Stopped in for a quick drink before heading to a lunch reservation in the area. We bellied up to the bar where we were met with one of the most friendly bartender ever. Super nice, very knowledgeable, and gave great selections based on our tastes and wants. I could not stop looking at the food that was being served around us, everything looked so tasty. Though we had lunch reservations, we had to try the fries. We could not decide between the cajun fries or the truffle fries - so we got to try both thanks to the bartender cajun fries for the win, but the mixing of both together did actually give a really good, savory flavor. The location is great, right along 17th. Park and Co has a cute aesthetic and looked to have a very nice patio for outdoor seating as well. Will be back to try some entrees soon :) read more

Stopped in for a quick drink at the bar with a fantastic, friendly bartender, and after seeing some of the food from other patrons, was convinced to try their fries. When we couldn't decide which type of fries to get, our bartender offered to buy us a cup of her favorite (The Cajun), and we got a cup of the Truffle Parm. It was a toss-up between the two. This is a nice local spot for happy hour, a bite, a drink. While I do wish they'd pull that plastic off on nice days, that would add even more appeal -- but I'm sure that's not easy to do when choosing the put that plastic house on the patio. The food is your standard stuff for the most part, bar-ish along with some non-bar stuff like salads, but what's awesome about Park & Co is that they don't price gouge as much as some of the other places in Denver (often for mediocre food)! Their prices are some of the best around, to be honest. And happy hour makes it even that much more affordable. read more

Prompt and friendly service. Clean and inviting space to grab a drink or bite underscored by the great south facing windows looking on to 17th! Solid happy hour menu for discounted drinks and bites! Very happy with the HH pretzel ($5.50) - large pretzel served fresh and hot with dipping cheese and honey mustard, as well as the HH uptown nachos ($8) which were super loaded up with topping including chicken. Placed a to go order and arrived about 15 minutes later, but still waited another 30 minutes on a Thursday. I checked in with the hostess twice and did not get much of an update either time. The French dip was just okay and had very large, unevenly cooked onion pieces throughout. The French dip and parmesan garlic truffle fries were soggy even though they were eaten within ten minutes of pickup. The pretzel with cheese ended up being the best part of the order. read more

This is a phenomenal place for happy hour. My son and I went yesterday around 3 o'clock. We got great seats and great service from Richie. We had two beverages and we shared two dishes from the happy hour menu. Our bill was under 40 bucks total. So the value is definitely there! The wings were cooked perfectly. They were nice and juicy and tender. Also felt like there were plenty of wings on the plate. The same with the Parmesan truffle fries. The serving was ample. I really didn't need any dinner after sharing two happy hour appetizers. I was full for the rest of the night. Also, the atmosphere is nice. 3.5 stars - it's your basic burger place, and nowadays that means a 1/3 lb burger and a beer sets you back $25. I wish that wasn't the case but here we are. This place does good burgers, and they have other bar food like chicken tenders, steak sandwiches, wings, etc., though they are best known for their burgers. There's a nice drink menu with a rotating tap list so they give you a QR code for the most up to date beer lineup, which is useful. The place is a little bigger than you think thanks to the large patio facing Pennsylvania Street so eat outside if you can, or sit around the large bar and watch the game. I never would have known about this place if it wasn't on my passport eating out book. The inside had a dive bar feel but a little more upscale. They also provided outside seating. This is a great place to watch any sports game and I even saw them airing the bachelor on Tuesday nights. They also have drink specials on the board depending on the day. My friends and I got a couple of plates to share. We ordered the chicken tenders, bang bang shrimp, and the nachos. We all loved the tenders but felt like the fries could've been crispier. The bartender who took my order last got my beer and wing order incorrect last time I was in and I got the tenders instead but it was still great. The menu is kinda small, offering handhelds with two salad "appetizers" that could be meals and chicken tenders. Positive - their food is really well priced. This place was a serendipitous find. We actually wanted to go somewhere else but the wait was outrageous so after a quick search and phone call we decided on here because to our surprise there was no wait. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their specialties are their burgers but the appetizer and sandwich selections are just as solid. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was really good. I had a double cheeseburger and we shared a large order of Cajun fries after seeing them mentioned in almost every review. We now join that lineage and understand why. Park & Co is situated in Uptown and located on the corner across from Ace & Steubens. The hubby and I used to frequent this neighborhood pretty often when we lived here, so it was nice to be back. The tv's are showing sports, speakers are bouncing, drinks flowing and tummy's grumbling. The table ordered a variety of drinks and my husband ordered an old fashioned while I ordered the ginger snap mule. We then all ordered a variety of food with the boys getting burgers and sweet potato fries along with Parmesan truffle fries while my friend ordered the shrimp poboy with sweet potato fries. I ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer with a side salad topped with their delicious vinaigrette. The portions were enormous, drinks were strong, flavors were on point and the service was exceptional. It's a great place to hang out and grab a drink and a bite to eat. My work bestie and I wanted to catch up and we were both craving nachos. We decided to walk a few blocks to Park and Co as we had seen on line that they had some inspired nachos. Since it was noon on a Monday, the place wasn't terribly busy. It had a neighborhood bar feel to it. There was no visible sign at the front door saying to seat yourself. So, we had an awkward moment where we looked around and it felt like everyone was staring at us. We finally found a spot out of the way. The waitress came over right away. She was super friendly. We already knew what we wanted and ordered right away. The food came out quickly and I couldn't wait to dig in. However, the nachos were a vast disappointment. I couldn't distinguish the difference between the queso and the chipotle crema. There was very little of either. The "guacamole" as the menu refers to it was merely smashed avocado. Mine was an unripe avocado that was so hard that it was inedible. The pickled jalapenos tasted like regular jalapenos. I love plain nacho tortilla chips, but these were so bland that they weren't enjoyable on their own. Their saving grace was that fact that they stayed crispy. I had a bad day today and when I got home instead of cooking we decided to treat ourselves to a mid day restaurant night. We tried to go to Steuben's but it had a wait so we walked a few doors down and ran into this spot. Completely pleasantly surprised with the service, vibes and food. Literally the worst dining experience I've ever had. Burger was raw. Not undercooked. Raw inside. The drinks were watered down. The wait staff were horrific. To be fair the fry's were very good.
