HashTAG had one of the best pancakes I've ever had and I'm not exaggerating. That was probably our favorite part of the entire meal. The frittata was also good, though the brussels sprouts was a little overpowering. Good drinks; the mimosa flight was good. Service was good and good experience overall.

This location in downtown Denver opened last year. My previous visit to HashTAG was to their Central Park location in 2018. I made a reservation thru OpenTable just in case. When I arrived at 7am, I was their 3rd customer. Between 730am and 8am, lots of people arrived. My server was Eric E. He was covering the bar, so a 2nd server helped out as more customers arrived. Since they promote being a Boozy Brunch place, I started with a Mimosa flight with cranberry, pineapple, P.O.G. (Passionfruit, OJ, Guava), OJ. Each had a fruit wedge. Great start. I added their Ethiopian dark roast drip coffee with a large Le Creuset mug and plenty of creamer. I wanted a lighter entree, so I got the Avocado Toast. It was a crunchy 7 grain toast with smashed avocado, 2 eggs over medium and a mound of mixed greens on top. Yummy. I got side of marmalade which seemed odd. So I got a biscuit. Perfect size. Big enough to hand hold with a crunchy crust and soft inside. The whipped butter was soft. They use this biscuit along with sourdough for their breakfast sandwiches. The bar will hold 8 people. The dining area has a mix of small & large tables. There are 3 cute round shaped booths near the front. No patio, but a nearby rooftop is available when it's cooler and is also for happy hour. Eric said due to current heatwave, the staff doesn't want to go & down the stairs to the rooftop. They charge a 5% Culinary fee to provide employee benefits.

We joined our friends here later than expected, about 2 pm and close at 3. The serve had to check if the kitchen was still cooking first. 2:15 pm, we ordered and they were out of hash browns but gave us an extra piece of bacon instead. Parking is tricky bc it's downtown Denver. Plenty of seating during the weekday.

Alohaaaaaa! What a happy surprise to find a breakfast spot in downtown Denver with a Hawaiian flare! They had me at POG! If you don't know what POG is try it! It's a juice served in Hawaii....a refreshing combo of Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava. Typically you don't find it anywhere other than in the islands of Hawaii so my husband and I were both pumped to see it on the menu here! We were equally excited to see some island influence speckled throughout the menu. The menu is vast and has so many fun options that it was hard to choose! I should start with our arrival though, we were immediately greeted with kindness and seated immediately without a reservation and it was New Year's Eve day I will add. The place was busy and it is clean and bright and very inviting. Our server took drink order right away and then gave us time to browse and then came back to take our food order. Service was good throughout even though they were very busy. We landed on the GIANT cinnamon roll to start and then I ordered the pork green chili omelette and my husband ordered the Tijuana Benedict and of course couldn't help himself because there were so many options and had to order the Hawaiian meatloaf to go at the end of our meal to take home for later. I wanted to love the cinnamon roll but it fell short for me. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It was ok. My omelette though was AMAZING! And the pulled pork shoulder is outstanding! The amount of protein in the portion is a dream! Most places would give half the meat, this place packs it in! The omelette was perfection, the flavors were perfect the green chili was great, the portion size was massive and fed me for another meal as well. My husband raved about his Benedict and he also had to take half to go. The Hawaiian meatloaf that was taken to go was a real show stopper! The flavors were incredible! Everything from the meat to the kimchi to the gravy! What a wonderful dish. And the portion size here was remarkable as well. We loved this experience! Great place, fun menu, kind staff! Can't wait to return and try more!!!

My opinion comes from a pick up point of view- we went in and the ambiance seemed fun. There was a broncos game happening so it seemed busy when we arrived but did not have to wait long for our food to come out. The food was average, the chilaquiles were soggy which may have been due to waiting to eat them at home. The pancakes were good! My only take would be being able to decide which pancakes to get from the trio as we were not fan of the apple. Other than that, the spot seemed solid for some brunch action. They also have a rooftop and happy hour that can be done downstairs and in the rooftop! We will have to come back to see the ambiance in person

Very fun and trendy brunch spot downtown. Definitely make a rez if you're going on the weekend. Brunch can be heavy but they have lighter options that were great.

Very yummy breakfast with the best chai I have ever had -it's a must! I ordered the seasonal harvest hash skillet with a scrabbled egg instead of sunny side up and it was delicious. The maple chili glaze was spicier than expected. The sign on the table showed it being $17.50 yet on the way to the bathroom there's a poster with the price being $16.50. I did end up being charged the higher price. My partner ordered the Chicken and Waffles and the portion was huge! Said the maple bacon syrup tasted just like a piece of bacon dipped in maple syrup. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean.

My friend took me here Thursday afternoon. Great service Sunny Day. Music SO loud, ugh. Had a tough time catching up. Went with the Reuben. Ok for me but maybe better for you? Thick untoasted bread. Fatty weird flavored pastrami Guess it's good there was one thin spread out slice of it. Mostly kraut Just not it. I'm a Reuben person so probably won't be back

a pleasant surprise! I'm usually pretty underwhelmed by breakfast in denver and this restored some faith. it's right in the midst of downtown so give yourself a little time to park. we found a meter spot fairly quick. free on sundays :-) 5-10 min wait on a sun around 1145. realistically was less than 5. staff was super kind and service was speedy! we were celebrating our friends bday and received a free cast iron cinnamon roll. YUM! our server was named olivia and she was absolutely lovely! full of recommendations and they were all spot on. 1. pineapple peach kombucha!!! 2. slow roasted pork birria hash 3. harvest hash + ham 4. a single slice of the bread pudding french toast both of the hash's were PHENOMENAL. ohhhh yeah!!!! the harvest had butternut squash, brussels, and a maple glaze. #fallvibezzz i poured the entire cup of birria jus on my hash and i could not be stopped. i slayed the entire plate without taking a breath. bread pudding french toast was decent but i was too focused on the egg dishes to give her the recognition she may have deserved. I'd like to go back and take a stab at the Tijuana Benedict next. apparently they have a rooftop! we also were seated in a cute little pod. i love the yellow theme with the plants. for being so new, they really nailed it.

    Cute seats!

It's not everyday you get to brunch in an egg yolk shaped booth. We stopped in for brunch before heading to a broncos games and this was the perfect start to the day. The food was fresh, service was friendly, and the vibes were just right.

Very busy breakfast spot near the heart of the pedestrian zone (16th Street). Had breakfast with my family before starting our busy day exploring Denver. I wasn't too hungry so I decided on the chilaquiles appetizer adding two fried eggs (extra charge). My wife enjoyed the breakfast tacos and my daughter loved her gluten free upside down pancakes with a side of chorizo and fried egg. The restaurant was packed but service was friendly and quick. Luckily we didn't have to wait for a table, but if it's busy, I would recommend waiting, it's worth it.

One of my fave breakfast spots in Downtown Denver. They are in a great location, right in the heart of Downtown Denver. The food and service is always exceptional. They are part of Tag Concepts which has some pretty amazing restaurants. You will be greeted right when you walk in and it's a bright and cheery place to start your day. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I.can check out their rooftop!

    Smoked salmon Benedict. Yummy

This place is always busy. Once you get the food you will know why the waiting line is out the door on occasions. We had a table of 5 and everyone loved what they ordered The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is the wait time on drinks. Food is a 10 star

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I had the aqua profunda (cognac, St. George basil eau di vie, lillet rose, strawberry, lime, and absinthe). I also had the eight limb daiquiri (rum, Canada aguardiente, Thai tea cordial, lime leaf, and Maraschino). The Blood Oath (mezcal, Vecchio del capo, Calabrian chili amaro, St. Germain Elderflower, lavender, honey, lemon). All were complex and delicious. You could pick out every flavor, yet everything melded together so well. They also have some basic bar food and snacks, but somewhat elevated.
