This restaurant is one of my favorites in Denver. If you're looking for something cool & different this is the place. The decor & vibe was fun, inviting & comfortable - they are known for their wines & bruschetta boards. Parking at this location is on the street. Note, there are also several other Postino locations in Denver. We arrived for lunch on a busy Saturday, however we were seated right away. Our server was friendly & attentive. We ordered the Bruschetta Board to share. To make up the board you choose four out of twelve bruschettas. We chose the Warm Artichoke Spread, this was rich & flavorful, next was the Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil, this was fresh & light. Our third board was the Mushroom & Mascarpone, this was one of my favorites & it was loaded with yummy mushrooms. Finally & definitely my favorite was the Smoked Salmon & Pesto Board. A hip place to hang out with friends or have a celebration! The decor is wonderful and modern! The restaurant has an extensive beverage menu with wine, beer and cocktails. Snacks, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, salads many shareable items. The experience is all weighing on the service and that is what was lacking on my visit. The waiter showed me which side of the menu was white wine and which was red. I ordered white wine, ended up being served a glass of red. I didn't complain, just decided to be a good sport. I ordered a panini which was much smaller than the waiter described and it was cold. I ordered a full salad, he brought a half salad. Water was only served after being requested halfway through the meal, as he never came over to check on us once the order was placed. I did try repeatedly to capture his attention but I suppose we were invisible? Normally, I am a 5 star girl but this dinner was a total disaster anything that could go wrong did go wrong. One of the worst dining experiences I have had in yrs. I might give the restaurant another try as it was highly recommended to me but never on a weekend. Came to Postino LoHi for their Board & Bottle deal on Monday/Tuesday at 8pm, and it's such a great value! You get a bruschetta board and a bottle of select wine for $25, which is a steal! The ambiance was fantastic, the server was super friendly, and the place was absolutely packed so I definitely recommend making a reservation if you're coming for this deal at any Postino location. My favorites on the board tonight were the tomato, mozzarella & basil and the mushroom, both were so good. Overall, amazing deal, great food, and a fun, lively atmosphere. The ambiance of this location is by far my favorite of all Postino Locations. On a Saturday night we did not have to wait for a table - had great service, and great food recommendations. Our all time favorite is the West Coast Panini and prickly pear margarita. The heaters kept us warm, even though it was around 40 degrees outside. Came here with a friend on a Saturday night before visiting a bar next-door and was surprised to see how empty it was. We got a comfy table in the back and ordered a few snacks. The service was good, although could've been better for the fact that there was nobody in there. We tried the grilled cheese and tomato soup, the sweet potato wedges, and the skewers. The skewers were really good with the yogurt they were served with, and the sweet potato wedges complimented well. Such a vibe and the food is SO good! We brought our dogs, walked straight through to the patio, and got a nice shaded spot. To start we got the roasted mushroom fondue and for our meal we got a bruschetta board to share (1. ricotta, dates, pistachios with hot honey drizzle, 2. sweet n spicy pepper jam with goat cheese, 3. smoked salmon pesto and 4. warm artichoke spread). I love our waiter or those they served us! It was a man and a woman. Food was exemplary - I ordered a tomato soup which was good and a tiny shrimp dish. They're constantly checking up on us. Flatbread and bruschettas were good for someone not wanting veggies. read more

Easy 5 star review. Really nice experience on both visits during a stay in Denver. Great service, great ambiance and set up, prices are very reasonable. Beer prices are amazing along with the quality and selection of beer. Stop in and have a drink, that will probably turn into ordering some food, then have another drink or two. Will add at a later date) I wanted to put this belated review up from when I went to this location over the summer with my friend Sam and her 2 dogs. We tried some mocktails that were so delicious I love when places have these kinds of options that are fun pretty and delicious. The service here and at all Postino locations I'm so impressed by. I had multiple people check on us here. They were also so kind and welcoming with my friends dogs on the deck and we were so well taken care of. The dogs were given water and lots of pets :) and we tried a lot of treats for ourselves. I would like to note even though it's not their main item - the salad I had was so fresh and delicious and perfection I just loved it! We did some of the bruschetta and boards and had lots of things. Super cute spot that's really great for happy hour. $6 wines from their main wine list until 9 is a steal, especially since the wines are $11-$14 normally. Tuesdays are even better with a $25 board and bottle deal after 8pm. You get bottle of wine and a bruschetta board. The bruschetta here is top notch. I love that you can and mix and match 4 different types of bruschetta and that each bruschetta is cut into 4 slices so it's easy to share with a friend. My favorite bruschettas are the brie, apple, fig bruschetta and the prosciutto mascarpone. You can't really go wrong with any of them. My only complaint about this location is that they try to get people in and out so it can feel like rushed. My friends and I got there at 3:15 and were told we needed to be out by 6, which was no problem. At 4:30, we had just finished our bruschetta and we were finishing our second glass of wine, when a staff member who wasn't our server came by and asked if we were ordering anything else, when we said we were good, he put down the check and said he'd be right back to get our cards. He immediately came back, asked to run the cards, and told us to have a good night. We were contemplating ordering another glass of wine, but we felt rushed and like they wanted the table, so we left. Worth a quick happy hour or a late Tuesday night drop in. read more

Went here with some good friends on a Friday night. We had some espresso martinis to set the stage! Starters were yummy. We had boards and other delicious options that were all good. We were so busy laughing and telling stories no one took pictures of anything! Service was perfect and the ambience is best described as loud and joyous. Everyone was there with a group of 4-6 people. Lots of laughs and drinks and food coming and going. The patio was perfect on a warm fall evening. By 7:30 when we left, the place was packed. Definitely would return. We walked there but you could scooter or Uber. Parking is not great so don't drive. We made reservations and it's best we did. Postino has the best happy hour in Denver. Not only are the deals fantastic ($6 wine pour??), but the service and ambiance makes you forget you're even getting a deal. Also, the food is fantastic. First off, this is my favorite Postino location in Denver. Best ambiance and vibe. Always meeting friends for a drink here since it's in the neighborhood. The food is always amazing but most of all the service lately has been top tier. Specifically, Rebecca has been our server the past two times i've came here this week. Everything about this spot was spot-on from the delicious food to the service to the architecture! The inside is so cute! I ordered the Bruschetta board and got Prosciutto/Fig/Mascarpone, Smoked Salmon/Pesto, Ricotta/Dates/Pistachio, and Salami/Pesto. All 4 were amazing! If I had to choose, the Ricotta/Dates/Pistachio one was my favorite because it was both sweet and savory. Service is 10/10 as well! They gave us a free seasonal bruschetta because they thought they took too long for our food, but we barely waited, which shows the high level of customer service they expect! Checked out this place after it being on my radar. My co worker invited me for a meet up and we were not disappointed. Their chef's charcuterie is amazing and you must try it. My favorite part was the whipped ricotta. Everything on the board was delicious! She had 2 sangrias and I had a chardonnay and a pinot noir. Can't beat $6 glasses before 5. Also, I love the vibe of the place and the outdoor patio is great for enjoying outdoors but not being miserably hot. Their battle of the bruschetta is going on and the Philly cheesesteak was so great! I may have to join their wine cult as I'll go back. First time in Denver and we were hungry from the morning flight. Came across this gem and so glad we did!! The restaurant is very hipster and inviting. Judging by the amount of people that were coming in and out it's very popular for lunch. Could be due to their great happy hour! I decided on Perfekt Riesling. Very crisp and delicious. For my lunch I did the pick two. I had their ITALIAN BEEF DIP which has roast beef, melted brie, caramelized onions, garlic aioli, au jus. I paired it with BRUSSELS SPROUT SALAD which has kale, brussels sprout, manchego, spicy marcona almond, bacon, dried cherry, lemon manchego dressing. We also ordered the GREEK HUMMUS BOARD hummus topped with chopped cucumber, pickled onion, crushed tomato, crumbled feta, fresh herbs, olive oil drizzle served with grilled ciabatta and pita for the table. Overall the food was amazing. I see myself coming back every time I'm in Denver. I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

We planned a girl's night on Monday to take advantage of their Board & Bottle ($25 Bottle of Wine & Bruschetta Board Every Monday & Tuesday after 8PM) deal. It was a great time. The Ambiance Postino would be a great place for a date, friends catching up, anything where you want to have an elevated experience without fussiness. I noticed how the music was at the perfect audible. We were able to hold our conversations easily, but still feel the energy from the music and the other patrons. The Wine The wine selection was great and the menu wasn't overwhelming. I love wine, but don't know how to verbalize what I like. Our server helped us narrow down to two bottles and they were both great. The Food We got the Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone; Sweet N' Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese; Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato; and the seasonal bruschetta (forgot the name, but it had goat cheese as well). They were all very tasty, but a little small with limited toppings for the normal, non-special price. The Board & Bottle deal makes it a great deal though! The Service Our server was incredibly attentive without interrupting the flow of our conversation. And like I said above, was able to help a group of people with differing taste preferences who weren't the best at describing what we liked choose wines that we all loved! read more

I'm just visiting Denver for a week and I'm so glad there's a Postino back where I live because this was soooo goooood!! Our server Amber was super nice and we sat out on the balcony in perfect weather. The sun was a bit much at first but they have umbrellas and stuff to shield a bit of it. We started off with the Bruschetta flight where you can pick four. We got the Apple & Brie, Tomato & Mozzarella, Sweet and Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese, and Salmon & Pesto. They were all absolutely delicious but I think the salmon was my favorite one. Each one is sliced into four pieces so it's really good for sharing! Then I got the Nine Iron panini on ciabatta with a side Caesar Salad. The nine iron was super yummy but maybe a tiny bit dry? I thought the cheese would've added a bit more of a saucy feeling but it didn't. Still delicious though. Definitely would recommend!! read more

I always end up ordering too much when I come here since I want to eat everything on the menu. The best part is you can usually order most of the menu without breaking the bank! Of course you have to get bruschetta! All are delish but my fav is the prosciutto di parma. The 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich is a great option to try multiple things without getting too full. And don't forget the wine. Must have wine! The server has recommend a new one for me to try each time and I have enjoyed them all! What a fun find! While on vacation in Denver we took some time off of our rollercoaster trek to try some tasty food. There are some great options for everyone and so many different flavors to try. My friend recommended this spot for us to grab lunch. I came in with zero expectation, but my friend knows I'm a big wine guy, so he picked this spot. Upon entering, it looked more like an upscale modern brewery with high ceilings. Less so a wine bar. I like it though, it keeps things a bit more casual. We were seated by a friendly waitress. I asked a little bit about the wine offerings on the red side, and it seemed like the waitress unfortunately couldn't go into more depth on the wines varietals offered. I'll get into the wines after the food. Got the OMG Grilled Cheese which was super tasty. The blend of cheese was on point and it was perfectly grilled. I then went with a board (choose 4) and I can't remember which 4 I got anymore, but they were all very tasty. This is a huge dish for 1 person! I had 3 glasses of wine, a cab franc, a sangiovese (can't remember if it was a chianti), and a temperanillo. I do remember asking about a bordeaux that was on the menu, and if it was left bank or right bank, but when our server went to go check it was out of stock, so I moved on. I asked about the body of the cab franc, but the server was uncertain how to describe it. The cab franc was also something that was different than what was on the menu, but this one seemed very light bodied and not very tannic. The sangiovese was also a bit on the lighter side, and I'm more used to medium bodied sangiovese, but had classic sangiovese notes. Finally the temperanillo is usually a fuller bodied red, but the one offered here was medium bodied at most, with just hints of tannins. Overall, I was very happy with the food selection here, but a bit underwhelmed by the wine selection. I'm glad they offer wines from around the world, but the selection doesn't really do it justice. read more

First time ever going here and this place was great! The service was super friendly and personable, we got talking to several employees about different things throughout the night and they were great. The ambiance was a bit loud, but this place is popular and expected. In addition to this, the space between tables just doesn't feel like enough. Regardless, it is nice and clean. Food, was so yummy! My other photos are blurry from how excited i was to eat everything. This is definitely a great place to go with a group of friends to share plates with, but I can see myself coming her solo as well. One of the major downsides is due to the location, parking can be a nightmare, especially on the weekend. There are parking garages but I'm someone who is pretty adamant about cheaper street parking, haha. read more

This place was such a pleasant date night surprise. It was dimly lit creating a warm and romantic atmosphere inside. We opted to sit outside on the back porch under the twinkle lights to take in one of the last few evenings before the cold weather rolls in. We originally stopped in for a special Yelp Elite week event to try the wine and bruschetta board but we are already making plans to return again for a midweek dinner date. They have several bruschetta options to choose from and the server was able to give us a few wine delicious wine recommendation for each. Ultimately I chose the Barbera-Nebbiolo 2021 Italy 12/44 and the 4 bruschetta slices below. We enjoyed all the unique flavor pairings in each of the selections we made but the salmon with capers was my favorite by far that night.
