After reading other reviews and checking out photos beforehand, I knew the Colorado lamb was a must-order. It's not something I usually go for, but it ended up being my favorite dish of the night. Absolutely worth the hype. We also ordered the birria short rib and hickory smoked picanha, and both were solid choices. The shrimp and corn grits were amazing, and I really loved the aged cheddar mac and cheese. Other dishes like the chickpea croquettes and the chili relleno were also pretty good and rounded out the meal nicely. The wait staff was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself has a cool, lively vibe. The only minor downside was that the outdoor heaters were a bit too hot, but that's a very small nitpick. Overall, an easy 5 out of 5 stars. Great food, great service, and a place I'd happily come back to.

Overall, it left a really good impression and we'd definitely come back again.

The space feels very Root Down in the best way. Funky, artsy, a little mid century, but still comfortable and not trying too hard. Then the food starts showing up and suddenly the whole table is passing plates around because everyone keeps saying "wait, try this." We ordered a bunch of things and the smoked carrots were probably the biggest surprise for me. I would absolutely go back just to eat those again. The masa birria, diver scallops, and grilled artichokes and asparagus were all great too. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and came with duck fat potatoes, which immediately puts me in a good mood. Dessert also fully delivered. The banana cream pie with black sesame whip was one of those desserts where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. It just felt like a really thoughtful meal from start to finish. Definitely one of my favorite dinners I've had in a while.

I ordered the alla vodka which was exactly as good as the first time, rich in flavor and has nice textural variation through the dish with the breadcrumbs and stracciatella. We also ordered the meatballs which were incredible! They were not dry at all, had the perfect amount of spice, and the brown butter polenta was absolutely perfect. Will definitely be ordering these next time. We finished off the meal with the cheesecake with olive oil and sea salt which was surprisingly light and fluffy. Overall another wonderful dinner service and I'm very excited to return.

I asked if it could be done without meat and our server said no - that it was premade. Honestly, this was just okay queso. Definitely not authentic or anything like actual queso fundido. Would not order again. The soup was good! Not the best I've ever had but definitely good. The only thing was we ordered a soup but didn't specify and got the small size. I would specify a bowl if you want a meal sized portion. The grilled cheese that came with it was tasty! The chicken Caesar wrap was fine. Portion is sorta small but glad it comes with a side. Let me start off by saying this is officially my girlfriend and my favorite new restaurant in Colorado -- and that's not something taken lightly. Wildflower perfectly balances the regions of Northern and Southern Italy with Spanish undertones throughout every dish, all while being prepared, presented, and served in a very classically French manner. Not a single bite we had was lacking anything. Every layer of flavor, every texture, every smell perfectly played on your palate like a maestro constructing a symphony. Our server Jackie did an amazing job timing and pairing courses in a way that never felt rushed or overbearing. She has a wonderful personality and is incredibly knowledgeable. It is very obvious to me (as someone who worked in the industry for 13+ years) that this isn't just a job for her, but a chance to express herself through great service and passion. I cannot -- and I mean CANNOT -- recommend this restaurant enough. I am already planning our next visit and I can't wait. Book a reservation now so you can brag about going here before they get their Michelin star. P.S. The honey semifreddo dessert and the cocktail "The Choice Society" are an unmatched combination.

We then had the Crab Tagliatelle, Ricotta Agnolotti and Lamb Shank. For dessert, we had the Carolina Gold Rice Pudding and BearPop. The ButterBear was super cute and tasty. The bread was super soft! The Burrata was surprising with the chili crunch. It paired really well! The crudo was tasty as was the tartare. I really enjoyed the crispy Cheddar Crisps. The tangy, salty cheese from the crisp cut the fat from the tartare well. The pastas were both good. I could probably have eaten an entire serving of the Crab Tagliatelle myself, haha.
