A cool rooftop bar with a great view of the Denver skyline!! I will say that I only stopped in for 1 drink, saw the skyline, and then left - so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I thought the service was "okay" - the staff was very interested in their own conversations. They're clearly friends, which on one hand is a pro, but on the other - I was trying to ask a question and get a drink. The ambiance both inside and outside was great! I also thought the drinks were good. Would still return!

I really liked sorry gorgeous, it's a lovely rooftop bar! I came on a Friday evening for happy hour and had two drinks, both of which were stronger than I really was hoping for after a day of hikes BUT they were still pretty good. I was checked in on frequently by the waitresses, and they were helpful with recs. I had a nice table right by the window so I had a gorgeous view of downtown denver and the mountains in the distance. The bathrooms here are immaculate too! The parking situation was a little weird but I ended up in a lot just to the right of the actual entrance. There weren't any pay signs but I went into the attached upscale apartment lobby and two of the staff told me it's ok to park in that lot for sorry gorgeous. I had no issues there. One thing that was a little odd is when I got the receipt there was a 20% service charge that says it all goes toward an even split for all the staff, but my waitress immediately told me that charge actually is kept by the business and not a tip? I left a tip because of that but after I read the fine print later I'm not quite sure that was right... but maybe I misread the receipt or something. In any case, overall I dug this cute little upscale rooftop bar, it's lovely for a solo drink, or of course a night with friends/date. Would def come back :)

I'm a fan. This is a rooftop cocktail bar with one of the best Denver Skylines. It's not a huge place but there have a lot of outdoor seating. I would opt for the velvet couches but the bar was lively too. It's a small menu with N.A. options without me asking with a very very small snack menu. I don't know if all the pairings of cocktails and food make sense but I like the vibe. Tips: 1) Park at the novel garage bc it's for shops too 2) It's in the Novel building so do not be thrown off from the residential exterior 3) make a reservation if u want a window seat view 4) great for medium size groups and date nights Put on something sexy and take yourself back to an art deco decor.

Cool view - vibe is neat but drinks are overpriced. $20 for a drink (base careful they tack on an auto gratuity but don't mention anything about it) in a rooftop bar in Denver. That being said the drinks were solid, surprisingly potent and the view was great. Service was a little slow though- I am imagine it was a function of how busy the space was. Feels like a quasi bottle service joint with tables and limited menu for ordering, think small plates. This would be a cool place to do a bachelor/ette party.

Excellent rooftop view from the northern most point of RiNo. Its a ways up at 40th if you're in the RiNo area having drinks. 3p open most Frii-Sun evenings and they do take reservations. We got in without a reservation but was only 3p and worked out in our favor. The waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu. Hipster fresh vibe with most of their mixers being made in house. Drinks focus a lot on clear alcohols made in a speakeasy style craft cocktail fashion. Great view of downtown as well as the mountains. A place thats worth going out of the way to try with a less busy vibe than areas of downtown.

This is one of the prettiest rooftop bars in the city. It's bougie and glamorous. Be sure to dress your best and be ready to spend a little extra cash for a little extra strong cocktails/mocktails. I really liked the vibe. Good music, fire pits beneath the stars and city views, with a younger crowd dancing to the beat. The light-up standing tables on the patio gave it a romantic feel. I would recommend this bar for special events or romantic date nights!

One of my favorite bars in Denver! Gorgeous space with even better drinks. The music is great and so was the service! Highly recommend.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation. View was amazing - Denver skyline and the mountains. It's at the top of an apartment complex but has its own entrance. It's definitely trying to be a scene, with bottle service menus. Service was ok, no offer to show menus or warm greetings (that's 20% auto grat for ya). It had a lot of people working but very transactional and it's a fancy cocktail bar, I want to see a menu ‍ but the drinks were reasonably priced for the view/club like ambiance. There was a DJ playing and the patio was full. If it were not patio weather, it's definitely tiny. Check the times because they closed at 5 pm the day we went (weird because it was a "Sunday sunset" menu and it says midnight online - but closed well before the sun went down.

    Saffron gin? Yes please.

I feel like it's rare to get the view, bomb cocktails, and a server who is attentive and lovely all while the place is filled with people. Wonderful spot for a cocktail on a sunny day. Don't tell anyone.

The space is amazing and the drinks were great! I came for opening night and the music was too loud, but I trust they'll figure this out. I'll be back once they're settled in.

Slept on and i hope it stays that way. The moody chic 60s vibe with the bubble couches and aesthetic lighting, plus the view can't be beat. Such an amazing place. Can only imagine what the patio will be like when it's warmer out. We had a reservation but it wasn't thay busy on a Wednesday night and we got a great table. I can't remember our servers name but she had short curly hair and was great. We tried the queen b, the journeyman and tried to go for the frozen aperol spritz but the machine was broken, so my friend opted for a standard one instead. Honestly the drinks were incredible. The journeyman tasted so light and refreshing and was easy to suck down but the queen b was the real winner, especially with the frothy egg white on top and unique mixture of flavors. We also got some appetizers, the truffle popcorn and burrata - delicious. Mixing a burrata with pickled onions and soft beets, i never expected to love this flavor combination but it all fit perfectly together. The popcorn was yummy too, the truffle was tiny shreds of seasoned cheese, also delicious and light. I still can't believe how beautiful the vibe was, once this place blows up it'll be hard to get a reservation. Will def be back.

It's a great little rooftop deck/bar. - The indoor lounge space is cozy and inviting. - The two cocktails I had there were well balanced and delicious. Not overpriced, considering location and vibe. Cons: - The very first bartender we went to (shorter, older guy with a beard) was pretty rude. I understand they were extremely busy and this was probably one of their first services, but at one point while he was making drinks I asked him a question about one of the cocktails and he barked at me to please stop talking to him because he was trying to remember the ingredients and he would be with me in a minute. My friends and I were all kind of taken aback by that. I wasn't being annoying, I was very friendly... and it would've been my first drink of the night so it wasn't a great experience to start out. - This is definitely a bougier place. Some of the guests definitely made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Like we weren't fashionable enough, didn't look rich enough or had enough lip filler to be there. Unfortunately the overall experience was not great. My friend made a reservation for the pool and expressed that we were interested in swimming and cooling off. We were give direct permission to swim, relax, and enjoy. Upon arrival we were brought to the patio furniture around the pool which gets extremely hot in the sun. After enjoying a round of drink and food, we got into the pool and lounged around the sides. We were approached by the only other person at the pool and were harshly told what we can and cannot be doing. This person was a resident and told us that we couldn't even touch a lounge chair. It was very rude and unnecessary considering the 30 empty chairs all around. This person then contacted the waitress and manager and made a huge deal of it. We were eventually asked to get out of the pool. This seemed like a huge miscommunication handled very terribly. This was not a great look for the building as it is still leasing unit out.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.
