Spooky good with a touch of elegance. The vibe for Sorry Gorgeous called "The last dance" was amazing. Me and my coworkers decided to check this place and man.... we were not disappointed. At first it was a little confusing on where to go when you first walk into the main lobby. However, when we got to the very top floor I knew we were in the right spot. The Halloween decor was everywhere and some spots were dimly lit red and spooky. The dress code was fashionable and upscaled. The drinking cups were wild and scary looking. The service there was ok nothing impressive, since it's a cocktail bar. Other than that I will make sure to bring my friends and family by.

We went to meet up with my aubt and her family for a Bachelorette party. New lounge/ night club that recently opened in a developing side of town. New condominium building that has a liunge on the 12th floor. Great space, parking ramp on the otherside of the building. Go up the elevator and 12th floor open up to the lounge. Bouncers will card you and then you're in. Alot of people were there that evening, great music and drinks. We were loving the balcony that as a view of downtown Denver.

Sorry Gorgeous is a fun spot with a spectacular view of the city and the mountains. It has lovely rooftop patio that can be windy, but provides a sweeping view. The drinks aren't cheap! Non-alcoholic mocktails are $13-15. Cocktails are $15-20. It took quite a while to even get a drink. A friend ordered some kind of cheese dip and chips that I tried and damn, it was smokey, warm, cheesy and had pimentos. Very delicious!

Stopped in to waste time before catching a flight back home. Gorgeous views of downtown + beyond, and the interior design is stunning, but the quality of the drinks don't match the esthetics (which was disappointing). Got there just after opening, music was really loud and was sat at this awkward table right at the doorway (which was not busy to get sat at a crappy table IMO). Service was chill and attentive since we were one of the 3 tables there. Would only come back because of the rooftop vibe/views.

Supposed to come in a creepy doll head glass. Halloween themed drinks were a big fat NOTHING.

Major disappointment. Was super excited to check out their Halloween pop-up "Sorry GOREgeous," but it was a huge letdown. Came as part of our anniversary celebration, dressed up and on theme. The decor was cool, but everything else was a mess. We asked our server for waters while we looked over the menu, she came back 15 minutes later (with no waters) and took our drink order. My wife was super excited when she found out her drink was supposed to come in the creepy doll head glass. We waited for 45 minutes only to find out that they were "out of glassware" so our drinks came in regular glasses with absolutely nothing themed about them. This is literally their entire marketing schtick for the event-- the drinks are all supposed to look cool and spooky and come with a unique and photogenic presentation. There was absolutely nothing special about these AT ALL. We tried to make the most of it and enjoy hanging out, only to be told that we had to vacate our table for another reservation. Never mind the fact that for literally half of our reservation time, we were waiting for our drinks to arrive. Service was horrible and the special "experience" of coming for Halloween themed cocktails was big fat NOTHING. Don't fall for the insta-sham, there are plenty of better bars around town that can actually execute on their promised experience.

Fantastic rooftop cocktails and vibe. Bartenders and servers are on point and the view of downtown Denver is hard to beat.

This bar is incredible! D really made this place feel luxury and like we were important. Drinks, food, and service 10/10

Cant say enough great things about this place. Got engaged there last weekend (proposed and everything) and, on top of it being an absolutely beautiful rooftop, the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive in getting everything set up and taking care of me and my people as we celebrated our engagement. From the hostess to the manager everyone was great and I look forward to visiting anytime I'm back in Denver. Great drinks as well. If you haven't been there then make it happen- you'll be glad you did

A cool rooftop bar with a great view of the Denver skyline!! I will say that I only stopped in for 1 drink, saw the skyline, and then left - so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I thought the service was "okay" - the staff was very interested in their own conversations. They're clearly friends, which on one hand is a pro, but on the other - I was trying to ask a question and get a drink. The ambiance both inside and outside was great! I also thought the drinks were good. Would still return!

I really liked sorry gorgeous, it's a lovely rooftop bar! I came on a Friday evening for happy hour and had two drinks, both of which were stronger than I really was hoping for after a day of hikes BUT they were still pretty good. I was checked in on frequently by the waitresses, and they were helpful with recs. I had a nice table right by the window so I had a gorgeous view of downtown denver and the mountains in the distance. The bathrooms here are immaculate too! The parking situation was a little weird but I ended up in a lot just to the right of the actual entrance. There weren't any pay signs but I went into the attached upscale apartment lobby and two of the staff told me it's ok to park in that lot for sorry gorgeous. I had no issues there. One thing that was a little odd is when I got the receipt there was a 20% service charge that says it all goes toward an even split for all the staff, but my waitress immediately told me that charge actually is kept by the business and not a tip? I left a tip because of that but after I read the fine print later I'm not quite sure that was right... but maybe I misread the receipt or something. In any case, overall I dug this cute little upscale rooftop bar, it's lovely for a solo drink, or of course a night with friends/date. Would def come back :)

I'm a fan. This is a rooftop cocktail bar with one of the best Denver Skylines. It's not a huge place but there have a lot of outdoor seating. I would opt for the velvet couches but the bar was lively too. It's a small menu with N.A. options without me asking with a very very small snack menu. I don't know if all the pairings of cocktails and food make sense but I like the vibe. Tips: 1) Park at the novel garage bc it's for shops too 2) It's in the Novel building so do not be thrown off from the residential exterior 3) make a reservation if u want a window seat view 4) great for medium size groups and date nights Put on something sexy and take yourself back to an art deco decor.

We went right when they opened so things may have changed, but here is my honest feedback…read more.. Pros: - They views are cool, the pool is lovely. It's a great little rooftop deck/bar. - The indoor lounge space is cozy and inviting. - The two cocktails I had there were well balanced and delicious. Not overpriced, considering location and vibe. Cons: - The very first bartender we went to (shorter, older guy with a beard) was pretty rude. I understand they were extremely busy and this was probably one of their first services, but at one point while he was making drinks I asked him a question about one of the cocktails and he barked at me to please stop talking to him because he was trying to remember the ingredients and he would be with me in a minute. My friends and I were all kind of taken aback by that. I wasn't being annoying, I was very friendly... and it would've been my first drink of the night so it wasn't a great experience to start out. - This is definitely a bougier place. Some of the guests definitely made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Like we weren't fashionable enough, didn't look rich enough or had enough lip filler to be there. My friend made a reservation for the pool and expressed that we were interested in swimming and cooling off. We were give direct permission to swim, relax, and enjoy. Upon arrival we were brought to the patio furniture around the pool which gets extremely hot in the sun. After enjoying a round of drink and food, we got into the pool and lounged around the sides. We were approached by the only other person at the pool and were harshly told what we can and cannot be doing. This person was a resident and told us that we couldn't even touch a lounge chair. It was very rude and unnecessary considering the 30 empty chairs all around. This person then contacted the waitress and manager and made a huge deal of it. We were eventually asked to get out of the pool. This seemed like a huge miscommunication handled very terribly. This was not a great look for the building as it is still leasing unit out.

Five stars as far as dive bars go, I guess this is somewhere in between a lounge and a dive bar,…read morebut the feeling is gritty and it's a good place to get down. It's in the middle of a residential area and there is plenty of street parking. We were lucky enough to get a table even on a Friday night around 10 PM. The cocktail menu is a little confusing, I feel like it describes the vibe of the drinks more than always just the flat out ingredients, so the first thing I tried I was unsure of, and I didn't end up liking it, but the bartender was so sweet she noticed and offered to make me something different. I ended up with the yuzu drink and it was so good. Their hotdog are also out of this world, and I think pretty reasonably priced for a bar. Love that they always come with chips too. I had a nice time at this place. Can't wait to come back.

I think on a more casual night, this would be a great spot to grab a bite and a drink. We came specifically for the caviar dog and were definitely not disappointed! The banana daiquiri was also delish. It had no artificial flavors just fresh banana flavor and wasn't overly sweet, which I loved. Even with how busy they were, the service was super attentive and our drinks came out quickly. The hot dogs took a little longer, but that was totally understandable given how packed it was. We'll definitely be back on a quieter night so we can enjoy the atmosphere a little more!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.
