Came here with friends on a Saturday night. My friends normally come during the weekday. They said, "We've never seen it this busy!" There was a long line to get in. And we waited. But then there was some shady stuff going on at the front of the line (I was right at the front), and the bouncer was basically just letting in whoever he wanted, and ignoring the line. Was kind of frustrating, but we waited patiently so we could see what this place was all about. The vibes were cool, and I'd like to go back on a weeknight when it's not so busy. So, I need the service to be a little better for me to increase my rating. And then maybe try some of the bites that they offer during food service times. Idk. Stopped by this place to get a drink with a friend after returning something at the mall across the street. It was easy to walk to without moving my car from the mall garage, which was nice since the parking near the bar itself is scarce and just street parking. They have the cutest little set up, nestled in between a larger building with some large murals on the walls of beautiful violet flowers. They also have a great patio set up, with live fires that you can sit around. The service was great, we were greeted almost instantly, and the waiter made recommendations on his favorite drinks, I got the coco coffee cocktail, which is very popular according to the staff. It was a little too creamy for me, so not my favorite, but was tasty and elegant nonetheless. I also got the Elote dip, it was also good, but nothing spectacular. Overall, the vibe was great, though, people at other tables were friendly, and it did not feel stuffy. Prices are Cherry Creek normal, a drink is $16-20. I always enjoy coming to Forget Me Not when the weather is nice! I've been a few times and opt to sit outside as they have a lovely patio area (inside is a swell vibe too). They've got firepits which are lovely on chillier days or at night. I've never made a reservation but would recommend it for larger parties or during peak hours. Can't speak for indoors, but we've brought a stroller and had no issues finding space for it at a table outdoors. Service is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that even during busier times you aren't made to feel rushed to get out of there. Now, the drinks! Fun concoctions with clever names, and a decent variety to boot that does get rotated. They even have specialty drinks made in larger batches - haven't tried those but seems fun. We've sipped on the Toki Old Fashioned (my husband's go-to and he said it's top notch for him), Beet Without the E (so delicious and complex), La Pina (a classic and fave of mine) and 82 Moons (summer in a glass). They also have beer, wine, bubbles, and a smattering of zero proof bevies. My only qualm: they ain't cheap! I haven't delved much into their bites, but they all sound tasty (I've eyed the tiramisu a few times) and they've even got caviar service which is unique. On the whole, Forget Me Not is a fun spot to sit and sip. Again, only downside is the price so probably not a place to party all night if you're on a budget. read more

My second time visiting Forget Me Not last night. This time a friend and I came to celebrate our friendship for Galentines Day. We made reservations for a table indoors (but in the warmer weather the outside patio is great) and am glad we did. The place was packed! The staff were all very attentive and friendly. We ordered some drinks to start (I had the 82 Moons and she had the La Pina). Both delicious! And they definitely make their drinks strong, just to forewarn ya! We ordered the spinach artichoke dip and salmon crudo to share. Everything came out great! It was a nice time and we are planning to bring the rest of the gals back this summer. read more

Came here last night to check it out for the first time. I'm visiting from out of town and a lot of people recommended it. The bouncer was very nice!! It was insanely packed. No room to sit or even stand comfortably. I was ordering a drink and a female server, I don't know her name but she was white and chubby, she was coming through the crowd with drinks. I noticed her and started to move out the way, she yelled in my face as well as others "bitch move the fuck out the way". I get she has a shitty job and probably has other issues but to be cussing out customers is crazy. Will not be coming back. read more

It's a fun place with a different kind of vibe; there is a mix of people there ranging from different ages to large groups to people on dates. It's beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. The bar is the center piece and the bar tenders were nice enough; one was very kind and told us about all the drinks being made. Forget Me Not used to be one of my favorite spots, even though it was often difficult to get a drink on busy nights. However, after realizing there was an undisclosed 20% service charge for poor service and sticky floors, I'll think twice before returning. They list the service charge at the top of the bill and then ask for another tip further down the page and I unknowingly tipped twice. Is it too much to ask for honesty and transparency these days, or to pay your employees a fair wage? Other business owners like myself have to pay employees fairly, so I don't understand why restaurants think they can add fees to pass the buck to patrons. read more

Unfortunately my friend and I had a very negative experience due to poor management skills. After the manager had told us to seat ourselves outside (which we thought was a bit odd but fine), and never gave us any sort of time limit warning - we proceeded to enjoy a few drinks and lounge in our area for about 2 hours. Our server was lovely and as it began to get dark, she warned that there was a reservation for our table coming up, but that we could move over to the corner table adjacent. No problem! She said we could wait 20 minutes or move now. We decided to wait...and 20 minutes later the same manager that told us to seat ourselves, told us we needed to get up and leave. First off, her tone was not nice but rather demanding. We explained the server said we could move adjacent to the table. Then, she said she needed that entire area/section and that that wasn't possible. Instead of apologizing for confusion or a miscommunication amongst her and the server - she demanded we get up immediately. She exclaimed that she had told us we had a time limit (which she never did). I once again stated we had been told we could move adjacent - at which she exclaimed her "pay grade" is above the server and that we needed to go immediately. Instead of treating customers with professionalism and politeness and perhaps just offering an apology or solution for moving us elsewhere....she had the security guy remove us. I've been to many cocktail bars and restaurants in my life, and never have I been treated so poorly by any kind of hospitality worker. She had longer black hair and was wearing a spider web dress? It is unfortunate for this establishment as they make nice drinks, but I'd be concerned as the ownership to have someone representing my brand/company as she had. Simple management skills could have effectively taken care of this situation and everyone could have left happily. Lastly, they did not let my friend close out our tab but proceeded to charge and tip themselves out. read more

Came here for some cocktails and appetizers with a group of girls as an evening starter. We made a reservation which was good because they were packed. Our server immediately greeted himself , brought over waters and was prompt in taking our drink order-- we waited for the drinks, a long while. We also ordered a few small plates/appetizers; burrata (the roasted veggies were amazing) & the sardines (also very tasty however, we asked if the sardines were BPA free and the server said he would confirm a few times but, was never returned with an answer. Unfortunately, the service progressively got worse, waiting for our second round of drinks and the empty glasses sat. Methanol Poisoning. Me and my best friend went there with two guy friends and each had a cocktail, glass of wine, and then were bought shots. We watched the bartenders pour the shots, and they were not tampered with. After 5 minutes, my friend could no longer stand up and hardly get her out the door of the establishment. She was completely incoherent and struggling to put together words. The next morning, I was extremely drowsy, confused and was throwing up. Poor coordination, and nausea. She was admitted to urgent care. Do not go here. Poor quality of alcohol in the shots. The cocktails were fine. The guys were also fine and did not have any shots. read more

This place is sexy, without trying too hard. It feels like your favorite sundress. I've been twice, and if you don't have a reservation you might struggle to get a seat. There isn't much room for standing either. However, we lucked out and were able to sit at the bar after some other customers left. Ambiance is bright, fresh, and beautifully designed. The drinks are fantastic. Service is polite, but they definitely work hard and stay busy, so bartender chit chat is kept to a minimum. Last night, I had the Green Machine mocktail ($11). A Cherry Creek staple! Love that you have the option to sit outside around a fire pit, or inside with more of a lively, upbeat atmosphere. Sometimes they even have a live DJ inside which is fun. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!! to start off, nobody let me know that this was an ALL WHITE party. I sat outside with my friends so we could get let in, at first security told us it would be about a 20 minute wait. As we waited, they proceeded to let other white women and men in while the security exchanged for phone numbers and alcoholic beverages to let the people in. No id's were checked and the security guards professionalism was terrible, rude and condescending. Security told us lies as to the reason why we couldn't get in. They said there was a party going on, but people who weren't apart of it were still getting into the building. Also to mention, when we talked to the security guards we were confronted with a rude tone and by the end of the conversation, SLURS were used. A friend and I had a failed attempt at getting a seat at a nearby bar, so we decided to try this place since it was next door. Being a Saturday night, it was to no surprise that this place was packed as well, but thankfully we were able to get some seats at the bar. This place is very quaint and aesthetically pleasing. The drinks are adventurous but if you're a cocktail fanatic, then you will love their creative menu! They have a small menu of apps, and I did enjoy their pretzel. Awesome bar in Cherry Creek with amazing cocktails. We went on a weekday early enough in the evening that it wasn't as crazy as it normally can get on a weekend or later in the day. I started with a Nobody's Angel since I'm usually a sucker for any cocktail with egg white in it. It wasn't my favorite, but I did really enjoy the second ube cocktail that I got. The drinks are pretty pricey here, but for the quality of the drinks and location it is to be expected. It's a nice little spot to treat ourselves to a fancy drink every now and then! read more

Super attentive service with beautifully crafted drinks. The menu has a few food options, mostly of the snack variety. We asked our waitress what she recommended and to our surprise, it was their Chicago Dog. This all-beef hotdog was split down the middle and seared to perfection. It was loaded with all the traditional fixings of peppers, tomato, pickle, relish, and mustard and securely placed in a delicious pretzel roll. Very sad to say we won't be back to Forget Me Not and honestly I don't think the owners or employees care. We've patronized this bar for years and always make a reservation. Tonight a "manager" claimed our table was reserved by one of the bars investors and we needed to leave because we negotiated for the table. First flag since we knew it was not true since we had the reservation. We talked to the employee and agreed to a relocation since we've visited multiple times, had never experienced such a thing (their latest reservation is for 9:30 which we made), and there were multiple tables seated before ours that could've been asked to move. Of course our table was the only table of black women in the bar. The previously mentioned tables were all Caucasian patrons. Not surprising based on other experiences in Denver but a surprising first here. So we agreed to move after some discussion with a supposed manager only to quickly be told nevermind and we're re-seated. It was a BS request and I assume an employee that was familiar with me consulted them otherwise. This experience left a negative taste and as mentioned we won't be back. Such a shame considering Cherry Creek North is a historically black neighborhood. The drinks are good, the Friday night DJ they opted to get rid of (which I've heard is because too many blacks were patronizing) was good, but they do not want US there.
