such a good spot we came in for lunch and dinner on an overnight Dodgers game day. conveniently located to our hotel as well as the FREE 16th street bus. plenty of space in the restaurant, including a large bar area. staff were friendly and helpful. we ordered traditional bar faire; wings, pizza, nachos, bisque... all very good. great selection of beers as well. great spot we'd recommend.

This is the place for a Sunday day of the National Football League. Henry's is ideal together with friends, colleagues, and/or family to watch games on the big screens or play shuffleboard or any of the other games. The staff here are super attentive and very accommodating. While I didn't try the food, their appearance and the empty plates were clues enough that game day crowd approved. Shout to the company sponsor Tingley for inviting us and thank you to the Henry's Tavern team for making us feel welcomed and spoiling us.

Had a great time at Henry's -- good silverware, good drinks, and great service. Our server Chi was wonderful. "It's only worth it if you enjoy it." Definitely worth it for the food and the vibes.

We came here for lunch on a Monday. It wasn't crowded but there were other tables. The server was super sweet and helped us with recommendations. Husband got fish tacos and he really enjoyed them. They were huge tacos with big pieces of fish. I got the chicken pot pie and it was amazing! The crust was perfectly cooked and flaky. The service was quick. We really enjoyed our visit here.

Came here after walking around 16th street shopping. Cute place on the corner with giant open windows so you can people watch. Service was good. My Salmon was extremely dry.... Almost not edible and my coworker said the ribeye was very fatty. (More than usual for that cut) Potato's were okay. Wished they came out hotter. Wedge salad & mozz sticks were great. I'd eat those again. Cute place to hang out and watch sports.

Hostess was welcoming. We went to sit at the bar and there were only single seats next to others. There were open high tops next to the bar so we sat down on one. He went to the restroom. A server goes to the bar and I just smile because I do that. She comes over and starts to question me about seating. When she asked if we wanted to sit at the bar I said yes. She aggressively stated that we weren't sitting at the bar and she'd have to go let the hostess know. I told her we were just going to have drinks and leave for a show. But she went to get menus and was really put out. When he came back he caught the tail end of the server's statement and asked what was going on. I told him she was peeved that we were sitting there and it wasn't the bar. He cancelled the order and we moved to the bar as a couple left. He didn't feel we should have to be subjected to her attitude. The bartender cleaned the counter top and brought menus. We ordered drinks and sat for a minute. The Moscow mule was well made and went down smooth. Service was much better at the bar. Restaurant wasn't busy. Restroom was fine. Don't think we will be recommending this place because who wants attitude? Lots of places to choose from. Go to another restaurant or bar. Nothing special about this place to warrant the attitude.

We were a large party and the server did a great job meeting our various needs. Everyone enjoyed their food. The quantities were large and quality was good. We enjoyed sitting at a big long table so we could all be together. I thought the restaurant was great for small and large groups with lots of different seating options.

Chicken tenders were kind of small.

Loud and packed atmosphere. Drinks were great. Food was decent for bar food. I came here with friends while in town for a conference. We made reservations because other places were books out. That ended up being a good choice because this place was packed! There is a variety of seating options once you go up a few stairs. Tvs are along the major walls. They have a good selection of cocktails. We ordered all different options from the mojito to the smokey Bourbon. I got the peach sidecar. It was sweet, delicious and very strong. We also ordered all different dishes. The trash can nachos for a laugh because they are dumped out of a large can. The fish tacos had good toppings but there was a bone in the fish. I got the bison burger with waffle fries. I realized some time later the waiter never asked for the temperature on the burger. Thankfully it came out as medium rare which is what I would have ordered. Had to send it back initially though because it didn't have the waffle fries and there's an upcharge for them. Burger was great despite the bacon being very undercooked. The service was chaotic but fast. We had 3 different people trying to take our order. I don't know if that is how they usually do it or if there was a mix up about who was assigned to us.

This Tavern has its hits and misses. My meal of chicken tortilla soup and ceaser salad was a miss. The soul was too watery and I couldn't find any chicken if at all. The ceaser salad was much to be desired. The dressing is what makes it and the dressing was a miss. On the other hand my friend had a salmon and pasta dish. She couldn't quit raving about it. The server was very kind and attentive. And the ambiance of the establishment was laid back.

This place is a good spot to stop by for a beer and some food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is great. They have a bar with an ice chiller to put your drink while you watch games. One of my favorite places to stop when I'm downtown. Beer selection is huge

We walked in around 12:30 on a Saturday and were seated right away. Lots of TVs to watch sports. Our server was very friendly and the food was great!

Opens at 11:30 on weekdays. Manager let us in early and promptly came to take our order exactly at 11:30. I had the chili which hit the spot on a blustery day. Husband said the wings were nothing to write home about.

After reading other reviews and checking out photos beforehand, I knew the Colorado lamb was a must-order. It's not something I usually go for, but it ended up being my favorite dish of the night. Absolutely worth the hype. We also ordered the birria short rib and hickory smoked picanha, and both were solid choices. The shrimp and corn grits were amazing, and I really loved the aged cheddar mac and cheese. Other dishes like the chickpea croquettes and the chili relleno were also pretty good and rounded out the meal nicely. The wait staff was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself has a cool, lively vibe. The only minor downside was that the outdoor heaters were a bit too hot, but that's a very small nitpick. Overall, an easy 5 out of 5 stars. Great food, great service, and a place I'd happily come back to.

As Texas transplants, we've enjoyed some incredible steakhouses over the years and have traveled extensively, but this was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had. We even drove up from Colorado Springs for our 18th wedding anniversary, and it was worth every mile. We started with the wedge salad, which was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor--easily one of the best wedge salads we've ever had. The warm bread service was incredible and paired perfectly with the house-made spreads. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of the evening was the Wagyu steak topped with cheesy potato croquettes. It was cooked to perfection and so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor and was one of those dishes you continue talking about long after the meal is over. What impressed us most was that every single item we ordered was exceptional. The quality of the ingredients, attention to detail, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. After reading some of the reviews beforehand, we weren't sure what to expect. In our experience, this restaurant is incredibly underrated. Our meal, service, and overall experience were outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a special dinner, anniversary celebration, or simply one of the best meals you'll have in Colorado, Jack's on Pearl is absolutely worth the visit. Wow moments - an ice cream cone, miniature "popcorn", and delicious cocktails. But... the food tonight overall didn't live up to the 2-star billing. My first issue: I left hungry. And I'm not a big dude. 165 soaking wet. That really shouldn't happen. We've been to a bunch of two-stars in NY, DC, Tokyo, and Paris, and they mostly program in a heartier, larger main at some point that lets the guest fill up. The wagyu was tasty but... it was probably 3oz of steak. Second: the service was over the top. We had two trainees tonight, and man were they trying hard. The descriptions bordered on melodrama, and they really struggled with interrupting and trying to subtly hurry along one of the slower eaters among us. That really shouldn't happen at this level. Too much service; it shouldn't be noticed when it's done right. We love the Michelin guide. Wolf's Tailor is a gem, and it certainly deserves a star. Great location, relaxed vibes, especially on a Sunday evening. The beer was solid, but the food stole the show (mostly across the board). Most of our group was happy with their dishes. I had the steak sandwich with a side salad, and the sandwich was top tier. I'm a sucker for a good sandwich, and this one absolutely hit the spot. It was also pretty large, which made it more of a fork-and-knife situation than a handheld one, but no complaints there. A few people in our party upgraded their sides to the sweet potato fries, which were next level. Perfect balance of crispiness with a hint of sweetness that made them stand out. One miss in the group was the mac and cheese; my sister ordered it and wasn't a fan, felt it was too liquidy/runny and underwhelming compared to everything else we tried. Only minor knock overall was that the kitchen was pretty slow, especially considering it wasn't very busy late on a Sunday evening. Not a dealbreaker, but something worth noting if you're in a hurry. Overall, great first Denver meal; good beer, mostly good food, and a relaxed spot that made for a solid welcome to the city.

It was rich, meaty, and delish. I also had the mushroom pappardelle (pickled pearl onion, crispy maitake, sheep ricotta, dill). Half 18, full 29. Rich, filling, luxurious. My friend had the duck, which she loved. She can't eat red meat and it was prepared in such a way it almost made her feel like she was eating red meat again. My friend's husband had the scallops as an app (we tasted them too, they were decadent). Then he had the paella, again, a crowd pleaser. We ate every bite of all of it. We had several complex, amazing cocktails. Not the run of the mill. Ingredients that are more unique than the average spot for sure. A lot of gin and absinthe. We had one called Ecto cooler (rum, lychee, kiwi coriander shrub) that we all enjoyed immensely. It's not cheap. For all three of us, with our decadent entrees and multiple alcoholic drinks, as well as dessert and apps, was around 450 with the appropriate tip (I did tip heavy because the service was so spectacular). But I also appreciate this restaurant pays a living wage and charges a small uncharge to allow for this. Amazing experience. And on a pedestrian walkway and near clocktower cabaret, so you can have a great evening.
