The food was good but the tacos were too spicy for my taste even though I normally like spice and the smashed avo was not my favorite. The service was great! The ambiance is the highlight of this place it's beautiful and has a nice rooftop patio.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous rooftop bar. What a lovely spot. Great (expensive) cocktails and the guac looked amazing but didn't get any food. Sat outside on a sunny afternoon and it was lovely

We came during HH to experience Cimera. We were told that we had to sit at the bar for HH, but then a couple walked in behind us about 10 minutes later and were seated at a table. Not sure what that was about, but they should allow HH customers to sit at a table, especially since the bar is so high and the stools are difficult for short people to sit on. At least two people were working behind the bar the whole time we were there, and they were pretty attentive. We ordered margaritas, the guacamole appetizer, and the pork belly skewer to start. The Pork Belly skewer was amazing. If I were hungrier, I would have ordered more. We follow up with the ceviche, which was flavorful and interesting in both the texture combinations and flavor profile. I will be back to try a few of the main dishes and to take in that incredible view!

Cimera -- pronounced See‑Meh‑Rah -- from the Spanish for "summit" or "peak," is Denver's new Pan‑Latin rooftop destination atop @thesourcedenver in RiNo. @cimera.denver marries modern urban design with Latin American spirit, featuring retractable glass walls for an open‑air experience and interiors that are, quite simply, drop‑dead gorgeous. The vibe strikes a perfect balance: a Latin soul with a distinct Denver rooftop sensibility, equally suited to casual gatherings or memorable nights out. We did the four course holiday dinner. Every course we sampled was thoughtfully composed and deeply satisfying.

This week, I had a delightful dinner at Cimera with a friend. The drinks and dishes we ordered were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ambiance, complete with large open windows that let in the beautiful scenery. Although I visited during the winter, I can't wait to experience the rooftop bar when the weather warms up and the garage doors open. What we ate and drank: GARDEN COLLINS (Vodka, avocado, cucumber, mint, lemon, manzanilla) CRUSHED AVOCADO (Avocado, lime, pomegranate, egg, quinoa, jalapeño, pinto beans, tomato, spring onion, corn, queso fresco, red onion, cilantro, bacon, sesame seeds, & tortilla chips) PERUVIAN CEVICHE (White fish, lime, red onion, chili, charred sweet potato, cancha) ESQUITES (Corn, chili, cotija, cilantro) CARNE ASADA (Bavette, chimichurri, salsa rajas, tortillas) TART TATIN (Caramel ice cream)

I have only visited Cimera for drinks so cannot comment on the quality of their service or food. I love taking customers or friends here because although prices are mid to high for most drinks, the views make up for that. It is very nice to be able to head up to the rooftop, grab a beer, and have a conversation while enjoying the sunset and mountain views (see pictures). I have only stopped by during weekdays so cannot speak for the weekends but when I've visited, I haven't had to wait to get a table or anything. Cheers!

I always find The Source a little confusing on which restaurants are where since they have a couple of different buildings. This is in the hotel building. You also have to pay for parking there. It's a beautiful restaurant with great views if you step outside onto the balcony. They have some interesting cocktails like a Horchata cooler. We just ordered a couple small plates like the empanadas, tacos, and esquites which were all good. The server was able to divide up our check amongst the two of us, but she got it wrong, so my friend ended up paying for one of my dishes.

I was already a fan of this place when it was the Woods cause that view is unbeatable, but this new Latin cuisine took this place to the next level. Loved the new decorations, beautiful lighting fixtures. Everything we had was so delicious. Himachi tiradito, I could have 4 plates of that and be happy. The Tacos de Camarones had the perfect spice. The waiter was always checking in. Really happy the new restaurant is great!!

Rooftop restaurant at the source, with nice views. Used to be the woods. Tasty and interesting Peruvian food, with a nice bar menu. Went for brunch with the girls and it was a great time!

Came here with a few friends for dinner on a Friday night and started with a few drinks. Our server was very sweet and gave us a rundown of their popular items. We started with a round of drinks, which was actually really good and called for the ceviche, pork belly skewers and-beef skewers along with the al pastor tacos and some potatoes. I wished the pork belly was sliced a bit thinner so it could be softer. The tacos were good. For mains, my friend got the squash and the portions were as good as an appetiser. $30+ for a squash appetiser was ridiculous honestly! The salt noodles were good but then again $40+ for that did not seem worth it at all! The mains really disappointed us. Overall, I would probably come here for drinks and apps. The views are really good and I am willing to come back just for the views sometime during summer. Parking is paid as this place is located on the rooftop of the Source.

On the top floor of the Source Hotel, you will find Cimera, a newer rooftop bar and eatery in the RiNo area. Luckily, the weather was phenomenal for our visit this past Sunday and the view and temperature was perfect. The plant/tree decor is very prominent at Cimera as it lines the walkway from the restrooms, pool, elevator, to the host stand. The cocktails were creative. I had the Prickly Pear Margarita (comes frozen only) and it was quite tasty. I look forward to trying some nibbles the next time we head back to this area. Our server was so kind and friendly and checked on us quite frequently. The service and her kindness added to the wonderful Sunday afternoon on the rooftop in Denver. A great time! Will definitely try again!

Oh my god. This place is one of my absolute favorite. We went for Denver restaurant week so we got to try a little bit of everything, and I'm so glad we did. The Peruvian ceviche was easily my favorite. The white fish with lime was so fresh. It also had different textures and flavors that made it easily the best. One of the surprises for me was the Pork Belly Anticucho. I don't love pork but it was amazing. Melt in your mouth. If you're thinking of the carne asada for the main meal, you should. It comes with fresh tortillas and chimichurri I can still taste. Oh, and don't forget to order the sopaipilla. Rooftop views, great service and will definitely be back.

When we entered the restaurant, we immediately noticed the amazing views. Depending on where you are seating, you enjoy the mountains or downtown Denver. A large patio wraps around the space, and would be wonderful when the weather is warm enough. My daughter and I shared a few plates for lunch, and everything was delicious. Service was very friendly and professional. We'll go back for sure!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.
