, grab a number, and they bring your food and drinks. Smooth, efficient, no fuss. There's also a self-serve water station, always appreciated. The vibe is chill. A mix of people studying, downtown employees on breaks, tourists, and locals. Relaxed, not chaotic, and not trying too hard. They have three locations, and we went to their Union Station location, which was perfect for being downtown. Bonus points for weekday happy hour deals. Morning 7-9am Lunch 1-close Denver food scene deniers, please sit this one out.
My husband and I shared: - Duck Fried Rice - Enchilada de Mole I really enjoyed both dishes, but the fried rice was especially fantastic. It's one of the best fried rice dishes I've had. It was busy on a Saturday around lunch, but service was still pretty fast. I'd happily come back to try more!
We came here on a Sunday morning. It wasn't too crowded when we arrived but the place filled up really quickly within 30 min! We're from out of town so we'd never heard of this place, but we didn't regret our choices of Congee, Duck Fried Rice, and Huevos Rancheros (with Carne Asadas). My favorite was the fried rice but the congee was definitely also quite tasty! It hit the spot after a night of drinking. The fried rice was nice and oily and the fried egg on top was perfectly runny. Yum. The staff were all friendly and the service was fast! We'll be back the next time we're in town :).
Located around the block from my hotel, I was thankful for the reviews of Onefold. Once I saw they offered Vietnamese iced coffee and chilaquiles (two of my favorite things), I knew I had to come. I ventured into the restaurant at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning. It wasn't too busy. But by 9 am, it was almost full. My first impression upon walking in is how gorgeous the space is. Surprised that you order from the counter and then find a seat. You have to tip first so you don't know how good or bad your service will be. My food came out very quickly so maybe that is due to my good tip. Liked that you could get water at your leisure along with a to go box for any leftovers. From a quick count, there are 18 tables of four and a few of two sprinkled about. At the front of the restaurant, there are three bar top seating area that face outside so you can watch the world walk by. This restaurant would be a hard place for a larger group. Absolutely fell in love with the decor. The small vase of wildflowers at every table is a beautiful touch to liven up the space. The windows give the restaurant so much light and brightens your mood. The brass touches through the rooms complement the wooden tables and wicker caning chairs. Vietnamese iced coffee was a great pick me up. For my breakfast, I ordered Chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and chicken as the protein The portion was huge. You could easily split it between two people. I think I barely ate half. Not sure if it had been sitting for a hot minute as it was a little in the cold side. The tortillas could have been cut slightly smaller as it was hard to get it into my mouth. I got it everywhere. Be ready to use every inch of your napkin. The sauce was thick so it stuck to the tortillas well. Great flavor. On initially trying the chilaquiles I didn't think that they were that spicy but after four bites, my nose started running but it wasn't too overwhelming that I couldn't eat it. Really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place.
Modern luxury Fusion brunch. Order at counter before seating and they deliver the food to you. Iced chaga matcha latte is my favorite drink. The duck congee is must (recommend sharing with friends with other entree). The breakfast taco is amazing. I also love the chilequilles. Also tried bone broth soup and was a bit surprised it was served in a disposable coffee cup instead of a bowl. We also got duck fried rice, also very delicious. Everything is delicious.
A lot of people recommended me Onefold for brunch in Denver and it did not disappoint. The place is very spacious and could accommodate 10 people. You order at the front first and find your own seating they will bring out the food for you after. Simple and casual aesthetic inside. You would need to do street parking. The server was friendly and knows their menu well. Food was amazing. They have variety of cuisine options for brunch, from congee, fried rice, quesadilla to crepe and croissants. The duck fried rice was fatty, savory, and one point with chinese seasoning for fried rice. I love the crepe if you prefer something sweet for breakfast/brunch, have a lot of berries on top. birria taco was decent, good season but nothing impressive in my opinion. they seem to have fresh OJ everyday, i'm loving the orange cutting scene, very satisfied to the eyes.
We came by for some quick brunch food, and this was the spot! It was pretty busy, but we sat down fairly quickly. You order at the front and find your own seat as you walk in. Both the carne asada bowl and the burritos were super flavorful and very filling. If you're feeling some variety in breakfast food with some awesome pictures, I highly recommend this place! read more

This review is based on a single visit on 6/30/24. - Food: A tour guide from Delicious Denver Food Tours recommended this place specifically for their breakfast burritos so I got one with barbacoa as the meat option. It was a super-hefty chonky boi, stuffed to the brim with crispy diced potato, the aforementioned barbacoa, scrambled egg, cheese, and a type of salsa-y sauce. I really enjoyed devouring it, but would have loved it even more had the ratio been more egg-heavy. - Ambience: Cute. Almost a French bistro vibe. - Service: Counter service was quick and efficient. Atmosphere, service, AND DEF FOOD was awesome. The happy hour breakfast burrito is a little on the smaller side, but so delicious. Their homemade habanero was perfectly matched. We ended up getting a crepe for dessert and it was ridiculous. Would recommend 10/10 Coffee and hot chocolate were also great. read more

Onefold is one of my new favorite places to get brunch! I'm not a super fan of the way you order at the front of the door because it gets a little crowded towards the front and not much time to figure out what you want as a line of people look at you waiting lol. But it is definitely served to you very quickly to your table. You get your own water and I guess this just makes it more that fast casual vibe. But the people that do work here serve the food take your order and clean up the tables are always so kind and friendly and always working hard :) The food is hot fresh and just super good quality always. I've liked everything we have tried here each time. We often get a sweet and a savory item and split them. They have fresh squeezed orange juice different speciality coffees - I usually get a latte. They have crepes with fruit which I love - lots of taco and egg dishes , green chile is so good and all the dishes are big portions. We also enjoy the breakfast quesadillas! We always leave full and have to walk it off. It's super close to Union station and since we love taking the train in it's the perfect morning stop before we go about our Denver adventures!! read more

Food - 3.5/5 Ordered a side of potato's (since the photos of the breakfast options on yep differed from what was available when I got there) a matcha latte and a iced vanilla latte Potato's - 3.75/5 It was a large portion for being a "side" but lacked any real seasoning. They garnished it with scallions which I thought was interesting. Not sure what the purpose of that since it didn't really bring any flavor to the potato's. Matcha latte - 4/5 The matcha was solid. I appreciated that it was made to order and not sweetened. It was a little watery in taste so maybe the ratio of matcha and water (to whisk it) was off which water down the taste. I will say that it was expensive for a matcha latte. It was a 14oz cup for $6+ (sub the milk for oat) which is crazy Iced vanilla latte - 2/5 I was so disappointed by this drink. It didn't have any real taste of espresso. It tasted like the water when the machine is being cleaned after use. It was so bad that after a few stirs of mixing it (hoping that'd help) I had to throw it out because it was just so bad. Service - 4/5 The woman who took my order was nice and friendly Ambience - 4/5 This place is definitely a vibe. They have beautiful glassware. It's definitely a spot that would be good for instagramable cafes (if that's your thing) Overall this spot has some hits and misses and maybe I just ordered all the wrong things. Wanted to try a new spot around union station. This place caught my eye because of the Vietnamese coffee. I love Vietnamese coffee. Usually stronger than most. It was a little watery but still had a little kick to it. There were a lot of items that had tomatillos, which I'm allergic to, but the lady that was working helped me pick out something that didn't. Great service by the way. The Enchiladas De Mole was very flavorful. Had a little kick to it which I enjoyed because I love my food spicy. And the white onions were a great touch. First brunch spot on our girls' trip, and this place did not disappoint! Bright interior and comfortable/laid back decor. We found a table to place our things and ordered up front with the cashier. I love this method of payment always at restaurants because it makes it easier if I'm on a time crunch - no need to wait for the check at the end of the meal. Drinks: *Iced Chaga Matcha* I am a HUGE fan of matcha and very picky when it comes to taste for my matcha lattes lately, but this place made it so well. The latte was not watered down and had the perfect amount of sweetness to complement the matcha and chaga. Food: *Crepes with Fruit* tasty crepes with berries, powdered sugar, and yogurt *Chilaquiles* topped with shredded chicken, egg, and green onions - this dish was large enough for us to share and still some left over! This place was absolutely slammed at 11:00 on a Saturday. We got a table pretty easily, as most of the people in the very long line seemed to be getting take out. But it wasn't for sure. This restaurant seems to be full of contradictions. Counter service, but cloth napkins? Beautiful plating, gluten free options, but no decaf espresso? The decor felt so upscale for a counter service restaurant. I got the duck fried rice, and it was good. Huge chunks of bok choy, some mushrooms, shredded duck, scrambled egg, a hint of chili oil. It was a little greasy, but I was impressed with the texture of the scrambled eggs. I think I would try something else if I went again- I really want to try something with over easy eggs on it. My friend really liked her chilaquiles and was super excited to have lots of gluten free options. I was really disappointed that they didn't have decaf espresso for lattes. This place Never disappoints! I always get the Duck And Bacon Fried Rice and loco moco every other time. This is Hands down the Best Gravy with mushroom loco moco ever! I'm born and raised from Hawaii where loco moco came from and you can get it literally every 2 minutes from fastfood to restaurants. This is My Favorite Gravy ever, the atty is cooked perfect even after delivery it's perfect and I'm 45 minutes away. I always grt the BOGo maple bacon and duck fried rice. They are So Succulent! It's still a very affordable price, trust me it's worth every penny! I haven't had the congee in a while because I make My own, but I remember it Being Delicious so I'll get that next time. read more

I've now been to Onefold near union station a few times now and I wish I had found them years earlier their duck congee and duck fried rice are amazing and full of flavor a must try. Before I move out of state I will keep coming to them. This location is their best I also tried uptown location and it was a big letdown bland and they kept messing up our order and not bring us silverware for all of us to eat our food with. Again union station location great spot and great food. Get there now for breakfast or lunch ! read more

Located downtown, near the train station- this is a great place to stop by if you are wanting to grab a quick bite before taking the train. The establishment is very big where you won't feel cramped. It is also surrounded by open windows- can also see myself stopping here to work as it was quiet enough. We got the breakfast burrito which at a certain time (morning time) you can get half off. It came smothered with green sauce! The service was quick, you order in the counter upon walking and then they bring you, your food! They also have a variety of coffees/matcha/teas. read more
What a cute place for breakfast or brunch! The decor is beautiful with the neutral colors and all the plants the natural lighting is amazing. That service was quick and everything was very clean. I found the counter service concept a bit interesting due to the vibe of the restaurant but it seemed to work well for them and is a neat modern concept which I liked. I went with a couple friends and we split the breakfast tacos, the crepe, and the bacon fried rice. The breakfast tacos were just alright - the chorizo and fried cheese were great but half the taco was what appeared to be crispy fried potato strings that fell all over and didn't have much flavor. The crepe was so yummy and I only wish it was larger or had some king of filling but the fresh berries and vanilla yogurt paired perfectly with the not to sweet cinnamon flavor of the crepe. The star of the show was the bacon fried rice - amazing salty savory flavors with the duck fat, eggs and bacon all mixed together. My white chocolate raspberry mocha was absolutely delicious as well. Make sure you come early on the weekend otherwise there will be a line out the door. I hope to be back soon! read more

Wow, just finished a big bowl of the duck congee porridge, and it was amazing and delicious. I'm so glad I found this place close to our hotel and wish I lived nearby to experience everything on the menu. We will definitely be back next time I'm in town or perhaps for breakfast tomorrow morning before we head out! read more

From the moment we walked in the door this place was amazing from the smiling faces to the friendliest service!! I didn't get his name but the gentleman working the register, who recommended and blended the perfect half blend Japanese coffee, knows customer service!! Had the bacon rice topped with perfectly cooked sunny side up eggs but the whites were cooked - delish!!! My friend had the sausage burrito that was an amazing. Little bit of a kick but worth it!! I didn't know burritos could be so light and fluffy. Post burrito equals food coma, but not quite with this one, and I mean that in the best way possible. This corner spot nestled in what seems to be a residential building, behind Union Station, is a combo of Mexican-Asian dishes brunch dishes. Breakfast burrito or duck fried rice? Pick your poison. For a mid week brunch, the breakfast burrito with chorizo (you have your protein option), smothered in green chile was a great choice. As mentioned, it was filling, but the eggs were so light and fluffy. The green chile was a beautiful add on, although it didn't pack much heat. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. One small thing: as a person sensitive to smell: it was real pungent in there from the moment I stepped in. I assume it was the cooked duck, but it was smelly. My dining partner wasn't as affected, but it definitely distracted me. Was this a one off or a consistent smell? Not sure. The space itself is light and airy, similar to said breakfast burrito. It was not busy for a midweek brunch. Overall, I'd come again for that breakfast burrito if it was convenient. The location didn't have a ton of personality, but it totally works if staying or working nearby. read more
My boyfriend and I were walking around by union station and the field and wanted a good brunch place. We found Onefold and decided to try. It looks small and quaint from the outside but inside it's very spacious and cozy. We both got iced lattes and fried rice breakfast. The raspberry white chocolate mocha was so good! The syrup was a little sweet but I still enjoyed it with oat milk. Snickerdoodle latte was also great, nice and creamy, on the sweet side. Both fried rice dishes were HUGE. We could have split it. I got my eggs over medium which paired nicely because the runny yolk seeped into the rice. Dishes were a little heavy due to all the oil but it was addicting. We got all 3 of their hot sauces to eat our rice with and all 3 were delicious. The orange habanero had heat that built as you ate it. Check this place out. All the employees were friendly and service was quick. We were only there about 10 mins before our food came out and finished in about 45 mins just hanging out! You can also scan the QR code to order more drinks from your table and they'll just bring them over so you don't have to get up again. read more
We walked here from The Rally Hotel, it was busy, but we were able to find a table for two. The food came out relatively quickly. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. The staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. I appreciate it that they had a lot of gluten-free options. read more

Service: I was surprised when I arrived to see a line and thought they were waiting for tables. No, just waiting to place an order. Once orders are placed & paid for, any table is up for grabs. I waited about 20 mins in line and was impressed with how friendly and genuinely upbeat the server was at the cash register. I figured she'd be exhausted, but she gave no sign of that. I asked for no sausage or bacon with mine and she was willing to then give me the corn tortillas (normally an upcharge) for the same price, and throw on some avocado, without my prompting. Food came faster than I'd expected, so the majority of the wait was in line, not once I had a seat. Hot, fresh, and delicious. I had the breakfast tacos. Loved the flavor from the duck fat & the corn tortillas were the best I've had - a more substantial texture than usual. Ambiance. I don't know why I waited so long to come here. It's delicious. I tried the bacon fried rice with a latte. Both were amazing. Their menu looked awesome, so many unique items. Like congee. I can't wait to come back and try the congee and all their other dishes. When I visited, the bathroom had a code lock on it but it was broken. I waited in line to ask for the code just to find that out so try the door first. Super cute seating area and the plates were like bone china or something. Very nice. read more
New Year, new brunch spot. Apparently, everyone had this idea as the restaurant was busy. I found the process of ordering and sitting a bit disconcerting. You have to stand in line to order what you want and then hope to find a table. If you want additional items you then have to get back up and stand in line and order again. Not really a fan of this style. The person that took our order and the person that brought the order seemed nice enough. Its hard to really judge service in this type of process. Even though it was busy, things moved well enough and space was ample. My friend and I ordered a mimosa craft. The champaign was good, but they only give you a little tiny container of orange juice. So the mimosas are mostly just champaign. I chose the croissant sandwich with scrambled eggs (they were harder scrambled) and bacon (you can also get sausage) with a side of potatoes (other options include salad or fruit). The food came out hot in a timely manner. It was good. Not exceptional but worth the trip. I would probably go back again. read more

This restaurant has two locations one Uptown and the other one in Union Station. I have been in both places and the one in Uptown is small so have that in mind because a lot of people goes there and in the morning you will encounter a line. Is it worth waiting? Yes! That was one of my first locations and honestly very special to me because that's where I went after I got married one year ago. The one I went this time is located in Union Station. This place is bigger and has more tables available. The place is equally beautiful and has this fresh flowers in each table which make it fancy and special. I have tried a few things and my favorite so far are the Duck Fried Rice, Chinese Sausage Fried Rice and Bacon Fried Rice. Yes rice! Haha I love rice. I usually for beverages I get a Mimosa or the Vietnamese coffee which is DELICIOUS! And if you need a morning boots please get the Vietnamese coffee. This time I got the Tequila Sunrise and honestly wasn't my favorite just because for me it taste like cough medicine. But that's my opinion maybe you will find it delicious so definitely give it a try. Maybe you will like it. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Here you will need to go to the front desk to put your order no one will come to get your order. Only to bring your food or drinks. So have that in mind. read more
We were visiting the area for a wedding and stumbled across this place across from our hotel. It was delicious! You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The line seemed long, but it moved quickly. I ordered the bacon fried rice which was such a unique breakfast food and so flavorful. I also had a latte which was delicious! Living in Miami my whole life I can say I have had the opportunity of having some of the most delicious cuisine from all over the world. But let me tell you, I have never had a better breakfast than here at Onefold. My bf and I were visiting for the weekend and he found Onefold on Yelp. He nor I are big breakfast fans but we were hungry and this restaurant had great reviews so we gave it a try -- and I am SO grateful we did! To drink I ordered a mimosa and it was delicious. My bf ordered a drink of orange juice and gin I believe and we both agreed the orange juice was the best we've ever had! To eat, I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla with chorizo and he ordered the Congee. The food came in good timing and after we tried our meals we both were obsessed. We were sharing our meals and couldn't shut up about how great they were. I was so full and I just could not leave any leftovers!!! I ate it all and so did he -- and he's not really big on eating during the daytime. I don't think you understand how good this food was. The quesadilla had potatoes, like hashbrowns but cut super thin, inside and they gave the already delicious quesadilla a crunch factor that was just amazing. The flavors of our meals were just so unique but also so next-level. I cannot rave enough about this place. I am craving that food already. Do yourself a favor and get breakfast here. Love this place, I was looking for something with just a touch of Asian fusion and this definitely met the need. It's very efficient to walk in you order you see yourself and the tables environment are very soothing and more upscale than you would expect. The food is delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the Vietnamese iced coffee, the fruit crêpe, as well as the Chinese sausage fried rice! Pro tip-they have a selection of mimosas, but you can also just get a champagne with your breakfast! read more

This was my my favorite, enjoyable spot to eat during my stay. I wish they had a branch in LA!! You walk in and order your food and they give you a number on a stand to set on the table you sit at. That number actually has a QR code you can scan and add drinks to your order, so convenient!!! Although I did not use that feature, I still thought it was awesome!! The table décor had different fresh flowers for their aesthetic. Unfortunately, I was too full to try more items on the menu from trying other eateries around the area, but I had to find a way to fit the bacon fried rice in. That was THE BEST decision I've ever made. This entre reminded me so much of home (home cooked meal by dad on a Saturday morning). There was a kick of spice to it from the chili oil, the eggs were cooked to perfection. The portion given is definitely big enough for 2 people. I wish I Knew about their Monday-Friday Happy Hour menu for breakfast sooner, but since I did not, I want all you to know!!! On specific breakfast items from 7am-9am, they have special prices for those specific breakfast items. Bacon fried rice is on that list!!! There is a variety of options on the menu, between Asian infused - Mexican foods. I would have liked to try the carne asada bowl, breakfast taco, chilaquiles, and Vietnamese iced coffee. They have fresh made juices, coffees, and teas. There is a convenient water tap with cups for self served water. There is a "to-go" station where you can grab your to-go box to take home. As far as pricing, it might be a little more on the pricey side, which is why you should take advantage of the Happy Hour!!! read more
