Fun cocktail bar to do happy hour at in Cherry Creek. They have indoor seating at the bar and at tables along with a patio. The drinks are priced as you would expect in Cherry Creek, but they are made well.

Super cute cocktail bar that had a fun atmosphere. We came here for the world cup and stayed for the DJ it was abgreat place to watch sports and hangout. We didn't eat so I will have to update my review if we get food next time.

$18 drinks and a mandatory 20% upcharge that specifically does not go to tip/staff. These unnecessary fees need to go away or people need to stop coming.

Ay Papi is all about the vibes! From the moment I walked in, it was very reminiscent of my time at Miami. The good side of Miami! You know, good drinks, well-dressed people, awesome music, dark and moody ambiance. I'm normally a dive bar kind of guy but I love coming here when I want to feel a little more fancy. The drinks are all amazing too. My group ordered 4 different drinks and we ended up sharing our drinks because we all liked them so much. Kudos bartenders! If you're a fan of mezcal and tequila get the Cinder & Smoke! I can't wait to go back and try more drinks!

Ay Papi is one of my new favorite late afternoon spots in Cherry Creek! Sat at the bar with a friend and enjoyed a few cocktails and apps. Yes, it was pretty pricey (at least $16 per drink) but totally worth the fun, upscale experience. For myself, I got the Spicy Guava Daiquiri and Rum Old Fashioned. SO GOOD! I'm a sucker for anything with guava in it. Speaking of which, my favorite snack was the Guava Cheese Dip. We also ordered the Warm Provolone Dip. Both were tasty. I especially like how bright this bar is. So much natural light. And great demographic (very Cherry Creek) which made me wish I dressed up more. Per usual, there's paid metered parking or free street parking further out. Enjoy!

You're transported to Miami and honestly it's ideal if you're there for the vibes. Drinks were phenomenally dangerous and service was great! You can tell it's a place that serves food because they sorta have to with how expansive their bar menu is -- I'd bet that most of their food is pretty good! All I can speak to was our little panini that did the trick but wasn't anything to write home about. I'll eat any sandwich that has grilled pineapple, so I enjoyed it!

Date night , we got the Paloma which was so refreshing. Followed that with the G&T that was the best one I've ever had. Also comes in a big cup and had me feeling special lol Also the sleeper aka best choice on the menu is the BOOZZY pops! They have 4 flavors daiquiri lime, banana, papaya and root beer. My fav was the banana and papaya but they are delicious and at $5 it's a STEAL!! We had all the people around us ordering them and we bought them all! Service was amazing Gabriella took great care of us!

Food: They have small bites and a few sandwiches. (Stuffed Medjool Dates) Pretty good! Had goat cheese in the middle. (Guava Cheese Dip) Sounded pretty good but I didn't think it was that great. It was fine but wouldn't get again. I loved that it came with fried plantains though! Drinks: We got their Christmas popup drinks so I'm not sure they will be in the menu long. But both were delicious! Mine was coconut cream and rum (drool) Service: We sat at the bar but the gal was attentive and kind! They automatically added 20% which was different but fine Ambience: Well it was still the Christmas popup decorations so it was overboard with Christmas decorations so couldn't deny the cuteness. But overall a trendier vibe; being in cherry creek

This place definitely gets you in the tropical mindset! I had a couple of different drinks and they were both good. My friend asked for a pina colada which wasn't on the menu, but they made it for him and I probably liked it more than what I ordered!

Ay Papi was such a fun place to grab drinks and snacks with friends! They don't have a huge food menu; primarily made up of shareable plates. The inside has great vibes and natural sunlight. There is also a small outdoor patio area. Would be a great date night spot. They have fun, themed drinks. Wait staff was all extremely friendly and attentive and went around with a bubble machine. Definitely recommend!

Best service to out of town and locals! We were running 20 minutes behind and they don't have a number but I quickly DMed them on instagram and got a response right away that they will wait for us. Upon arrival they greeted our party ecstatic and although we were only doing drinks we got some apps. Their queso was delicious and the variety of drinks they had were fun to choose from. I let them know we were celebrating and they gave us a complimentary shot. The place had fun music playing and the inside is an influencers dream! I recommend for a night out

I wanted to like this bar more than I did. Didn't realize it was currently a pop-up holiday bar for the season and this actually made it better. The decor was great with a mix of beach-vibe with Christmas. There were specialty holiday cocktails on the menu with kitschy glassware. The Yule Tide was a fun option. Not a lot on the menu for food.

It was easy to walk to without moving my car from the mall garage, which was nice since the parking near the bar itself is scarce and just street parking. They have the cutest little set up, nestled in between a larger building with some large murals on the walls of beautiful violet flowers. They also have a great patio set up, with live fires that you can sit around. The service was great, we were greeted almost instantly, and the waiter made recommendations on his favorite drinks, I got the coco coffee cocktail, which is very popular according to the staff. It was a little too creamy for me, so not my favorite, but was tasty and elegant nonetheless. I also got the Elote dip, it was also good, but nothing spectacular. Overall, the vibe was great, though, people at other tables were friendly, and it did not feel stuffy. Prices are Cherry Creek normal, a drink is $16-20. Will definitely come back and try something new

The hummus was also a standout, especially with the matcha salsa, pita chips, and fresh crudité. For drinks, the frozen margaritas were a must -- especially with the mango or guava upgrade, which our server recommended and absolutely nailed. If you're looking for delicious food, creative cocktails, amazing service, and the best rooftop vibes of the summer, Kisbee on the Roof is a must-visit. However, once you do get a spot, the loungers are super comfortable and there are plenty of umbrellas for shade. They do have cabanas that you can reserve. One thing that they do very well is service. The staff is constantly circulating the pool deck, providing drinks and bites to guests. The service was noticeably excellent and attentive.

Beef tartare was close behind, finely diced and well-seasoned. The guacamole was fresh and chunky, the prawns had a nice char, and the Amarillo ceviche brought a bright, citrusy heat from the aji amarillo peppers that balanced beautifully against the cool, tender fish. But the real highlight of the night was the steaks. My skirt steak was cooked perfectly, well-charred outside and tender inside, paired with the potatoes three ways, crispy, creamy, and roasted, each with its own texture and seasoning. Even better was the tomahawk ribeye, flambéed tableside in mezcal, a great bit of theater with a smoky, slightly sweet flame that infused the meat. I got lucky enough to try a bite. Rich, buttery, and delicious with heavy rosemary. A real treat. Service was a bit spotty for our group. I won't go into details, but our server disappeared for long stretches and it took a long time to finally get our entrees. This was likely because of our specific server.

Some of courses were delicious and some were mediocre. We spent almost $700 for a party of four. The situation that needs the most improvement was the pace of the meal. The courses were separated by a 20-30-minute wait time. Considering that the courses were very small and contained 5-6 pieces for a party of four... that equates to a little more than a small bite every 20-30 minutes. The dinner took 2.5 hours to develop, and we were honestly still hungry by the end. The waiter started asking us if were "still hungry" at about the fifth courses. By the end, we felt awkward in asking for more. The wagyu beef was particularly disappointing as the beef was somewhat chewy, lacking taste and small. Waiters seemed to be near their capacity of workload. Didn't really take the time to serve, walk you thru the menus, keep the service moving or even gauge your level of satisfaction. We ordered dessert to celebrate the birthday. Apart from a small chocolate plaque on the dessert that said, "happy birthday", there was no attempt to celebrate the occasion as other less exclusive restaurants do... no "happy birthday" wish, no courtesy dessert... nothing special. The best part of this meal was by far, the young couple that accompanied us. Friendly advice: if you want to impress a client with something the feels exclusive... this may be the place. If you are looking for amazing food, being pampered and feeling your money was "well spent", try another place. I don't plan to visit this restaurant soon.

The flaming scallops were the most impressive-looking thing on the table. They arrived on fire and finished cooking right in front of us, and they tasted every bit as good as the show. The crab cake benedict was well made, and that crab cake was a highlight. The deviled eggs were fantastic, and I will never turn down a deviled egg. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the Brussels sprouts with pomegranate seeds had an extra burst of brightness that I loved. For drinks, the Aperol Spritz was my favorite. I'm biased, because it takes me straight back to my fresher era this past summer (obnoxious sentence, but I had to). The Cherry Creek Chi Chi was really good too. The room is classic steakhouse elegant with white tablecloths, but it never felt stuffy. It's Cherry Creek, so it's a fancier part of town, but you can still walk in wearing shorts and a shirt. There were so many incredible options on the menu it was a struggle to decide on an entree. They have many pescatarian, vegetarian, and even vegan options. I ended up ordering the Sweet Potato off the vegan section of the menu. It was amazing but unfortunately due to my sensative pallet, it was a bit too spicy for me to say I'd order it again. It came on a luxurious bed of hummus and corn. Overall 10 out of 10 experience but I would not recommend the vegan sweet potato entree if you're sensitive to spice. Skinny margs were amazing!! Highly recommend with Herradura (blanco). Note: the daiquiris come in a martini glass - not frozen like tradition.
