Met a friend at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery last Sunday morning and expected a long, slow breakfast since the place was packed. Surprisingly, the wait moved faster than we thought and our server stayed attentive the whole time. We ordered Juan's Breakfast Tacos and the Snooze Breakfast Burrito to split. Both portions were filling, and the tacos had a good balance without tasting too greasy. The burrito came out hot and fresh, not like it had been sitting under a warmer. Our coffee refills were handled quickly too, which honestly makes a difference during busy brunch hours. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable enough to sit and catch up for a while. read more

Step in for a brunch/lunch. We were seated quickly, service was quick. I had the biscuits and gravy and my girlfriend had the sweet potato veggie. It was a great meal other than the biscuits were a little dry. That was resolved with an extra side of gravy. They gave us a coffee to go. After a 15 min walk in the cool morning air, I came to Snooze on Broadway. As usual it was brightly lit with clean windows & comfortable temperature inside. I started with Fresh Greens juice made with kale, cucumber, celery, ginger, apple, agave and lemon. Very refreshing. I ordered a new breakfast item, Sweet Potato Veggie Smash-up with poached egg on top. I also got their bacon side, Bacon but Different. The Sweet Potato dish was impressive. Nice textural image. It was great. The bacon had maple & siracha syrup. Combination of chewy and crispy strips. I was served by Nikki S. She asked if I want a water. We were in the area and stopped in for a late lunch. Since it was later, there wasn't a wait and it was a Saturday. So perfect for us! I haven't been to Snooze in a few years and it was my husband's first time ever. We got cinnamon roll pancakes and the Snooze classic. We shared it with our 1.5 year old too. And he loved the pancakes. I mean what kid doesn't love sugar. Overall, it was just as delicious as I remember. I was sad to see the breakfast pot pie was taken off the menu. But I was happy to see more new items added to the menu. Our server was so friendly too! I forgot how much I love Snooze. Coming into snooze, I wasn't sure what to expect. Personally I hate a chain restaurant, so my expectations were not high. I was very pleasantly surprised with my meal though! I had the sweet potato veggie smash and it was very good! I wasn't super sure what to expect ordering a non-traditional breakfast item but I'm so glad that I did and would recommend anyone get it. Service was ok, it was slow, but it wasn't bad and we weren't disappointed in it. Ambience is very casual - exactly what you'd want from a low-key breakfast spot. What's not to like. Huevos rancheros are great but not on the current menu. So what! They make it for you and price it fairly. They offer lots of good drinks. Despite this being chain in several states, it does not disappoint! The menu made it nearly impossible to choose what to order because everything looked SO GOOD. I settled on the pork belly jasmine fried rice and shared the pancake sampler with my friend. I also had the greens juice (could have done without any ice, usually pressed juices aren't served with ice.) The food was delicious and the server was super friendly as well! Love Snooze, don't love the wait that usually accompanies a visit. Lucky for us, the spring time change worked in our favor! We were sat quickly and the blinds was closed without us having to ask, which allowed my husband to sit across from me without the glare if the sun. Love this anticipation of needs! Isaac was wonderful - bright and cherry, patient bit prompt. We started with a pair of lattes, which were perfectly strong and a good size. For sustenance, I went with the Bravocado toast and though it's not offered on the menu, Isaac offered a full (2 slices of toast) or half (one slice) portion. I went with half, kept the egg sunny side up (which I forgot they err on the under side of the spectrum - I love a runny yolk but I really dislike a runny white... which really takes this down to 4.5 stars - ALMOST perfect!), and subbed fruit in for the greens. The fruit was wonderfully ripe strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries. Perfect portion and delicious flavors! My hubby went with the smashed avocado Benny and loved it! Bright and friendly atmosphere and nice servers. I appreciated the heat/temp of the restaurant inside with as cold as it was outside. I came around 1 PM on a Tuesday and it was happy hours so bloody Mary's and mimosas were five dollars. The Paloma mimosa was good and it was in a tall glass, bigger than a traditional flute. The crab and asparagus omelette was really good. Real lump and claw crab. Some of the asparagus pieces were a little hard to chew, but they just needed to be cut down a little more. read more

This place was recommended by a page on Instagram post named "Top 15 brunch spots in Denver." The pictures had us sold. When we arrived, and were greeted immediately and sat soon after. Is super spacious and bright, decorated with lots of neon colors on the inside. We ordered our food. I got the pancake flight with sweet potato pancake, a strawberry shortcake pancake and one piece of stuffed French toast! Also had a breakfast burrito that we split! Yum! All of it came out barely quickly. Unfortunately one of the burrito plates were dropped to our table and some got on our clothes. Ernie, our fabulous server convinced his manager to comp our meal for the inconvenience. We also had very enlightening conversation with some locals that sit next to us. Not bad! but as a critique there's some things that slightly annoy me Half the time service is slow and it wasn't that busy! The prices are up there just a bit, as well as the portions are on the small side! This was sooo delicious. I live a savory breakfast, and the spuds Deluxe did not disappoint. You can get two "enhancements" so I added pico de gallo and spinach. And usually I get eggs over easy but sometimes the whites are too undercooked for me at other places, so I got them scrambled instead. I definitely made a good choice!! They were scrambled perfectly and were light and fluffy. I also like that the hash browns were shredded, because some other places do diced potatoes, which I never enjoy as much. This was our last real meal in Denver. We were originally going to go to a different location, but they had over an hour wait for our group of seven, so we decided to come to this location on Broadway. It was a little further away for us, but we still had to make the drive over. By the time we arrived and found parking, we got a table five minutes later. I do not recommend coming in large groups because the tables are not meant for large parties. If you can come with five of less people, that would seat your group more comfortably. There isn't a designated parking lot for Snooze, so you'll likely need to find street parking. My boyfriend and I ordered the Strawberry Lavendar Lemonade (strawberry coulis, lavender simple, house sour, honey simple and sparkling water) and OMG! French Toast (fresh brioche stuffed with house-made mascarpone and topped with vanilla crème, caramel, fresh strawberries and toasted coconut) to share. While I ordered the Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice (jasmine fried rice with seared cider-braised habanero pork belly, sautéed red bell peppers, onions, poblanos, carrots and pineapple; topped with a drizzle of our house-made Sriracha maple aioli, two crispy sunny-side up eggs, scallions and kimchi spice) mainly for myself. Then, he ordered a 3 Egg Omelet. Overall, the food was fantastic and I highly recommend the fried rice and the French toast! The French toast wasn't overly sweet. read more

Came after the last Viva Streets 2023 experience. Sunday morning around 9am. Seated quickly on the patio and then ignored for a good 7 minutes. Maybe this is no big deal? Our server was Angela. She was fun and friendly and we had a good time teasing each other a bit. She was very efficient. Just the right amount of service. Quick witted and fun. The classic was good. Added pico and hit it with the Snooze House sriracha sauce. The egg white scramble was good but a tad bland. The coffee was endless which is nice. Great outdoor seating with all six tops which is a smart move for a breakfast place. Dogs seem welcome on the patio. Inside was a typical snooze experience and especially fun for the tourists and visitors to Denver who want a unique experience. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Affordability is pretty high here. Most places like this gouge big time but we had a good meal for a decent price. This neighborhood is hot right now. Lots of infrastructure work happening and it's a busy street to start with so things to consider when it comes to parking etc. By the time we left at 10am in a Sunday morning the place was packed but no apparent wait had begun. To me - the vibe here is generic. There's no love or honesty here - it's corporate and lame. Which is okay if your in that type of area... ? Maybe? But on Broadway in Denver? Come on... This city has character and vibe. Art and music. Don't open a restaurant that plays mood playlist music and takes cues from boardroom 1000 miles away. I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon and toast with butter. What could go wrong? The eggs were unseasoned and undercooked. The bacon was nearly inedible on account of it being so undercooked. I wanted to send it back but was never given the opportunity as the server never asked me anything - let alone how my food was. The toast was hardly toasted and there was no butter. The potato cake was good but undercooked. If this were my restaurant I would consider this a crises or perhaps be at peace with being uninvolved with a generic restaurant that serves mediocre food with lame service and bad music. In a pinch - I might give it another try - but I think I said that the last time I ate here. Don't fall for it. We can all do better. read more

Usually busy with a steady, loud, young crowd. I've never been here and NOT had to wait for over 30 min. When you first walk up to this honey pot it looks like it might not be a great place to eat. However, I learned long ago to never judge a book by its cover. Our server was a young Hispanic male who was very attentive, patient, helpful, and served us with a smile. For starters, I ordered a strawberry Martini Mimosa, and it was delicious. I also ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes. It was a gamble because I love strawberries, and strawberry shortcake however, I've never had it on pancakes. My friend had coffee and cinnamon toast pancakes. The food was fantastically delicious, and the service was great also. The only issue we had is my friend's coffee was not hot it was cold, and they brought me bacon instead of the chicken sausage I ordered at first. Because the chicken sausage didn't come out with the other food by the time it came I was pretty much finished with my food. I do have to say the chicken sausage which is made in house was wonderfully delightful. The only other thing I didn't care for was the fact that the tables are really small so it poses a problem if you order a lot of food there's nowhere to put it. All in all, I still give it 4 stars because all of the staff was friendly, and for the wonderful breakfast kudos Snooze!!! read more
