We stopped here for a drink before dinner at Linger and it didn't disappoint! Nestled below Teocalli Cocina with moody cozy vibes. Service was great, our server explained the menu beautifully and helped with off-menu drinks. They were super gracious in seating us when part of our party was late. The drinks were great - including some of the quirky menu drinks plus some off menu drinks we requested. Definitely will be back! The cherry spritz is SUPER intense cherry but good, they made a great espresso martini and gold rush and the fizz was light and refreshing.

Stumbled upon this place when Linger was booked up. And to be honest, I am SO glad we did. Was with a group, 5, total. And this was totally the vibe! To start, we all got different martinis. Our server, I think his name was Hunter, did an amazing job taking care of us, and breaking down the drink menu for us. They have some very creative drinks on the menu! Then we ordered some oysters, and a few other small plates, all of which were delicious. I will absolutely be back here, and 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a chill spot with good vibes, great drinks, and light food.

We were the only people there for almost the whole night which to be honest, could be a nice play if you wanna make sure you can go to a good vibe place with no crowd. The drinks were fun/good. Decent pricing ($12, $14, $17) based on the style. The vibe is super cute/trendy/comfy chairs. Food was okay/not bad. Nothing I'd die to come back for but I appreciate a good cocktail bar with above par food. Burrata was small and the side compliment was unnecessary but burrata is burrata so I was happy. The steak + sauce was pretty good. Patatas bravos threw me off a little because it had cauliflower on it and was definitely a tad spicy, but overall fine.

Great cocktails, they split the cocktail menu into 5 categories and 3 "types" the first column is the standard cocktail in each category : margarita, bourbon old fashioned, etc. The second column is a little more experimental, and the third is very experimental. Service was great and small plates were delicious

Regular margarita and spicy mango margarita.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

I had the eggs Benedict with duck, which was savory and tender- would get again, even if it was a little small for a $22 meal. I also got a mimosa and a raspberry beret- the beret was delicious and served with the coolest presentation- they used dry ice to create smoke! The decor is very maximalist mid century- love it! Great for a date or if you are impressing someone. Don't let the location scare you off- everything around it looks closed but once you get inside it's absolutely beautiful. I can't end this review without gushing about the staff. I had a weird fainting episode and scared the crap out of my friend- our server and the rest of the staff were on it, so sweet and helpful. They got me a cold towel and an ice bucket so that I could recover. I was so impressed by how they handled everything! Ultimately, I would come back just for the service, but the food and drinks were excellent as well. Definitely worth returning for!

A Wednesday 430pm - wasn't crowded. My husband told them it was my birthday before we arrived so they made me an ube martini. Purple and fantastic! I ordered the tiramisu, my husband got a classic espresso and my best friend got the Dubai chocolate. All of them were beautiful! I think my favorite was the Dubai chocolate. We also ordered appetizers of the burrata and the sweet potato croquette. Burrata is always fantastic! The croquettes were good. They were doing Star Wars themed drinks for May the 4th so Star Wars was playing in a screen (that you could barely see due to the sun). They both got the red velvet espresso martini topped with whipped coffee. It was cute but very sugary. Service was fantastic! The staff was so nice!! Maybe I'm just not used to inflation yet but the prices for everything just felt so expensive!!

Laid back vibe and welcoming staff. Nothing pretentious at all. The bartenders were knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Always stayed on top of my drinks. The thing I like most about Death & Co is the way the categorize their drinks: Light and playful, bright and confident, elegant and timeless, boozy and honest, and rich and comforting. I had the aqua profunda (cognac, St. George basil eau di vie, lillet rose, strawberry, lime, and absinthe). I also had the eight limb daiquiri (rum, Canada aguardiente, Thai tea cordial, lime leaf, and Maraschino). The Blood Oath (mezcal, Vecchio del capo, Calabrian chili amaro, St. Germain Elderflower, lavender, honey, lemon). All were complex and delicious. You could pick out every flavor, yet everything melded together so well. They also have some basic bar food and snacks, but somewhat elevated. I had the D&C Burger and it was juicy, rich, and had some great accompanying fries. I usually try to give a more in depth idea of cocktails available, but Death & Co has such a diverse menu with so many amazing craft cocktails that I can't offer that this time . . . you'll have to go in and see it for yourself!

My go to is the Disco Tiger which I was very happy to find out they had at this location too! Our server was extremely knowledgeable about every single cocktail on the menu and gave us great recommendations. I give this location a 4 star rating because the food didn't live up to standard of their drinks. The steak tartare and oysters were good. The fried chicken was not as good as the one I've had in LA, not even close. The spinach artichoke dip was dry and flavorless.
