Great food, well-prepared, and with respect to the taste and beauty of what a great sandwich should be. Dramatic, I know. We love this restaurant and can walk there when visiting our daughter and grandson. We always get the same great menu item; grilled cheese and tomato soup. There is so much more to choose but we locked onto this one meal and love it. Great beer, wine and alcohol selections. We love sitting in their ample outdoor setting. I meet my girlfriend here for lunch every other week. It's right across the street from her company. It's a great little spot, indoor and great outdoor seating. Some parking when it's available. This is a must go to for us when we are in Denver. This was the 4th of their locations we tried and were not disappointed at all! You must try the apple, Brie, fig combination with honey. The salami pesto bruschetta was delicious as well. We had a great server that evening who was not only nice but hilariously funny. She kept us entertained and we enjoyed our meal that evening. Me and my friend have been to Postino multiple times in different cities, and always find ourselves continuing to come! They really need to open a location by us! We split one of their bruschetta boards and got the Prosciutto, Fig, Mascarpone; Ricotta, Date Pistachio; Salami Pesto, and their special at the time (I forgot what it was). We also got the Skewers as an appetizer. The skewers were great. The meat was tender and I loved the dip that it came with. Perfect size as well. Out of the bruschettas, my favorites are always the Prosciutto, Fig, Mascarpone, and Ricotta, Date, Pistachio ones. Postino is doing a Bruschetta challenge again this summer. I arrived just before 2pm and was seated on the north side with full view of the restaurant sitting on a soft comfy bench cushion. I ordered their new Watermelon Spritz with Campari, Caravella Limoncello, Prosecco and Watermelon. A perfect spritz for hot weather. Week #1 has a Cherry Mostarda vs Peanut Butter Banana with bacon bits. Borh boards were $ 5.25 each. The Cherry Mostarda is ricotta cheese with cherry on top with mint. The Peanut Butter Banana & bacon is crunchy, but the cherry bruschetta is better. Still a bit hungry. So I ordered the West Coaster Panini on focaccia with a side of rosemary fries and a large pour of Mother Block orange wine from Australia. Crunchy foccacia with a generous amount of ham. The wine was one of their $6 glasses till 5pm special. Smooth flavor and light orange from the grape skin contact during fermentation. My server was Margy K. First time here and I instantly knew I was going to love it. The decor, people, and vibe was cool, comfy, and casual. Great spot to meet up for happy hour and to lounge. I'm definitely going to need to visit all the Postino's to check out the different decor. Let's talk about food. The bruschetta options. Who doesn't love cheese and bread? What about cheese, more cheese, bread, drinks, and catching up with people? This is the best place. I loved the options we had. We ordered the artichoke, the brie with fig jam, the carmelized onions, and goat cheese with spicy pepper jam. All great but my top two was the one with the spicy pepper jam and caramelized onions. This was our first time dining at Posinto in Denver after moving here, we dined at the Highlands location years ago. I LOVE Postino and when we lived in Texas, I missed having easy access to it from our time in Arizona. Now in Denver, there are multiple locations and it is just as good as I remember it to be. I appreciate that there is a more expanded mocktail list and love the bruschetta contests they have in the summer. We were a day early for the contest but we caught the last day of the Philly Cheesesteak brushchetta. Along with that, we got our usual order of the Brie & Apple, Burrata & Bacon, and Mozzarella and Tomato. All of the bruschetta were fresh and tasty! There was a bit of a wait from after our Mixed Green Salad came out to the bruschetta board. I asked the waiter and she said a large 25 person order was just put in before ours got it. That is totally fine, I would have preferred to be informed of that during ordering so that I could have added a second small plate in as I was super hungry. Overall, Postino Broadway maintains the same quality, deliciousness, and friendliness of other locations and I will definitely be back. They were all delicious, the salmon and the elote were clear front runners for depth of flavor and texture. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space--with water misters outside to keep you cool and in the winter they have heaters. Inside there were cozy booths, tables near the bar, and a cute couch area at the front. As far as food was concerned, the bruschetta was where it's at! So many fun flavors, we were a table of 4, ordered 5 different bruschettas, and they sliced up each piece so we could share! The charcuterie was enough to split with another person and had some really fun items like spiced almonds and roasted sweet peppers. My son had a panini with prosciutto and Brie. The amount of prosciutto they put on his sandwich was impressive! The only item we thought was lacking in flavor was the salad with chicken. It was seriously super bland. Needed a new dressing instead of the champagne vinaigrette. No flavor whatsoever. We tried to salvage it with some salt and pepper, but I would not order that unless they make some changes--or ask for a different dressing if you order it. The staff were wonderful, so friendly, so helpful. We will 100% go back and try out some other menu items. Postino is always a hit! I love taking friends here when they visit because we can share a board and enjoy some wine. The boards are a must -- my favorites are the smoked salmon and sweet and spicy goat cheese! I always get those and switch up the other two. The service is quick and this location tends to not have a wait outside of the busy times, including their board & bottle evenings with discounts.
