    Holiday White Wine Flight
    Isobel R.

Stopped in on a Thursday evening and, while I didn't try the food this time, I did go for their holiday white wine flight! This was a lovely selection of wines with a great holiday twist. The ambiance was definitely a highlight: warm lighting, relaxed vibe, and the kind of space that makes you want to stay and chat longer. Their happy hour menu had some great-looking selections at very reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back to try the bites next time! Overall, a solid spot for a casual drink, especially if you're into wine and a cozy atmosphere!

Sienna is a casual wine bar with small plates in Congress Park. With its Boho decor of gilded mirrors and statues, stained glass windows, and exposed brick walls, it is easy to sit back, relax, and enjoy a glass or two of wine from their extensive wine selection. Happy Hour runs 3-6 pm daily, all day on Sunday. The Vinho Verde was a lovely, crisp white. They also serve beer and non-alcoholic beverages. The place filled up quickly after 5:00 pm, and that is when service began to slow down a bit. However, additional servers started their shift at that time to accommodate the surge. I did try a bite of my bestie's goat cheese with honey. It was very yummy and sweet, almost like a mini cream cheesecake with the cracker. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Excellent service, eclectic ambiance and great wine and accompaniments. The wild mushroom bites were delicious and the cheese plate was generous. We ordered an additional ciabatta with butter, olive oil and balsamic. The bread is served hot and crispy from the oven. This is a fun and cozy neighborhood spot. It was loud with conversation and happy faces.

Love the vibe of a neighborhood wine bar. We didn't get any food, as we stopped in here for drinks before popping over to Blue Pan. Service was good and the ambiance was eclectic and cozy. My only snobby complaint is I can't handle the thick glass of the wine glasses.

LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS PLACE! The ambiance was perfectly decorated for Halloween! The wine was so delicious. The customer service was excellent! Can't wait to come back

Came at an interesting time. Only one person handling everything it seemed but despite the slower service as result of this, it was still great service and the white wine flight I got and baked Brie I got were delicious. I sat in the outside area since most people were there and also it's a great place to dog and people watch since there's plenty of foot traffic around. Outside area may have dogs that want to sniff you but I find that to be a plus since I love the doggos. Recommend it for a nice little sit down time.

Service was ok but it's been a bit of a reoccurring theme most time I come and it's not even Happy Hour. Still a great place all and all.

Ask the Community - Sienna Wine Bar & Small Plates

Is it kid friendly? It says yes in the info, but I've walked by and it looks so cozy- it seems like people would be pissed if I brought my daughters in. That said, I love wine! And my kids are quiet. So I'd love to know if kids are really ok!

I would say kiddos would be bored.

It was pretty busy on a Friday night, but we were told that a few customers did not show for their reservation so we lucked out. The hostess was friendly and gave us the option of a booth or the bar. We chose the bar. Corsica has almost what I would call a modernized vintage decor, with high ceilings, brick walls, and interesting light fixtures. It was kind of a stylish warehouse. Upon being seated, we were greeted right away by the bartender who took our drink orders. I chose the Wolfpack, a salty and sweet bourbon cocktail, and my friend chose the Tiki Baby, a tequila cocktail with fruit flavors. Both were delicious and meticulously made. We ordered about four tapas to start with. They honestly came out almost too quickly, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they came out even before out cocktails were prepared. They did get one of our items wrong, but corrected it by allowing us to keep it at no charge. The food was great, but I liked some items more than others. The stuffed dates were probably my favorite. I was slightly disappointed in the caulini, as it is wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. Despite the food coming out quickly, we didn't feel rushed at all. We sat for a long time, and ordered more drinks, and a couple more tapas. I felt very European, as we ended out meal with wine and cheese. All in all, I very much enjoyed my meal at Corsica and would definitely go again.

She told us that she liked to describe Room For Friends as not a bar to watch sports, not a bar to go dance, but a bar to go when you are tired and just want to hang out and drink with friends. Loved her humor and her style! I also appreciated it when she pulled out some readers for my friend when he was trying to read the menu with the flashlight on his phone. They have a nice selection of wine to choose from by the glass as well as flights. They also offer snacks and charcuterie, as well as beer, seltzer, and non-alcoholic drinks. I decided to try a 'build your own' flight to see which of their wines I would choose for a full glass. I shared my palate preferences, and all selections were excellent. Prices are reasonable and pours are generous. I also have to give a nod to the artwork on their logo. I am an artistic person myself and appreciate the creativity of the name of the business, the product they sell, and the overall concept being blended into one. Take a closer look at it! Definitely a place I will be revisiting!

We loved the ambiance, feeling like we'd really discovered a gem off the beaten track, pun intended. By joining the club, it was a monthly excuse to plan a special night out to what became one of our favorite places for date night. The lights were still on, so we didn't realize our mistake, until they'd already invited us in to exchange our monthly growler with such warmth. Super nice people, reflecting the vibe we always felt on our other visits. The staff echoes that disposition, always friendly and knowledgeable.
