So full disclosure I did not end up getting a drink here but: I wandered inside while waiting for my table at tavernetta which is the sister restaurant across the walkway from this one. The staff at Tavernetta told me I could get a drink and hang out, so I popped in. The vibe is really nice, it's upscale - would be v cute for a night out or a date. The menu wasn't huge (particularly the happy hour) and drinks were a little high which is why I opted against getting anything, but this would be an excellent spot to spend a little time and grab a refresher esp if hanging out waiting for your ride/the train/a reservation like I was ;) overall would check out this spot again~~

Seeing that this restaurant was nominated for a James Beard Award and checking out their vibe online, I knew my wife and I had to try it on our visit. I loved the atmosphere right away, giving a quality fine dining experience paired with a great music playlist (this particular playlist heavily featured Lauryn Hill and Little Simz . Please put it on your Spotify profile!). I enjoyed that the music was loud enough to enjoy but not so loud you have to shout to hear each other. I had the Guilty Pleasures cocktail and it was easily the best cocktail I had in Denver all weekend so I couldn't have it just once. The Croquettes were insanely good and I loved the Gnocchi Parisienne. Outstanding flavor! My wife had the Al Pastor chicken and she didn't want it to end. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. I look forward to my next opportunity to dine here.

We saw on their website that they had a pairing with Coldplay music and some wines so I wanted to check it out. We didn't realize they had tequila. They let me try two different types of tequila and then I settled on one of them. I would definitely come back and try their food. Everyone was so nice, friendly and accommodating.

As an audiophile, I have such a great appreciation for this place. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding and the overall vibe was great. The quality of the sound that the guest gets to listen to while dining is one of a kind. From the unique and exclusive Sonus Sabr speakers to the state of the art Macintosh amps, this place was a 10/10. Will absolutely return next time I'm in Denver!

Came here because I saw it on a magazine of Denver's best food so I had to try it. And it does live up to the title. Although I do think the mccaviar is a little gimmicky and it's one of those tourist type traps where you have to "try it" while you're there. The rest of the food was delicious. Service was excellent and it was worth the try.

The Fatal Attraction, consisting of Mezcal, Campari, Lemon, Orange Cordial, and Cranberry was also good.

Our last dinner during our stay in Denver was at Sunday Vinyl, a fashionable and modern spot where our senses were tantalized by luscious cuisine, piquant cocktails, and an excellent sound system playing a ton of funk and R&B vinyl records, especially by Prince. The vibes were spot on from the moment we walked into the white interior bar and dining room area with black wood flourishes, a vinyl-shaped bar counter, an extensive array of records, and post-modern artwork hanging from the walls. I was very impressed with their sound system and standing speakers at the back of the restaurant, with a large photo of Stevie Wonder hanging above it. I relished the classic tunes and great company from my wife and friends as we enjoyed wine, small bites, and our mains. For my money, the Iberico Pork Secreto was divine and satiating, especially with the Piquillo Pepper Puree and Sherry Gastrique. It was magical and savory, tasting like sliced flank steak. It was tantalizingly delicious, and I savored it to the last bite--a definite show-stopper. The lamb tartare was titillating with the Feta, Za'atar, and Lavash. Cocktails like the Phantom Lover were incredibly crushable between the Gin, Blueberry, Lavender, Lemon, and Egg White. The Fatal Attraction, consisting of Mezcal, Campari, Lemon, Orange Cordial, and Cranberry, was also delightful. Their wine program was especially impressive. I managed to locate a delicious bottle of Pinot Noir for under $150 from an appellation in the Burgundy region of France I hadn't heard of before. The Ladoix appellation is home to Vincent Legou's vineyards, whose 2021 Pinot Noir release was piquant, and everyone at the table adored immensely.

Had dinner here the other night. What a cool place. They play vinyl records the whole time. I didn't know any of the music but I really liked all of it. They also have theme nights. Recently they did a Cher night. We started off with the croquettes. They were really good with a delicious sauce. For dinner we tried the pork secreto and the black cod. Both were delicious. The black cod was buttery and delicious. It was served with root vegetables that were so tasty! The pork was so flavorful and had a nice char on it. I loved it. We also got a side of the mokum carrots. They were really good. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse. It was fabulous. They have a wide variety of wine that they serve by the glass. I had a red blend that I really liked. I don't think you would find a bad wine here if you tried. Service was top notch want one of the chefs, Bruno, came out to talk to us and tell us a little about the food. He was so nice and his food was delicious. Overall, we had a great experience!

I visit Denver several times a year for work, and while I typically stay near Union Station, I wasn't aware of Sunday Vinyl until someone at my hotel suggested it. Amazing vibe- very relaxed, with vinyl-only playlists curated each night. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very attentive and helpful. The wine list, even by the glass was unexpectedly good, and I enjoyed by French sav blanc very much. And the food was fantastic- the beet and arugula salad was well executed, as was the duck pate. But the real winner was the pork secreto- gorgeously cooked and in a vibrant sauce. I'll visit again next time I'm in Denver.

This was an excellent dining experience. Excellent and knowledgeable service, simple but well done menu. I had the Bronzino and was well cooked with the butter beans. My wife had the gnocchi and she raved about it. The oysters were fresh and delightful and they had a diverse wine collection. Great for a date night especially with view of union station.

There was the X3 course dinner and you had the option to do a pairing or buy individual glasses. It's SO worth doing the pairing. It's $40 for the pairings which is x3 glasses of wine. Totally worth it. It was a bit expensive but we knew that coming into it. We came here for a celebratory dinner. The music was great! I'd recommend sitting at the bar as you get to be in the central hub of the restaurant. Reservations are the best option as well! Definitely will come here again.

High end bar that won't disappoint. We stopped by after an Avalanche game to grab some drinks during happy hour. I got one of their cocktails with lavender and egg-white, and I'm not kidding when I say I could probably drinks five of these. The music and vibes are all around amazing here. Great place to stop by to relax and grab a drink.

A fun place with a great line up of food options. I had an opportunity to meet the chef and experience one of his 5 course meals. There were several memorable dishes. The appetizer of an anchovy (not at all salty) over a chickpea cracker was exceptional. The red and yellow beet (beat--get it) salad was well made, farm fresh. The Parisienne Gnocchi was out of this world delicious, light and fluffy, bursting with flavor. It would have been better if serve a bit warmer. The Ibérica Pork was disappointing, not warm and quite chewy, tough. Desert was a Pumpkin Cake that was very light and moist. Sunday Vinyl has an impressive sound system. The loud music still allowed a pleasant conversation with our dinner guests. Service was excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive. The Chef performs double duty with Tavernetta, next door.

This was a cool place. This restaurant/bar plays themed records on different nights. They were playing Coldplay and we wanted to listen and have a drink. The staff were super nice and helpful choosing our wine and it was delicious. I loved the atmosphere. It's also at the train station, so easy access.

The menu was recently refreshed and it shows. The mushroom paella was loaded and perfectly cooked, the burrata was a solid start, and the Turkish pizza with halloumi was a surprise standout. The poached cod was also great, especially the sauce. The drinks were just as strong. The L5 margarita with salt foam was really good, and even the frosé, which I usually skip, worked perfectly here. The vibe is a big part of it. The downtown views are hard to beat and the patio is easily one of the better ones in the city. Inside also feels intentional and well designed. Service was excellent. Avery was our server and it was her first day, which you wouldn't have guessed. Carl and Mark also made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. Loved the perfectly chewy ropes of bucatini tangled with crumbled blue cheese, Castelvetrano olives -- and vodka sauce? This should've been a weird disaster, but wound up being our table's favorite dish. Every dish is a commitment to the genuinely unexpected. There was something delightfully more than just salt, pepper and fry behind the eggroll-sized mozarella sticks. Then there was the fig gelato, flanked by warm pear -- and oh my gosh, the apple tart! We had to go back and reread the menu to realize that the caramel really was spicy! This kitchen really finds the funky note in a dish and leans into it. Come ready to share. Every item comes in a "single" and a "mingle" size, which was great for our table of four. We would order 1-2 mingle-sized items, pass them around, and argue about who gets the last forkful. The rough edge is perhaps the service, but this spot is new and finding its rhythm. We found the handoff between counter and floor to be clunky, since it felt like pressure to order in order to be seated, not to order drinks and wait for a table. Maybe this works in a larger space. Maybe they just need to smooth out the flow. Either way, the people are sweet, and the food delicious.

Plus it's a local shop, and I'm all about supporting local, particularly during this time. I pulled up Cask and Craft's website and was super happy to see the list of precautions they are taking to keep their customers safe. Some of these precautions include only 2 people in the shop at a time, use provided hand sanitizer when you enter, and even curbside pick up/delivery. Since I was sitting in front of the store, I figured I'd just go in, get what I needed, and quickly head home. I was greeted and asked to use the hand sanitizer upon entering - yes, thank you. I then explained from a distance that I was looking for a dark beer, preferably a stout. I was escorted to the back of the store and shown the fridge with all the dark beer. WOW! big selection. I had the choice of 6 packs, 4 packs, or mix and match. This was perfect for me because I needed 5 beers. I ended up selecting Jackie O's Java the Stout. When I brought up my 5 pack, the owner told me it was a great beer (one of his favorite dark beers) and that it was a solid choice. He was not wrong. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar.
