Brent is the best!

Came here on a Wednesday night for a date. Lots of seating booth and bar as well as a private room in the back for events or larger get togethers. The bartender whose name escapes me now was great! He paired the drinks to the meals very well and had great suggestions on foods that I wouldn't normally try. I would love to come back and utilize the back room and try other foods and drink options. Seems like they have some great happy hour options. Overall, 5/5 stars.

The outside seating is perfect on a beautiful day/evening! Their menu is extensive for drinks. I had their burger and it was decent! I'd probably try something else next time. The lady we had for a server seemed overly stressed and a little off, and we overheard her snap at two bus boys in front of the tables outside, so not the best service from her, but everyone else was very nice! Definitely will come back for another chill date night or girls night!

Champagne bar you say? Be right there! This place is a cute, intimate spot in larimer square! When they say they specialize in champagne, they truly mean it! It's champagne galore along the ways and all through the menus. The food was so good. It actually surprised me. I thought the food would be decent but the burger was amazing and loved the fries. The cheesecake was so great and the perfect way to end the night. Our server was kind and on top of it. He tended to us well. I would come back here again!

We had finished dinner at Rioja, and I had read about this champagne bar in the same area. It turned out to be right next door, so huzzah for us! I really loved the French-inspired bar, which offered a lot of lovely sparkling wine cocktails and had a wonderfully lit ambiance. The establishment comprised lovely white leather booths and black wooden trim with candle-like chandeliers hanging from the ceilings. The glass-top spirit shelves were draped with festive lighting in front of mirrored panels, which if you are vain like I am, you can look at yourself and admire as you drink. Specifically, I liked the Madame Bollinger quote painted on the wall by the storefront window. The cocktails I ordered were quite lovely, and as I said earlier, they were sparkling wine-based, or in my case, champagne-based. The Italian Twist was quite citrusy with a bit of sweetness, along with the caravello and limoncello. I preferred the Napoleon more, which had cognac and Grand Marnier mixed. I wasn't expecting to be hungry following dinner. Still, I enjoyed some Chocolate Molten Lava Cake that was magical with the hot fudge center, which the berries and vanilla ice cream complimented. I would love to come back and try some of the regular food items on the menu the next time we are in Denver. Corridor 44 is wicked cool.

Wild Flower Honey Tartine - Goat Cheese, Almond, Pear (delicious)

4.5 stars! Corridor 44 is one of my favorite spots in Denver to grab a drink and some apps. Located right in the middle of Larimer Square it's the perfect place to grab a pre-show/concert cocktail - especially if you love bubbles. The interior has a lot of charm, with a variety of seating options that holds large groups as well as intimate little nooks for a date night. I've been here quite a number of times and each time the drinks have been spot on. They offer a small happy hour menu as well as a huge list of bubbly drinks & others for the non-bubbles drinkers like myself. Some favorites are the Aviator, Espresso Martini, and Old Fashioned. Our favorite bite on the menu is the Wild Flower Honey Tartine - Goat Cheese, Almond, Pear. Soooo good and a nice sized portion. I didn't love the salmon one as much, but it's great if you're a lox & caper lover. The burger is tasty and the frites it comes with are so addicting. I've never been here when it's super busy (typically have visited during happy hour) and the service has been exceptional.

Ahi Tuna Nicoise Salad

So we made reservations for this place on New Year's Eve for my daughter's 16th bday. The pics of everything is what made us choose this place and it looked really nice and the food looked good. It's in a prime location in downtown and parking is not near it, it's a pay parking lot. The restaurant itself is nice and fancy and kind of cool looking how they have it decorated. For our appetizers we ordered calamari and Ahi Tuna Nicoise Salad. The calamari was okay. It was too chewy for me. I like it when it's crispy. The ahi tuna salad now that was amazing. The salad was fresh and the tuna was cooked perfect and so tender. For our main course we got the lamp lollipops. It came with mashed potatoes and veggies. I will say I was not impressed. The meat was tough and so much fat on the lamb. There was no flavor to it at all. And for dessert I got a crème brûlée which was delicious and tasted like any other crème brûlée would taste. The service was not that great tbh. Just lack of attention to our table when we needed anything. Overall the ambiance of the place is a 10/10 the food was a 3/10. I definitely won't be back here to eat. Just not worth the money

Champagne by the glass & flights

I visited last week for a nightcap after the Colorado Symphony and had a wonderful flute of Veuve Cliquot Brut Yellow Label champagne. I made a dinner reservation when I got home that evening for last night before going to Casanova at the Colorado Ballet. When I arrived just before 5pm, they were already busy. I was seated in one of the 2 person booths down a short hallway from the front dining area and bar. Much more private. I splurged for a flight of 3 high-end champagne's from Dom Perignon, Pommery Brut Royale and Moet Imperial Rose for $55. I got smaller flutes with 3oz pours. I started with the Moet. Nice color and smooth. The Pommery had an off taste and Dom Perignon was excellent. Individually these 3 champagne's each would have cost $140. So their flights are a good value. I ordered a Ahi Tuna Poke served with plantain chips. When the waiter pulled up the sleeve holding the tuna & mango, it collapsed, so no photo. Very colorful and yummy. Next I got a large Organic Beet salad with cubes of red beets, candied pecans and lots of goat cheese. Almost a meal in itself. I added an order of parmesan truffle fries. A mix of white and sweet poato fries. My main course was their Pan Seared Salmon served on a bed of Angel Hair pasta with cherry tomatoes in a butter sauce. I added a full flute of Veuve Cliquot. I looked at the dessert menu but I will come back to try one the decadent desserts. I was served by Angela G. She was very attentive and paced out my food choices. A wonderful experience.

Charcuterie Plate

I was pretty happy with my meal here, with a a few caveats. The snakebite I was served was not served to me in a chilled glass so it ended up lukewarm pretty fast. The scallops also didn't taste very fresh, I was a little worried. Otherwise the risotto and charcuterie board were delicious and the service was friendly and fast. I would come back for happy hour, grilled cheese and small nibbles! The tables inside were comfy too!

Very nice espresso martini, great atmosphere and friendly service. This is a cool little champagne bar that also has all the booze and cocktails. The martini was 15 dollars. Next door- it's 24 dollars.

Still cool & intimate little champagne bar on Larimer. I came here years ago after a first date date and had after dinner drinks. Things are still the same; great service & great drinks. Mirrors & chandeliers give the allure of sexiness and sophistication of a tiny bar in Paris. My party & I stopped on in midday as we were doing wedding planning for our cousin. Needless to say, they were extremely happy we stooped in, mainly because they couldn't find the hidden speakeasy on Larimer. We told them, "Let's go here. We love it. Service was great, and they helped give suggestions to the engaged couple. We just sat midday, laughing, smiling and enjoying rest champagne & other bubbly cocktails. This is a great place to stop with a date and/or great clients in town for drinks & small bites.

Very narrow and dimly lit

3 1/2 stars This Champagne bar is trying to evoke a sense of chi-chi luxury with chandeliers and European old-style furnishings, and it succeeds, as long as you don't look too close. Once seated by our waitress, who was dressed in jeggings and a top as if she was about to head to the local gym, in a very dimly lit narrow corridor, we could not help but notice the less than sparkling fixture dangling over our table with glass suspensions in need of serious polishing. In the bathroom, the broken soap dispenser was sadly seating by the sink (well, at least it was not empty). On the bright side, Happy Hour offers a nice selection of drinks and snacks at a great price. Everybody seems to rave about the Smoked Salmon Caviar Chips, but we were not impressed. We tasted the caviar separately otherwise it gets lost with the other flavors, and it was disappointingly mushy, likely not fresh. The charcuterie and cheese board on the other hand was perfect. The spiced mixed nuts with bacon are also a great snack. The menu offers an impressive list of cocktails most of them featuring "bubbles", not champagne, so I can't tell if we got Prosecco and any other kind of sparkling wine. In any case, we each enjoyed a couple, and they were tasty. Overall, I think it's a cool place for a date night with drinks and snacks, or for happy hour, though I'd hesitate to opt for a full dinner.

Very nice place and actually a very large space with a lot of seating. Drinks were delicious, tried a few. And some of the happy hour bites. Friendly and fast service. Only Issue is that it was dead quiet in there so you have no privacy in your conversation whatsoever. Some music or any background noise would have been nice. Very classy place and the long list of drinks makes it exciting and a place to come back to

Champagne bar on Larimer with some outdoor tables and heat laps. The tables on Larimer are a little lack luster for this type of bar, but this part of Larimer is closed off to cars to great vibes to people watch. 1) HH from 4-6pm for $6 a cocktail - but the website is wrong and there is no ladies night on Wed during Covid. 2) excellent tuna poke app and cheese boards 3) so many champagne cocktails and cocktails that are not sweet. Most of the time - champagne bars tend to lean sweet. All and all - a good atmosphere to meet up with people and have a good time!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

While the aesthetic is a bit cleaner than the grungier charm of their previous location (as we've heard), it's still highly stylized with fun signage and great photo ops everywhere you look. Most importantly, the drinks were delicious. They clearly know how to mix a cocktail here. We highly encourage the "666 Shots"--they are fantastic and a perfect fit for the bar's theme! That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Cozy spot for some classy bites and cocktails. I think I probably got off on the wrong foot when I asked for sparkling water instead of flat and found out it was $7 per personal mini bottle (and they don't have club soda). My first time encountering that in Denver in the last 14 years... The cocktail concept is cool: pick a classic, slightly updated, or super creative version from 5 categories (martini, old fashioned, sour, spritz, highball). The spicy mango sour (with mezcal) was awesome -- although I expected egg white on a sour. The martinis were ok... a bit of a let-down in today's collection of Denver martinis at other local spots (think anchovy, sour cream and onion, holy trinity, and old bay). The food was also hit or miss. We loved the cauliflower/potato Bravas with the slightly spicy sauce, as well as the croquettes and their sauce. The tuna crudo was super bland, which is disappointing for $19.
