I came here for the 5 course dinner experience. I absolutely loved it! I came with a food allergy that I completely forgot to put on our reservation notesc and they were extremely accommodating to me for it . I thought every course was unique on their own and I loved that they explained every course that they brought out! Fantastic dinner!

Margo was recently awarded a Michelin star for their dinner tasting menu, so I was excited to try their brunch. The space is elegant and minimalistic, and the brunch menu is smaller but clearly intentional and well curated. We tried almost everything on the menu and the oysters and croquettes were the standout dishes for me. Everything was fresh, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. If you are looking for a refined brunch experience in the area, Margo is absolutely worth a visit.

I went here with three friends and we sat at the chef's counter. We had a little bit of a wait before we were seated and they gave us an interesting sparkling green tea drink (there was also an alcohol option). The chef's counter was small with 6 people. It was interesting to see them prepare the food. Everything had excellent presentation and they did a great job explaining the food. I also got the wine pairing, and they explained those as well. My favorite items were beets, Parisian gnocchi, snacks, and the watermelon. Our water wasn't refilled at the end and I definitely could've used some more. We also wanted to split our checks since I was the only one getting the wine pairing, but they wouldn't let us do that.

Dined here with a few friends. Ambience is nice but I wished they had proper tables for large party's- we were a group of 5 and were seated on the high chair community table. Drinks were good and so was the food - we really enjoyed the Parisian gnocchi and the lamb tagliatelle. The other dishes were good too. For desserts, we got the sticky toffee pudding and the panna cotta - I really liked the panna cotta. Overall we had a good experience, service was good and food was good too!

Margot was an excellent place to celebrate our anniversary! The ambience and tasting menu felt special and the food was unique and delicious reflecting Chef Justin's passion, artistry and deep knowledge of the culinary arts. Service was kind and unpretentious and we enjoyed the experience so much that we plan to come back again very soon. Congratulations on the wellMichelin star.

Margot's new Pearl Street spot is worth the wait. After starting as pop-ups in LoHi, their brick-and-mortar offers a warm vibe and standout dishes. I got a Friday 6 PM reservation and loved the fresh oysters, Wagyu tartare, grilled peaches, and Parisian gnocchi. Don't skip the desserts! * East Coast Oysters* (calamansi & cucumber) * Wagyu Steak Tartare* (cured egg yolk, spicy miso, grilled bread) * Grilled Palisade Peaches (lemon yogurt, pickled onion, chamomile) * Heirloom Tomatoes (French feta, bread crumbs, ginger dressing) * Crispy Potatoes (paprika aioli, dill, green onion) * Parisian Gnocchi (cherry tomatoes, parmesan broth, black garlic) * Sticky toffee pudding with brown butter ice cream * Peach panna cotta with ginger sponge cake

Exceptional food, service and ambiance. True gem I'm in Denver! I have been to many Michelin restaurants only to leave with disappointment and a hole in the pocket. I am all for spending on great food. I've had many very expensive yet disappointing experiences at multiple Michelin restaurants in Denver/Boulder and even one World's top restaurant in MDX. But Margot delivered! Every bite was flavorful, innovative and complex. Portions were great. Service was impeccable! I mean impeccable! Why I liked our server so much. She was friendly, genuinely interested in creating a good experience for you, gave great recommendations, did not over sell, and appeased when you wanted her help and disappeared when didn't. Ninja server!! The food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

Margot, Margot, Margot... What a special place you have in my heart. My review is from a while back when they had the space that they were renting out and were open on a select few days only. Every single dish was crafted to perfection. I started my journey with a three bite appetizer. The watermelon really surprised me, as I have never experienced watermelon dressed up like this. It was a perfect appetizing bite. Then came the bread that rose with you as you went through the entire experience. They placed it on my table and I literally got to watch the baby bread rolls rise throughout my meal before they took it back to cook it. Something about watching it rise just made me want to eat it even more. When it came out hot and fresh back to my table, it was as if I had a special relationship with the bread (and I didn't even make it). What a way to get your guests invested into the food without doing some kind of crazy experience. My meal continued with a few more courses, most notably, the tomatoes that were fresh from the season. I have no idea what they did to these tomatoes, but it was probably one of my favorite dishes. Then there was a cucumber shaved ice dish that, I'm not sure what was in it or what I was eating, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The center piece of the entire meal, the duck, was amazing. The skin was crisp to perfection, while the inside was cooked perfectly to a beautiful medium rare. The sauces and nuttiness that came with the duck dish just all blended together phenomenally. I almost wanted to order another one of the duck just so I could sit there and continue eating it because I didn't want it to leave. Lastly, came the desserts, and the chef himself came out to my table to say thank you for dining. He even brought a Jell-O shot from the kitchen, which I thought was a very fun idea to serve guests. As he brought it out, he said it was something that they were just trying in the kitchen and wanted me to experience. And I'm so glad I did. The interaction was just so fun and having an elevated Jell-O shot in a place like Margot really just took me back to being invested into the food and just how playful and fun everything was. I really was thoroughly impressed and have been telling everyone in my circle to go to Margot before they got their Michelin star, Because I just knew it was coming. Since they have gotten it, and they have gotten their storefront, I can't help but to tear up and feel so happy for them. This place will always have a very special place in my heart because of the level of service that was given, the attention to detail, and the journey I was taken on through the food. Again, to the entire team, you guys really deserve it and have earned it. Until next time.

Five course dinner experience is not to be missed. I loved getting bites of an array of dishes, some I would have not ordered and I am so glad I did not miss out. Each dish is artfully presented and tastes are subtle and perfectly balanced. We could simply not pick a favorite as every course was beyond amazing. Staff was friendly, welcoming attentive but not overly so. Truly a memorable dinner.

Margot is easily one of the most beautiful spaces I've ever stepped into in Denver. The design alone feels like a breath of fresh air--elegant, warm, and inviting--setting the perfect tone for what turns out to be an unforgettable culinary experience. Chef Justin delivers something truly special here. Every bite is a thoughtful, adventurous journey, crafted with precision and passion. It's the kind of food that makes you pause, savor, and wonder how something so refined and expressive found its way to Denver. This level of dining feels almost unheard of in the city & Margot is truly raising the bar. But beyond the food and space, there's something deeper happening here: a sense of community. The energy is welcoming and unpretentious, creating a place where you're just as likely to have a thoughtful conversation as you are an extraordinary meal. Come for the food, stay for the vibe, and leave with the memory of something unexpected. Margot is a gem.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Eric and Hunter took such amazing care of us and on a wonderful tour through the menu at the bar. We will be back and will be bringing friends. Best shucked oysters in Denver, not a shell insight and muscle removed gracefully

Considering the only other US location is in California, I was surprised and knew this would be my opportunity to try it! The aesthetic is modern & elevated with Japanese wooden features. I got 3 classic dishes which was just the right amount of food. I honestly recommend coming with a group to try more items since you know everything will be delicious. The Yellowtail Jalapeño is a signature dish; the yellowtail was delicate & buttery and the citrus soy with the bight of jalapeño made each bite clean, bright, with some subtle heat. I did not expect the Rock Shrimp Tempura to be that good! The shrimp was lightly battered & fried but the sauces were the highlights! Their creamy spicy is a very well-done spicy mayo but the butter ponzu was unreal! Super addictive, rich, and unlike any sauce I've had before. Shout out to my waitress for suggesting getting both sauces on the side rather than lathered on the shrimp, which also kept it crispy. Last but certainly not least is the famous Black Cod! The fish is super buttery and flaky; there were some caramelized edges from the miso glaze which added so much depth & richness to the bite. It's a good balance of sweetness, savoriness, umami that is bound to be good. All in all, so grateful I got to try what many call an institution and will certainly try more of chef Nobu's restaurants.

They're confident because they've been made well for a long time. You might occasionally reach for something flashier, but when you want polish and assurance, they're hard to beat. That feeling defined a recent dinner at Barolo Grill, where I sat at the bar and ordered the degustazione menu. My relationship with Barolo Grill goes back more than a decade. Thirteen years ago I brought my wife here on one of our early dates. Later, when my father passed away, friends brought us here to celebrate his life. During the pandemic, when restaurants were fighting to survive, Barolo packed up meals and wine and handed them out curbside, and many of us showed up to support them. In between those moments have been countless dinners, after-dinner drinks, and long conversations at the bar. Tonight marked another moment: a birthday and the beginning of a new chapter in my life. That's the rare thing about a place like Barolo Grill. Restaurants come and go, but a few weave themselves into the arc of a person's life. Barolo has done that for me. The meal opened with Carpaccio di Bufalo, thinly sliced Colorado buffalo with bagna cauda and buffalo mozzarella. It was exceptional. Carpaccio succeeds or fails on three things: the meat, the olive oil, and the salt. Here, all three were perfect. Next came the gorgonzola "soufflé" with orange and walnuts. Delicious, though the texture leaned closer to a sformato than a classical airy soufflé. The orange brightened the richness beautifully. The spinach gnocchi were the one miss of the evening - gummy and lacking flavor. I sent them back. The kitchen responded immediately and moved me to the next course without hesitation, exactly the kind of professional recovery good restaurants manage instinctively. What followed became the standout dish: tortellini ai funghi in mushroom brodo with shaved truffle. The broth was extraordinary - clear and deeply savory. Pickled beech mushrooms added a subtle sweetness and acidity that lifted the dish. Great broth is rare because nothing hides in it. This one showed confidence and restraint. The main course, Agnello, delivered beautifully. A grilled Colorado lamb chop sat on creamy stone-ground polenta with mint-basil pesto and a tomato-olive-cucumber relish. The lamb tasted unmistakably of lamb - rich and clean. The polenta added comfort while the relish provided brightness. Each bite moved through fat, cream, herb, acid. Dessert was a Castelmagno cheesecake with lavender honey and toasted hazelnuts, lighter and silkier than an American cheesecake. An espresso alongside it completed the meal in the most perfect way possible. Recently I had dinner at Alma Fonda Fina. The two restaurants represent very different philosophies. Alma pushes the experience forward with energy and excitement. Barolo Grill is something else entirely: refined, confident, timeless. Like those Ferragamo loafers, it may not always be the boldest choice - but it's one you return to again and again. And sometimes, that's exactly what you want.

The abrasive rude nature of the hostess ruined the first experience I had inside the restaurant and it took me quite a while to shake it off.
