Can't say enough good things about this spot, so swanky so on point, service was excellent, Kenneth our server was beyond lovely, the hosts and everyone there were so accommodating. The food was marvelous the housemade focaccia was so delightful, the home made ginger beer is my new favorite thing, the ny strip was cooked to perfection as were the potatoes. My wife's Mac and cheese which I shamelessly ate was so delicious. Brownie with little man salted Oreo ice cream was decadent and rich it was so indulgent. Again the service provided was top notch , the atmosphere was so smooth, comfortable booths, and soft lighting everything was perfect. Wife's birthday went swimmingly, thank you for having us Love hard and speak easy

I flew into Denver super early from Chicago while my friend flew in around the same time from Nashville. We set William & Graham as our meetup point within the airport because we were excited to check out an airport speakeasy! Staff was very professional, kind, welcoming, and helpful from the minute we walked up to the hostess stand. They ask for your boarding time so they can be conscientious about seating (we had just landed and said as much, but they still were able to seat us within 5-10min). There is an EXTENSIVE drink menu, even at 9:30 AM haha. They were serving brunch foods at the time, and although we didn't eat, our neighbor at the bar had the full spread and it looked like a delicious, good-sized portion. The drinks were so picture-worthy, just as you'd expect from the vibe of the place. There's windows that let in natural light but it's nice to be shut "away" from the noise and chaos of the concourse. It's a very warm, wood-forward, study/library feel that is a nice contrast to the modern, sleek theme throughout the rest of the Denver airport. There was plenty of room to place our bags near us, and the staff was kind to point it out as we were seated. Definitely a gem in the airport, and fun to check out!

As much as it sounds strange but our dining experience at this Denver's one of the best speakeasies the other night was with an intention to enjoy what's on the food menu, not for the cocktails this establishment boasts. To be frank, I really didn't care about what drinks they serve as I haven't been much of a drinker these days. The bone marrow was what I was truly looking forward to. As I arrived on time to our reservation before my daughter I went ahead and ordered the marrow so that by the time she'd arrived the dish would have been ready at our table or at least we wouldn't have waited too long to eat it. It was my daughter's pre-birthday celebration dinner so I had to pick a special place for her. When she finally arrived, she had a question. "Mom, how did you find this place?" To which I said, "I have resources because I am an avid foodie." As to reflect the 1920's prohibition era or flamboyant jazz era, the place is super dark. Each time a dish arrived we had to put it close to the only guiding lamp at the table to take a photo of them. As I stated earlier, our dinner started with the roasted bone marrow. This was quite good and yet you don't get much out of it as it's the rich marrow that on the two huge bones. And to compensate the smallness of the actual meat part, they gave us more than a handful of toasted bread pieces. Next, we moved onto the seared scallops. Three good sized scallops were cooked in a well-seasoned sauce. Not salty but flavorful enough. Although not excellent, I rated it as a solid dish. Our choice for the third dish was the oyster. Each piece is $5 so we got two of them. The oysters were a bit small and yet tasted fresh. What impressed me most about this dish was the cocktail sauce. I was able to eat it by itself; it was that good. The pesto pasta with chicken was good and yet it was a bit dry to our liking. Not a bad dish though. The portion size is good. Whatever the purple vegetable or garnishment on top of the pasta was a nice enhancement. I couldn't make of it though. Although I didn't order any drinks, my daughter ended up ordering two wines (if you are a wine drinker ask for the wine list from your waiter/waitress.) The Malbec is technically a blend with Cab Franc and Petit Verdot. Certainly a unique blend that I have never heard of before. Second one she had was a beautiful Spanish white which superseded the red blend (by the way, I sipped both.) Only $12 for a glass is a steal deal for the kind of quality. We concluded our dinner by having the Horchata Ice Cream. A scoop of it was served in a bowl with coffee caramel with hazelnut. Not too decadent; just the right amount of sweetness to finish off the night. Service by our waiter, Ricky was solid although there were a few mistakes that were made during our 2-hour dining (he kindly corrected them all so at the end it was all good.) We will go back for sure. I personally want to try all of the menu items; the menu is not massive. The gumbo, mac and cheese, they all sound good.

The bartenders were amazing! I went with one of their seasonal drinks then with a classic. Both were phenomenal and made to perfection. It's quaint, enough light and not too loud. They also have a nice food menu. As usual, I got fries with an aioli sauce and there was what seemed and tasted like hot honey. Perfect pairing with my drinks. Great experience, recommend to anyone who enjoys a speakeasy vibe. Almost forgot, the ice cubes are all hand cut! They're so fun and make the drink even more special.

This place has a reputation as best hidden bar--- They earned and continue to shine. This is a small entrance that greets you and a wall of books. The wall will be moved and you slip into a perfectly lit bar. I can't describe the drinks adequately but a couple of photos with the drinks will let you see "you're not in Kansas anymore". I mean who could imagine putting younger and garlic confit in a drink and it turning out so nicely?

Was told we were going to a speakeasy, but did not know what to expect, we didn't have reservations but on a Sunday night around 9:30 they were able to accommodate. We were initially told we'd have to stand up at the tables in the lounge for a bit before any bar seating became open, but we got lucky and ended up being sat immediately upon entering to the back. When you walk in, you're in a very small foyer area that has bookshelves and coat racks and a nice person checking you in. Once they let you through to the back, she pushes open the bookshelf, and in you go to the speakeasy. It's really cool in the back, dark lusty vibes with good music playing, and lots of people. The bartender Megan was really nice, and knew so much. They had recently changed the menu and I instantly decided to try the first drink on the list, it was speaking to me. I had the 20/20 vision and it was so good, with the smokiness of the Mezcal really coming forward with the texture of the egg white. The bitters were also unique and the whole cocktail was so deep in flavor My friend tried the Carl wheezer and said it was authentic and delicious. Love how they give you the check inside a little notebook, I realized later that anything you write in the notebook sometimes will get hung up in the bathroom, as the drawings and notes left behind by hundreds of customers past are lining the bathroom walls Prices are pretty normal and they have food too although we didn't try any. will definitely come back and try some of that too

Location Terminal E Atmosphere Speakeasy-entrance hidden behind book case. ( if you are used to downtown Denver location, this one is not as dark inside). Seating Booths, high tops, bar Service Jamie rocked it!! Immediate, informative, friendly. Menu At the downtown-MANY whiskeys. Here large variety of cocktails, wine, burgers, fried Brussel sprouts. We had the cabernet and Brussel sprouts. Another customer recommended the sprouts-perfect!! Summary What an amazing out of the ordinary airport experience. In the lap of a luxury speakeasy! Hope you get to pop in!

Absolutely phenomenal spot. The vibes are amazing, the food is even better and the service was that of an upscale steakhouse without the upscale prices. We got the scallops which were perfect and came in a very flavorful sauce, the burger which was cooked exactly how we asked came with these other worldly malt vinegar fries on the side AND the star of the night...which I would order 20 of if I could...the bone marrow. That bone marrow may be my death row meal and I wish I could describe the flavor to you but you'll just have to get it. We will 100% be back and bring all our out of towners here when they visit.

Boujieeeeeee. Make a reservation and come here! What a lovely cocktail bar with some good snacks/entrees. Super intimate, dark lighting and compact. The drinks are phenomenal! If you're celebrating something, let them know and they'll make sure to hook you up with a little something on the house. We got champagne and a starter shot glass! The espresso martini is super well presented! A cool design on top, and the flavor is pretty good! The snacks here are solid, we got the deviled eggs and these whipped ricotta crustini things which, in my opinion, were better than the deviled eggs. Anyways, this place is neat, especially if you're celebrating something or want a cool speakeasy experience! If you have a "cocktail style" or preference/flavor let the server know and they'll bartender will make you something in line with what you like!

Truly what every speakeasy should be: delicious food, crafty and unique cocktails, and bartenders with polished facial hair. Hiding the entrance behind a bookcase is simply the cherry on top of the old fashioned. The space is casual yet energizing, and if they have the availability, you should definitely set aside time to visit.

Such a cool speakeasy experience! Hidden behind a bookcase. The place had an intimate, dark, and cozy vibe. The bartenders were super knowledgeable and friendly. I love that the menu changes frequently. The bartenders actually create the drinks themselves! Every cocktail we tried was flavorful and well-balanced. Very casual and chill spot, perfect for a night out with friends.

Starter drink for free. Was good and a nice touch.

Worth the hype for sure. Small, quaint, unique and a vibe for sure. Make a reservation. Oh and parking sucks in fact doesn't exist at all - so plan ahead. Sat at the bar which is for sure the move. We got: - oysters (shucked better than dressed) but super fresh either way - bone marrow - DO NOT leave here without getting this. So so so good - steak and fries - is there a better combo? So good. - Mac and cheese with green chili and scallops - scallops were the best part - it's not what you think drunk - very strange and kinda good. Not sure I'd get it again. - this lemon chocolate drink that used to be on the menu but he made it for me from memory and it was amazing!!! The free starter drink was a nice touch but the 5% health care charge (wtf is that) was not.

    Ellen K.

A dim lit speakeasy, they open the door for you. The door is a book shelf. Inside it's dim, lots of people, bustling. The cocktails are good, and strong. They'll double check if you like your drink. If you don't, they'll make you a new one! Reservations for a booth. Free street parking, could be hard to find.
