I guess the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when the hostess said something like, "oh, you don't have a reservation? let me see if we can get you in." She came back and said, "we only have the bar available." So we stood/sat at the bar. But there were clearly open tables. 20 minutes into our experience, the bartender was like, "just take one of those tables." I know they could have been reserved, and they had to hold them for a little bit longer... but the hostess didn't have to have attitude, and could have said something like -- 'we can seat you here if no one shows up.' I should probably give them 3 stars, but think there is potential here.

My buddy and came here on a Saturday night around 1030ish pm and the place was happening. You can't tell from the outside because the windows were tinted. Luckily for there was an open space at the bar. We ordered a couple Old Fashioned and Mezcal Margarita with was fantastic. The Old Fashioned wasn't that sweet just how i like it. The vibe was great, everyone seems to be having a great time including us. The bartender was fantastic ask well. The only food they serve here is hot dogs. Which in my opinion was fantastic. We ordered few dogs to-go. All dogs were made to order. We got The Lorraine Dog and The Caviar Dog. Each bite the dog had a nice snap to it. Overall, we had a good fun time there and the best part, it was just a 5 minute walk from our Airbnb.

Their Old Fashioned is incredible. With only a rinse of simple syrup, the flavors of the whiskey and bitters really come through. Very dry, this is not a sweet drink as found in some bars. The Manhattan is similarly classic. Ice gets special attention here. When not in a rough hewn cube, it is crushed with a wooden mallet in an ice bag. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that.
