The vibe is so unique $5 bills covering the walls with Lincoln's face everywhere really sets the tone and makes the place unforgettable. And yes... every drink is only $5 but heads up, it's cash only. The prices were so good we ended up staying for three drinks each and didn't even feel guilty about it. My husband and our friends ordered The Continental, a black cherry Old Fashioned, and it was absolutely delicious ,smooth, balanced, and full of flavor (I definitely stole a few sips). I went with a vodka pineapple and later a cranberry vodka, both refreshing and perfect. We loved the place so much that the guys even bought merch $10 t-shirts, which honestly felt just as affordable as the drinks. I've been here twice now, and it's officially one of my favorite spots near Union Station. If you're looking for a lively, affordable night out, this is it. Atmosphere: The theme here is so cool! It's all about Abraham Lincoln but with a modern, artistic twist. There's really neat artwork everywhere showing different looks of Lincoln. It feels like a true old timey speakeasy. It gets very busy after 8 PM, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but the energy inside is awesome. Price: This is the most budget-friendly spot I've found in the area. Almost everything is $5! It is CASH ONLY, but don't worry if you forget. They have an ATM inside for you to use. Drink: I ordered the Continental, which is their take on an Old Fashioned with a black cherry. It was delicious and definitely didn't taste like a cheap drink despite the price point. Service: Despite how packed it was, the service was incredibly fast. We got our drinks in maybe 2-3 minutes tops. The staff is efficient and friendly. Overall Experience: Whether you're visiting and staying near Union Station or just looking for a fun local getaway, I highly recommend this place. We went for the fun of finding this speak easy. This is not a resturant with a bar in the corner. This entrance keeps in the true speakeasy theme. It is awesome and once you find it, it is quite the cool spot. We didn't try any food so I can't speak on that part. The service was great. The host and the bartender were cool, let us know a little about the location, and made some recommendation on drinks. They have a pretty well stocked bar, along with their "speciality" drinks. Funny enough they have three locations and the original location is in Portland, Maine. My wife and I had plans to visit the OG before coming here but emergency matters took more importance. Due to google maps showing it in the middle of the road we checked the wrong side first....thankfully though eventually found it. It's a very fitting vibe for a speakeasy. Loved this hidden little speakeasy. Had to ask around to find the entrance but that made it more intriguing to me. Bouncer was friendly and efficient as we walked in, and we got our 5 dollar drinks immediately. High quality liquor for a great price. Love that they use some spirits from Mile High Spirits (my favorite distillery). Loved all of the Lincoln themed decorations, which gave it this vintage feel. We had a charming experience at Lincolns on a Sunday evening. There were a few rushes in the 6-8 time period (groups of 3-5) but it was otherwise a very quiet time to visit. We really did have to search for the entrance but that was part of the adventure! You must find the doors that lead you to many metal stairs as you descend into a bar dedicated to Lincoln - the man, the myth, the president on the $5 bill. ALL drinks are $5 and cash only.
