I've been here several times since it opened -- and it might just be a new favorite steak night spot of mine! It definitely gets a little loud/busy, and I can tell the staff gets overwhelmed -- so if you can find a less busy time (or lunch), that's ideal. I was VERY impressed by the hand-cut USDA Prime steaks grilled over pecan, hickory & oak -- with flavorful sauce options like peppercorn, chimichurri, red wine demi-glace, and more -- and add-ons like bone marrow, lobster oscar, or diver scallops. And anyone who still offers a loaded baked potato as a side in 2025 is winning in my book! Great seafood and sushi options, too! The yellowtail sashimi appetizer tastes just like the hamachili at Uchi (and I mean that in the best way). And the buttery scallops just melted in my mouth -- wow! I never say this -- but the salad options here make me want to come back for lunch. The heirloom caprese with pears was so fresh, creative and delicious -- and the beet salad I came back for was also a star! Seriously impressive wine list, with all the appropriate fancy options -- but also a great selection of reasonably priced ones: a bottle of Soave for just over $50, an excellent Willamette Pinot Noir for $64, and a Chablis for under $100! Don't miss: Dessert cocktails -- WOW! We were super impressed by the Crème Brûlée martinis, and I'm coming back for the Bananas Foster martinis next!

This was a great experience! We went for Happy Hour! We had the Jalapeño Haze and Coming Up Roses cocktails. Both were amazing! We also shared the Surf and Turf sushi roll and the coconut shrimp. Both very good! We finished off by sharing the Chocolate Globe, which a a beautiful presentation and tasted very decadent! Service was good. This is a beautiful restaurant! We will definitely be back!

Unlimited Space!! Amazing dinner. The Hess Lion Tamer Cab (2022) was perfect with my 7oz filet, 10oz rock lobster, and rich mushroom demi-glaze. Loved the yellowtail crudo, Caesar, and French onion soup to start. Asparagus was spot on. Huge dining room with tons of space, though parking is tough. Bonus points for real hand towels in the restroom. Fantastic experience -- would absolutely return.

This incredible chophouse is definitely one great addition to the cherry creek area. The ambiance is truly sophisticated and upscale. The staff was great and great led my hubby and I with a glass of champagne. The food was delicious! We got several appetizers like yellowtail fish, coconut shrimp and a sushi roll all amazing. I did get a salmon salad because of my diet and my hubby got a steak and enjoyed it! It's a bit pricy but go figure, definitely a great spot to check out!

Broadway 10 delivered a strong first impression. The ambience hits right away--warm lighting, clean design, and a steady energy that comes with a brand-new opening. You can tell they put real thought into the space. There were some expected gaps in inventory. Angel's Envy, Belvedere, the Spinalis, and the sticky toffee pudding were all out when we ordered. I wish the old-fashioned were to brag about, but I was not impressed. It's the first week, so I'm not shocked supplies were running tight, but it's worth mentioning. Service made up for it. The team was attentive, quick, and actually seemed happy to be there. Presentation on everything we did get was clean and intentional. You feel taken care of, even with the hiccups. Overall, the experience was still worth it. Once they tighten up inventory, this spot will hit even harder. I'll be back.

Service was awesome. Super kind, explained the menu, offered suggestions and had a great meal. The crab cakes were actually super full of crab, which I feel is a rarity and the sauce was delicious. Oysters were great as well. Loved the little Tabasco bottles. All the steaks were cooked to perfection but I wish it was a little more seasoned, but that's my personal preference. Only thing I wouldn't order again was the asparagus as it was just soaked in butter. Au gratin potatoes were rich and flavorful. But the best dish of the night is the Brussels sprouts no doubt. I know the price would be high but 2 apps, 3 steaks, 1 salad, and 3 drinks for $460+ is very high. Don't think I'll be back unless someone else is paying.

This is a very good spot to come for any occasion. The staff are warm and friendly and they have a great vibe inside. We came to celebrate a birthday and they definitely went above and beyond to make sure it was special. We started with two sushi rolls. The volcano roll with shrimp was excellent, a little sweet with the sauce but hit the spot, 9/10. The deville roll with ahi tuna was just alright 6.8/10. For appetizers I had the lobster bisque which is a must get, 9.5/10 and the beet salad with whipped feta cheese, 10/10. For entrees all of us had the 16oz ribeye, very well cooked and seasoned 8.5/10 for the steak. For dessert we had the petite cheesecake 8.9/10 and the vanilla ice cream 8.5/10. My friend had the chocolate ganache globe which he said was amazing, I had a bite and was a little too sweet for me. All in all we had a great time and look forward to coming back soon!

    Coming up rose's cocktail

Food was amazing! Our server Ranee was fantastic! She was attentive and helpful with great knowledge of the menu. I ordered the coming up rose's cocktail it was SO refreshing. We came for my brothers college graduation celebration and the hostess Sophia took a photo of us and printed it out on a card such a sweet touch. Servings are big so be aware, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again!!

The service here is great! Knowledgable on the menu items, friendly and courteous. I also really loved the vibes. I was here for a work lunch and it is clean, open, moody, and everyone is dressed professionally. A really nice place to bring a work client for lunch. The food was spot on! Delicious scallops to start the lunch off! They were cooked to perfection and seasoned well! The beet salad is top notch! Delicious, earthy, fruity and the creamy base ricotta was to die for! The Dry Aged Ribeye (ordered medium rare) was wonderful! I chose to have it cooked with the flavored woods and it brought on a lot of nice flavor! I will say that I could have used a little more salt but I'd rather salt it myself anyways! Very happy with my decision to try this place out! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of my meal!

A great addition to Cherry creek! Just about everything was amazing. Very rich and flavorful, definitely a bit pricey, but perfect for a special occasion or date night. Plenty of seating at the bar, and crisp clean interior.

A friend and I came in for a late lunch today. It was pretty quiet in there, so I would think you could come in around 1:30 without a reservation. My friend and I split the crispy chicken salad (they were able to change the soft boiled egg to a hard boiled egg for me) and they nicely split it into two bowls for us. We got both the ranch and champagne vinaigrette dressing on the side and they were both delicious! I actually think the salad was my favorite thing. We also split the lobster roll and upgraded to the fries, which was the right decision! The fries were so great! The lobster roll was good too, but the other items stood out even more. Sean was our waiter and knew we were celebrating, so he very graciously gave us a free sticky toffee pudding and there was a celebratory card waiting for us at the table, which was such a nice touch. If parking wasn't such a hassle in Cherry Creek, I would be tempted to come to pick up just to get that salad again!

    Cindy C.

We were stoked to try this new place in Cherry Creek. We did have a good experience and our server was wonderful. They just seemed like they were out of a lot which included the scallops and some ingredients for their sushi rolls. I also ordered an old fashion with Weller 12. The bartender needs to learn how to make one. It was super sweet and looked/tasted like juice. I couldn't even drink it. It was such a waste of a good bourbon. Get the bacon starter. It was delicious and a really cool concept.

We thought we made a mistake choosing sushi bar instead of a table because we'll have back issues. Surprisingly, the chairs had a mini back so you could lean back occasionally. And we think our experience was better because the sushi chefs would explain the origin of the fish and all the ingredients they used into each roll and order. We also got a complimentary piece for sitting at the sushi bar which was a light fried yellow tail which was so good. Service is amazing. They're attentive and check in on you often. It does take some time to get your rolls but give its time to digest. From watching the sushi chefs at the bar, they're very precise in how they make each roll. Every roll has similar proportions from the slight wasabi they use to the amount of rice and fish. Everything that we had was amazing. The hamachi and salmon sashimi felt like butter. It just melts in your mouth. The aged toro was so delicious. Even the edamame was just so good. The unagi nigiri is some of the best I've had in the state (the nigri was better than the handroll and I think it's because I love unagi so I love the ratio in nigiri form). The Spicy Tuna Oshizushi was a surprising favorite of the night along with the Crème Fresh Salmon Belly. I could've done without the wagyu but it was good. Every order does come with only 1 so order based on the amount of people that are with your party. Some items we were unsure of like the wagyu so we ordered 1 and shared a bite. Overall, I understand the hype and the reservations. But it was worth it and I'm surprised we can get high quality fish in a landlock state. Of the high end sushi restaurants in CO, Temaki Den is probably my fave.

Uchi is dangerous for people like me…read more Not because of the raw fish. Because the place understands seduction. I've been eating at Uchi since it opened in Denver and today it still carries that same intoxicating balance of precision, warmth, swagger, and restraint. The room itself glows instead of shouts. Wood slats divide the dining room into little private theaters while the sushi counter hums with focused choreography. Expert hands moving constantly. Rice. Fish. Quiet communication. Tiny acts of discipline repeated hundreds of times a night. I sat down intending to have a civilized happy hour. That plan lasted maybe twelve minutes. The kurodai crudo arrived first. Gooseberry, leche de tigre, candied garlic. Bright, sharp, and alive. This is the kind of starter that wakes up your entire palate and you are reminded that you will absolutely be spending more money than originally intended. Next was the bincho temaki: cool albacore, kimchi, avocado, and a vividly garish orange sauce with some heat to keep the richness from becoming too much. Uchi understands something many restaurants don't: luxuriousness needs balance. Fatty fish without acid, spice, crunch, or brightness is palate exhaustion. And then one after another the deliciousness continued: the oysters were cold and perfect with cucumber, calamansi vinegar, and umeboshi. The day boat scallop nigiri nearly stopped time altogether. Just sweet scallops, rice, citrus, a little finishing salt. Incréable. Or whatever the French word is for "I briefly forgot my own name." And somewhere during martini number one, the staff adopted me. Apparently Uchi keeps notes on guests. Mine, I was told, says I'm "nice and a good eater," which may be the most flattering thing anyone has said to me in months. Suddenly more dishes started appearing. Gifted nigiri. Ikura glowing like little amber jewels (my favorite). A ridiculous and completely delicious carrot toro maki with green chili crunch and enough heat underneath the richness to make the whole thing flirt openly with your mouth. At one point the bartenders literally invented a "walu walu shot" on the fly just because the mood had drifted into improvisational chaos. This was somewhere between oyster shooter, seafood dare, and excellent bad decisions. Meanwhile, the guests next to me started talking to me and the entire energy of the evening shifted into communal sushi-bar joy. Suddenly we were all reacting to dishes, laughing, comparing bites, participating in the same ecosystem of salt, fish, alcohol, and temporary human connection. This is the real thing Uchi sells. Not merely sushi. Attention. Rhythm. Atmosphere. Memory. The feeling of being folded into a beautifully functioning machine dedicated entirely to pleasure. And yes, by the end I was emotional enough to remember being 20 years old eating sushi with an older woman named Alana who wore real fur and introduced me to this whole sensual adult world in the first place. That is what a martini and exceptional nigiri will do to a man. The final bill before tip was somehow only $141, which honestly feels mathematically impossible considering I briefly entered a spiritual relationship with the sushi counter. I tipped $50 because at that point we were basically family. Uchi remains one of the sexiest restaurants in Denver. Not performatively sexy. Not influencer sexy. Actually sexy. Confident. Observant. Generous. Precise. And just dangerous enough to make you order one more thing. Amazing dining experience.

On my most recent visit, we waited nearly 50 minutes between courses and never received the remaining three dishes. We ended up asking for the check instead. What made it more frustrating was the lack of service. No one checked on us, and we had to flag down another staff member just to get the check. Our server never came by. It was also surprising because the restaurant wasn't busy. There were open bar seats and plenty of open tables, so I'd be nervous to see what the experience is like on a busy night. It's disappointing because the food is solid, but the pacing and service make it hard to come back.
