    ESPRESSO MARTINI
    Ceresa W.

Tonight was amazing! Seriously rare to go out and get exactly what I want on every level. Great atmosphere, excellent espresso martini and the most perfect tasting wings, burger and fries. We stopped in as locals not wanting to cook and were greeted promptly by a kind server telling us we could sit at a place of our choosing. Bonus! Then we order drinks, perfect, delicious and not a long wait. Acoustic music being played by a solo artist who was good and played songs from various decades. Great voice and not overwhelmingly loud just pleasant. Our server Frankie was a sweet girl from Louisiana and she took great care of us. Put up with our special burger order which the kitchen executed perfectly! Seriously been ages since I've been out and everything was somehow executed perfectly. Thank you Ambler! We will be back!!!

We have originally been here before when it was three saints revival- the aesthetic was the same just different menu. We got the buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken BLT. Both were average, the waitress was a sweetheart though and catered to our orders. They did have a seasonal peach menu that we did not get to tried but looked good! Upon arriving, we had a reservation but it was very dead and quiet. Seems that it's in a good location however not a lot of people go downtown so it was not busy. I recommend to get if you're close to union station waiting- drinks specifically as those were crowd favorite!

Let me start by saying that Emily was wonderful. Very personable and funny. Was very attentive to our table. She actually made our first visit somewhat enjoyable. The fried pickles are stellar and the drinks were good. Here is where things went south. It was not overly busy or anything. We ordered two (2) burgers and the Red Bird Chicken. The restaurant is very open so you can see the cooks in the kitchen. We saw our burgers come up under the heat lamps and they sat there for a little over 15 minutes while the manager spoke with the cooks. They finally brought them to us. At this point they were no longer cooked medium, they were well done and dry. The fries were like warm and the bun was crunchy. Not Good. The chicken took another 5 or 10 minutes with a side salad. And it was dry. Do not get me wrong it is not the amount of time it took, it is the quality of the food. If the chicken takes 30min to make then start that and wait to cook the burgers so there is better Quality is all. Definitely not in a rush to go back. #amblerdenver, @amblerdenver, #BlackbirdFLY

Came to Ambler and loved the sophistication of this location. Upscale but enough to also come have a drink and hang out ... Our waitress Jamie was awesome Always making sure we were doing ok and checking up on us. Going above and beyond, made us feel very welcomed. Drinks were delicious , on point !!! I'm picky with my old fashions but this place knows how to make one for sure and nothing bad to say about all the other drinks Our appetizers were delicious we had their wings and they were great , the Philly egg rolls OMGGG so goooooood . My burger was okay probably needed a bit more of help with flavors. I will for sure be coming back, a spot to check out for sure .

Came here for Denver's restaurant week with a friend! We tried to create a reservation but found out they don't take reservations so we went on in. But our luck there was an influencer event so it was packed. My friend and I were able to snag seats at the bar and order. The bartender who tended to us and took our orders(I wish I remembered his name- Nate maybe?) was so good and was juggling a lot but still gave us great service. The ambiance was very nice! Kinda a cool kid modern feel. The food was delicious! I had ordered from their fixed menu the Philly cheesecake with their house sauce . Very good! The burger and fries were a hit! Loved the thick curly fry style and lemon pound cake was soooo good! The lemon puree was so good! I would definitely come again!

We weee staying a the adjacent hotel so we decided to eat here for Brunch on a Saturday. The restaurant has a trendy aesthetic while still feeling inviting and cozy. The staff were all friendly and attentive. My hubby got the pancakes and I got the sausage gravy and biscuits with over medium eggs. We both enjoyed our meals. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The biscuit was super tasty as was the gravy and it was a perfect portion size. The pancakes were a good size and super yummy. The price was completely reasonable as well. It wasn't crowded at all, but it should be! Give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed.

We were staying in the hotel Indigo which is attached to Ambler, which made eating here super convenient! We ended up getting brunch and dinner here! Neither disappointed! The avocado toast was delicious. I had steak frites that night and also ended up being a good choice!! The cut on the fries was unique, in a good way! Service was great!

AMBLER is Lodo's newest restaurant and bar formerly 3 saints revival. Happy hour every day 4-6. The menu has many different options to choose from! It's opening weekend and they had trivia, bingo and karaoke. Nick, our server was so accommodating and welcoming! Come help out our local neighborhood spot! #AMBLERSTAYAWHILE

Lemon spinach artichoke dip with pita bread.

After a busy conference day, I wasn't up for going out for dinner and was just looking for something simple and easy. The salad is straightforward. Good, nothing overly exciting. There are 4 dressing options, and I wish they had a balsamic option in the mix. The salmon is well seasoned, cooked well, and a generous portion. The LEMON spinach artichoke dip is good, but not what I expected from a spinach artichoke dip. The lemon is pretty strong and doesn't really give the typical spinach artichoke flavor. It is good! But know what you're getting. Pita was toasted and warm. Some was a little more toasted than I would like, but overall good. I ordered this as room service and it was delivered to my door just 20 minutes after I ordered. Great service!

Everything is phenomenal and made from scratch. Chef Jas gets it done!!! Major compliments to the chef... everyone needs to be here for brunch on the weekend. From Nashville and their biscuits and gravy was better than anything back home. Pancakes were stellar.

Philly egg rolls (delicious), "snack" margarita is tiny.

The space feels very Root Down in the best way. Funky, artsy, a little mid century, but still comfortable and not trying too hard. Then the food starts showing up and suddenly the whole table is passing plates around because everyone keeps saying "wait, try this." We ordered a bunch of things and the smoked carrots were probably the biggest surprise for me. I would absolutely go back just to eat those again. The masa birria, diver scallops, and grilled artichokes and asparagus were all great too. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and came with duck fat potatoes, which immediately puts me in a good mood. Dessert also fully delivered. The banana cream pie with black sesame whip was one of those desserts where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. It just felt like a really thoughtful meal from start to finish. Definitely one of my favorite dinners I've had in a while.

Also shared some mushrooms, asparagus and creamed spinach. The short ribs was very tender, the key lime pie was perfectly tart and sweet, the bread pudding is a little bit on the harder side as it came in a cast iron dish like a cookie... but the flavor was amazing and tasty w the vanilla ice cream. It sits conveniently near the Convention Center, possesses a polished dining room, and harbors ambitions that deserve encouragement. On the Fourth of July, however, time itself wandered off to watch fireworks. Six coworkers and I arrived for our 7:30 reservation. We were seated immediately at a comfortable table in the back. The dining room was only about two-thirds full, which made the evening's upcoming mystery all the more impressive. That prompt seating, as it turned out, was the fastest thing that would happen to us all night. Our server greeted us, took drink orders, and brought out some warm Parker House rolls with Amish butter, alongside a bowl of French onion soup. This part was good. The rolls were soft; the soup was rich and comforting. Spirits were high. We ordered our entrees. Then the clocks stopped. Twenty minutes passed. Then forty. Then an hour. At first, we assumed our meals required extraordinary craftsmanship. Perhaps each potato was receiving a heartfelt, individual farewell before being mashed. Maybe the cows for our burgers were being transported from the farm where they source their meat in Wyoming fresh to order. But then we noticed something unsettling: nearly every table around us was waiting, too. Plates were strangely absent across the entire room. We had all been trapped inside an intermission with no second act. Our server, looking more exhausted with every trip from the kitchen, assured us our meals had "just been fired." I believed that he believed it. Ten more minutes drifted by. Our dinners finally appeared roughly ninety minutes after we had ordered. I felt bad for the man. He stayed friendly and professional while serving as the lightning rod for a kitchen catastrophe he had nothing to do with. Sometimes the person carrying the bad news is the one who deserves the most sympathy. The food, at least, tried its best. One of us couldn't stop talking about how excellent the pork chop was. Another declared the salmon outstanding. Three of us ordered the Brush Creek Wagyu burger. Mine arrived a perfect medium-rare. The other two, ordered medium, arrived practically mooing. But after waiting an hour and a half, nobody had the stomach to send them back into the void. They just ate their rare meat and kept quiet. To the restaurant's credit, our server chopped twenty-five percent off the bill without us having to ask. It was a decent, quiet gesture. It acknowledged that the evening had gone entirely off the rails. Corinne clearly has potential. The location is great, the space is nice, and when the food actually makes it to the table, it's mostly quite good. I suspect we simply wandered in on a spectacularly bad holiday evening. Even so, a ninety-minute wait and some undercooked burgers are hard to ignore. I hope our night was the exception, but I'm not entirely sure I'd gamble my evening to find out.
