Salmon w orzo for restaurant week
    Pamela M.

It's was alright! I went for Dining Week and tried the salmon with orzo. The menu is simple and the place is a clean, open style design. I can see myself going back again and trying more. It's hard to rate, I probably need more visits, but I'll round up to a 4 for now as I think others should check it out. The regular menu is pretty basic but hit's all the basic categories: fish, chicken, pork, beef, veggie. I do hope the keep evolving it regularly, though. If someone were to frequent here often, they'd quickly run out of new options otherwise. The starters have quite a variety. They have brunch on Sundays and their website says a happy hour, but don't share what the happy is drinks/eats. Never understood why so many places hide that menu. It's in an area that doesn't have a whole lot else around walking distance, but maybe that will change in the future.

I love this neighborhood restaurant. It feels upscale but is tucked away! Amazing food. Would always come back

I'll start by saying that I think that this restaurant is pretty shortstaffed right now, I went out to eat with a few people for 7 PM reservation on a Friday night and there was only two waiters that I saw. Our waitress was very kind, but clearly overwhelmed trying to keep everyone's needs met. The back of house may have been understaffed as well, we didn't get our food until about 8:15/8:20pm. With that being said, I would still recommend going to this restaurant, but give yourself ample time. We had an event we had to get to so the end of our meal was pretty rushed, but I think if I was just schmoozing with friends at a night out, and we got a couple appetizers early, I wouldn't have really cared. My meal was great, I ordered the special and it was so good I could've licked the plate clean. We did get the brussels sprouts as an appetizer, and I would not recommend those because it was all flakes, no true brussels sprouts lol. You can see in the picture! I was kind of thinking it might've been the remainder of a batch.

Great dining experience! Great service, cozy ambiance, and delicious food and drinks. We ordered a few plates and ate them family style and it was great. Our server had great energy. Restaurant decor is modern but homey.

Had a really good experience this week at Whit's End. We went specifically for the fish and chips and it did not disappoint. So glad this is now part of their permanent menu.

We had a group of 10 and easily got seated for brunch! Great drinks and the food was really good. I got the brunch burger and it was perfectly cooked with the fried egg. The Bloody Mary hit the spot! We were celebrating an engagement and they brought out a celebratory dessert on the house. Overall great experience.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.
