Very busy because of theater events. We were seated within the estimated time (20 minutes). Crowded, busy and noisy again because of theater event. Seating is spacious and plentiful. Prices are in keeping with traditional theater district prices. I ordered the meatloaf with two sides. I got tater tots and Mac and cheese. The food arrived quickly and hot. My partner had a beer gyro. Her meal arrived with mine. It was a generous d

We were told Sam's is a staple and must visit, so we stopped by before flying back to LA. I can wholeheartedly tell you this place perfectly summed up our trip and added an emphatic exclamation point to our time in Denver. The server/bartenders were super friendly and accommodating despite the rush. Really felt the old school, friendly, neighborhood vibe that made us feel welcome. Very much looking forward to going back!

You must get the scratch made cinnamon roll it is amazing! Comes out warm and just melts in your mouth and great flavor with the cream cheese frosting. Service was great very attentive and personable. Great diner, great food and atmosphere absolutely would recommend.

Eggs are one of my favorite foods so I'm happy to eat breakfast food for any meal. I walk by this location often during the work week and it's always busy, but service is super fast which is a rare treat in Denver. The location is pretty central downtown which is convenient, but not an area with a scenic view. You could say the people-watching here is interesting. I ordered the veggie stacker with eggs over easy - this is not a meal you eat with your eyes first, but if you're not shallow it's not bad. It tastes completely unseasoned but nothing a bit of salt and hot sauce can't fix. The portions are massive, I got 2 full meals out of mine.

This place has a cheesecake factory sized menu! It's good they don't rush you when you try to order, because theres a lot to take in! If you're a fan of Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives, this place was on there. I got a breakfast burrito covered in Chile verde, and it was pretty good. The service was good and friendly, and everyone in my group enjoyed their food. It gets really busy, especially when the DODGERS are in town (Go Dodgers).

This was fun! We showed up on a SUPER BUSY night. We sat at the bar. We got a couple drinks and asked what we needed to try, and the sever told us to get the chili. We got one of each, and it did NOT disappoint. Both were really really good. (I try chili everywhere I can.) The green chili was on DDD. They had bingo going. The atmosphere was fun and festive. The restaurant is a diner, so don't expect too much in terms of super clean and polished decor. The seats can be wobbly, the tables are squeezed together. But it's great! We also got the burger, didn't finish. Literally nothing to write home about. But, the server didn't suggest that, and we went against what he did suggest, so that's on us. Would 100% come back.

We came for brunch and overall had a good experience. I ordered the huevos rancheros--great flavors, yummy beans, and my eggs were cooked perfectly. The only downside was that the tortilla on the bottom was extremely soggy, but thankfully they brought a warm tortilla on the side, which helped a lot. My daughter had the burger and said it was cooked medium-rare exactly as she requested and she loved it. We also tried the chili fries, and those were a hard pass for us. They're served in a bowl and ended up very soggy--these might work better served on a flat plate. The chicken and waffles were ok. The chocolate shake was filling but also our daughter got the half size serving. Our server offered this as an option when we told her the 30 ounce would be too large. Nice of her. Service was excellent. I don't remember our server's name, but she was patient, kind, and very service-oriented. The wait for a table was about 50 minutes, but they use Yelp's waitlist system, which tells you exactly how many people are ahead of you, making it much easier to plan and gauge the wait. They were featured on Guy Fieris Diners, Drive ins and dives so it's popular!

    Patty melt

3.5 stars.. Recommended by a friend and found it refuge during the parade of lights! Patty melt was nicely cooked and great portion, came with fries and was the perfect size to share. Supplemented with a chocolate shake it was the perfect diner experience. Ambiance is lunch counter cafe, prices were in line with the area, and service was friendly and helpful!

Fantastic diner and a bit of nostalgia in downtown Denver. The menu is large and impressive, covering everything from diner fare, to coneys, to Greek, to Mexican. An impressive drink menu lets you know this isn't your regular, old greasy spoon. Great service, quick food, and awesome atmosphere. For the win: Try on of their house made cocktails and then either a breakfast burger on the No. 3 Chili burger

Stopped by and there was a Broncos game later in day so it was packed. But we luckily got a seat right at the counter for breakfast. The service was quick and super friendly. Quick to refill coffee too. The portions are huge. I got a breakfast burrito with chorizo and potatoes and more. No way I could finish it but loved the green chile sauce that came with it. Great place for a hearty breakfast. Lots for everyone.

I asked for my potatos burnt.. the chef totally ignored my request in spite of the efforts to get order right

Stopped in because of the Diners, Drive-ins and Dives sign outside. Also helped that it was walking distance to my hotel. Wait was a bit long for a table, but being busy is usually a good sign. Service was good. Food was above average. Portions were huge. Interior was reminiscent of an East Coast diner.

    Kitchen Sink Omelet
    Emily H.

Wow, the menu is massive! We came by for Thursday brunch, and it was quite busy. However, we did get our meals rather quickly! I ordered the Kitchen Sink Omelet - it came with so many types of meats + veggies and a side of green chili. I chose hash browns that could've been cooked longer to be more crispy and sourdough toast. I would get the tots next time! For drink, I got the Van Halen Latte with almond milk - average. Pretty solid place if you're uncertain on what to eat since their menu has so much. It's located near hotels and is perfect for those visiting CO. Loved all the art on the walls! Omelet- $19.99 Latte- $5.79 + $0.99 (milk sub)

We had the Fried Calamari & Miguel's Queso Dip to start. The crispy Calamari was nice & tender - served with two yummy sauces, a Spicy Tomato & a Roasted Jalapeño Tarter. The Queso Dip was good as well but we needed more of everything - dip, tortillas & chips. We had a couple of entrees. First, was a 20 oz Bone-in Korean Rib Eye with Grilled Shrimp & Chili Garlic Fries. This was a huge plate of deliciousness. The steak was cooked perfectly & marinated in a strong soy ginger marinade which I enjoyed. The Grilled Shrimp were a nice compliment & the Fries were spicy. In hindsight I should have chosen the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes as my side to balance out the dish better. Our second entree was Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, this was good as well - grilled chicken & creamy Alfredo. What a fun place to go with tasty food.

Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.

The building itself is beautiful so there is a star for that and the cowboy art on the wall. We ordered some whiskey drinks that did not dissapoint. The Peacemaker is very booz forward, while the Big Blue Bear is milder. Our service was nice and quick. We decided to start with an app of Artichoke dip. It came out in a skillet, but was not very hot. The cheese on top was not melted and I had to use a knife and fork to cut it up rather than dip bread in it. It was tasty all the same but would have been much better and more enjoyable had it been thorougly cooked. This put us off a bit, so we opted to skip the entree and go straight for dessert. The Burbon Peach Crumble is also served in a skillet, and - you guessed it - also lukewarm. It made for a very dense hard to spoon out experience. If it had been hot like one would expect in a skillet, I believe it would have been better. The photos on their website look really great and the two dishes I mentioned look like they are cooked much better than what we recevied. Maybe we just had an off night, I am not sure. I am uncertain if we are up for trying again....
