3.5/5 over all the tostadas were the star of the show 5/5 a great crunch and amazing flavor. The tacos were a large portion, I wish the pico, guacamole and salsa had more flavor. 3/5 The quesadilla was good, could use more flavor and a little more crunch. 3/5 I would definitely come back for the Tostadas especially on happy hour.

We had a quick happy hour libation and bite here last night and tonight. The food is delicious (and a great deal), and the staff are super friendly and efficient. Over the two evenings, we tried several of the (many) beers on tap and we sampled the greek olives, brussel sprouts, and corn chowder. (Sorry there's no pic of the beautiful brussel sprouts or greek olives. We literally inhaled them. So picture something pretty and filling.) Everything was super tasty and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the prices truly can't be beat. If you're in the area or staying nearby, don't miss out. Courier is located conveniently inside the downtown Denver Hyatt. We highly recommend Courier and hope to be back soon.

The restaurant is within the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The ambiance is definitely decadent with a staff that goes above the normal to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The morning breakfast buffet was extremely delicious and exceeded my expectations in flavor. The evening cocktail bars were open every night that served delicious heavy finger foods and sandwiches. The bar staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I've been here several times, even before they went semi-service route. Most hotel restaurants are great for their convenience if staying at the hotel, but typically lack in food quality. I would say Courier Kitchen is an exemption, the food is excellent. Most recently, I had the Winter Squash Ravioli and it was amazing. I usually stay away from vegan or vegetarian dishes, but since my wife had the Grilled Bone-in Ribeye and knowing I could steal a bite, I went for it. It did not disappoint, super flavorful. Also, the ribeye was fantastic, simply seasoned and tender, especially at the price point. The service is inconsistent, mainly because one places their order at the bar and one competes with bar chatter among others and bartenders. But once they have your attention, it's all good from there.

Whenever my best friend comes to visit and stays at the Grand Hyatt, we have a BLAST at their in-house eatery, Courier. It's such a cute spot that I'd actually go to if I wasn't already at the hotel, which says a lot. Street parking is a little pricier than your average Downtown Denver meter, but it's better than valet. We've had room service from Courier, specifically the Reuben sandwich and pepperoni flatbread. The flatbread especially was fresh and delicious! Basically greasy pizza. I love that the menu is so simple, but they do everything well. Prices are less than what you'd expect from typical room service, which makes me want to order more often. Once we had dinner in the actual restaurant, enjoying cocktails and entrées. I had the bistro steak because I can never resist chimichurri, potatoes, and asparagus. It was cooked perfectly medium rare. Service here is wonderful. Also love their selection of booze. Definitely coming back for that steak again!!

One of the better buffet style breakfast . Food was good and pancakes were decent size and good ( not the terrible tiny silver dollar size ) Made to order omelets . The pastries were so so . Service good

Bottom line: this experience will cost you $20. But I've had better continental breakfasts than this. The service was inconsistent and the food options were limited. The only thing that made it different than any other "traditional" continental breakfasts was the omelet station, which was painstakingly slow, and a service staff. The best food I had was the toast with some jam spread. Coffee: tasted burnt Orange juice: really concentrated like it was just taken out of the can and not mixed well. Chicken sausage and bacon: underdone. Hash brown: soggy on the middle/bottom layer and crispy burnt on top layer. I recommend you try other nearby options for breakfast unless you just want to stay in the hotel.

They accommodated gluten free, dairy free, poultry free, salt free, and hot food. Chef Chris even made a menu for my stay, which brought me tears, because I usually suffer greatly during a conference that gives all of the things I can't eat (e.g., bread, yogurt, cream cheese, fruit, salad/wraps). Chef Drew and David also made the yummy meals. The chefs also brought food to the table and checked on me, which made me feel like a very special guest. Chef Chris even baked small GF and DF cakes for us, helping me celebrate my birthday. Jennifer and Andrew the managers charged the amount that my university pays for, with these accommodating meals. Servers were very attentive and meticulous. They even remembered hot water with lemon once I said it. The place was nice as well, with outlets that I could plug my laptop to work while eating. They also open early (6:15am), which helped me prepare for the days. Thanks to them, I survived during a conference, which usually pains me. I will never stop raving about them. I wish all restaurants in the U.S. were as accommodating as they are.

5/11/24- This place gets an automatic fail because they charged a service for their breakfast buffet where you get your own food. WTF. This is horrible customer service. On top of this they did not tell us about the charge before they sat use. We even asked one of the bar tenders how much the breakfast buffet was and she said $25, nothing about up charges. This makes this technically a hidden charge that has recently gotten places in trouble with at the federal level and maybe even be illegal since they ate not disclosing this up front. Horrible. Stay away from this place.

Located in the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Denver, the Courier Market Bar and Kitchen is a chic location with wonderful, kind staff. The decor is really stylish and classic, and it has a lovely bar with quick service. In addition to visiting the bar for wine during a business trip, we also had brunch there last weekend. We enjoyed the comfy circle booth seating facing the street, and we found the staff to be incredibly helpful and working together. I ordered a cup of soup (it was a root-based veggie soup) and a vegetarian breakfast sandwich. The soup was tasty but needed to be a bit thicker consistency, as it tasted a bit watery. The breakfast sandwich beans were yummy with great flavor, but it was otherwise pretty bland. The potato roesti side was the highlight of the dish, and I wanted another one after trying the first. My friend loved her avocado toast Caesar salad, so I would get that if I came back. Otherwise, the food was good but not great for a pricey ticket for lunch. The staff is the real winner at this location, so I would try it again with a different brunch choice.

We ate dinner here because it's located inside our hotel :) Dillon our server was awesome. Our food was delicious. We enjoyed our experience very much

This place is exactly what you'd think it would be. Healthy food, small market area, and bougie environment. I came here with a friend around 11:30AM for a quick lunch on a Tuesday. The place was quite empty - I assume because it opens at 11AM - so we were quickly seated. There were probably at most, 4 other customers at the restaurant. While I aimed for a quick lunch, the service was definitely slow. It seemed like there was only one server on duty and the other woman who was taking away plates was unable to take our order or take our cards for payment. We definitely had to seek our the waitress ourselves, it's unfortunate that they were understaffed. Both my friend and I ordered the cauliflower Cobb. He ordered it with chicken, and I ordered it with tofu. I didn't try the chicken, but he said it was the best part of my salad. My tofu was okay - it was bland and unseasoned, had grill marks, but that was it. The rest of the salad was also quite okay. Nothing special, but I did like the roasted cauliflower! Overall a solid salad but a bit pricey for what it was. The atmosphere of the restaurant is super cute, though. And it definitely seems like a nice place to grab a quick drink at the bar. The small market place also seems convenient, although I didn't check out what was actually there.

After reading other reviews and checking out photos beforehand, I knew the Colorado lamb was a must-order. It's not something I usually go for, but it ended up being my favorite dish of the night. The shrimp and corn grits were amazing, and I really loved the aged cheddar mac and cheese. Other dishes like the chickpea croquettes and the chili relleno were also pretty good and rounded out the meal nicely. The wait staff was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself has a cool, lively vibe. The only minor downside was that the outdoor heaters were a bit too hot, but that's a very small nitpick. Overall, an easy 5 out of 5 stars. The server gave us a lot of info like telling us which food dishes were James beard award winning. The breads were yummy but very small and the server came around to distribute it to us individually. We tried the fresh bacon first -- it's basically a piece of pork belly in a garbanzo bean mush with butter / oil around it. I liked the bean mush the most, it added a lot of flavor to the pork. The pork is actually pretty similar to a piece of Kalua pork, we were eating with some Hawaiians and they thought it was just like kalua pork minus rice. I ordered the artichoke tortellini but it was extemely rich and I was a bit shocked by how creamy it was. Served with small pieces of artichoke hearts and some cheese. I found it was best if you ate it with a bit of the broth as it adds a lot of flavor that balances the super creamy tortellini. I loved the dessert-- it's basically a chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. Some of my table mates ordered the peas and carrots dessert and it looked really interesting kind of like a salad. I took off a star because they seemed to keep clearing only half the table and taking away our silverware without giving more. We found ourselves short of utensils a few times!
